they got no idea about me and you

Work Text:

they got no idea about me and you.

“Itachi, take care of your brother. I know that you’re responsible enough, Alright?”

Sasuke held the phone to his ear, expression flat as he listened to their father’s voice echo through the family group call. The man sounded stern, as always, even though his words were meant to be some form of farewell.

“And you, Sasuke,” their father continued, “don’t give your brother a headache. He’s busy enough and has no time to clean up your mess.”

Sasuke rolled his eyes. They already had this conversation earlier, back when he and his parents were still at the airport. But of course, their father needed to say it again, this time in the call with Itachi. It was his way of making sure the message stuck.

“Yes, Father,” Sasuke muttered, the picture of reluctant obedience.

“Yes, Father. I’ll end the call now, sorry.” Itachi added, his voice composed and quiet, like always.

Sasuke could imagine him in some high-rise office, wearing one of those dark suits that made him look ten years older. Itachi had moved out four years ago, gotten his degree early, and was now the youngest executive to ever manage the Uchiha Corporations.

Sasuke didn’t want to move in with him. Not really. He liked his independence, even if it meant eating at convenience store alone at midnight. But the decision wasn’t entirely his to make this time.

The last straw was the stalker, some creep who started showing up outside the school gates and later at the convenience store near his apartment. It escalated fast once rumors spread about Sasuke being the Uchiha heir who chose to attend a public university like a normal kid. His parents had tried to downplay it, told him to keep a low profile. But when the guy showed up near the campus dorms watching, waiting, and that was it.

Well, at least I’ll be seeing him more often.

________

“Landing in 20.”

Sasuke sent the text as soon as the pilot made the announcement. The flight was smooth, boring, and he was itching to get off the plane and stretch his legs.

But more importantly, he didn’t want to wait around like some lost kid in the airport arrivals lounge.

Not happening.

So he did what any bratty younger brother would do: he called.

The line rang once before Itachi picked up, his voice low and composed as always. “Sasuke?”

“‘Tachi, I’m already here. Where are you?”

There was a slight pause, then the rustle of papers, the clink of a glass in the background.

“Sorry, Sasuke. I’m still in a meeting. It’s running longer than expected.”

Sasuke leaned back in his seat, annoyed. “Seriously? You told Father you’d pick me up.”

“I know. I didn’t expect this to drag out. How about I ask one of my friends to get you?”

“Friends?” Sasuke raised a brow. “I can manage. I know the way to your penthouse, Itachi. I’m not twelve.”

“Still,” Itachi replied, his voice firm, “it’s already night. It’s dangerous. Just wait.”

Then the line went dead.

Sasuke stared at his phone in disbelief. “Did you just hang up on me?” he muttered.

He sighed, slumping further into the seat as the plane began its descent. His fingers tapped idly on the screen as the city lights below started coming into view.

He’s acting like I’m some kid who can’t even cross the street on my own. Tch.

Still, he knew Itachi meant well— in the most overbearing, overprotective older brother way possible. Their parents had probably gotten to him too, made him promise to keep Sasuke safe and in one piece. Especially after the whole stalker incident back home.

Well, fine. Just don’t let it be someone annoying, he thought, grimacing. If this “friend” is anything like Kisame or that guy with the long blond hair who keeps calling me “little prince,” I swear I’m taking a cab.

________

[Sasuke: Landing in 5.]

Itachi’s eyes widened slightly. Damn.

He quickly pulled up the time. The meeting was nowhere near finished, and with Deidara and Kisame both presenting, there was no one from his usual circle to delegate the task to.

He ran through his mental list of contacts, most were either in meetings or out of town. Then he thought of Naruto.

Of course.

Naruto Uzumaki. His closest friend, fellow corporate heir, and someone he trusted more than most. They’d met in university during a business leadership summit and clicked instantly. Two ambitious sons of legacy companies trying to carve out something real in a world built on names and inheritance.

Without hesitating, Itachi pulled out his phone and discreetly tapped Naruto’s contact.

The call connected almost immediately.

“Naruto, can I ask you a favor?” Itachi said quietly, lowering his voice so the investors wouldn’t catch on.

“Sure, what is it?”  Naruto sounded calm, exactly the kind of person Itachi needed right now.

”Deidara and Kisame are here with me. We’re still in a meeting with the investors, and I can’t leave. Can you pick up Sasuke at the airport? Do you remember him? My little brother?”

There was a brief pause on the other end, a familiar silence.

“Yeah… I remember him.” Naruto’s voice had shifted ever so slightly, warmer, with something unreadable tucked between the words. “Is he already at the airport?”

”He messaged just now. Said they’re landing in a minute. I don’t want him waiting alone, especially with everything that happened. Can you— ”

“I got it, Itachi. Don’t worry. I’ll make sure he gets straight to your penthouse.”

“Thanks, I owe you one.”

”It’s fine. Not really a big deal.”

Itachi paused. Because for Naruto, who didn’t really do favors unless it meant something, this was out of character. Not that he minded, it just made him think.

Still, he couldn’t dwell on it. The investors were waiting, and Sasuke’s safety came first.

“Just… take care of that brat. ” he added, softer this time. “You know how he is.”

“Yeah. I do.”  Naruto said. “I’ll be there. Don’t worry.”

________

Sasuke sighed as he adjusted the strap of his suitcase, rolling it behind him while scanning the terminal. He already retrieved his luggage and cleared through the usual crowd of arrivals, and now found himself sitting stiffly on one of the airport benches, jacket zipped up, trying not to look like he was waiting for anyone.

He hated waiting.

He hated even more that he didn’t know who Itachi had sent.

The longer he sat, the more irritated he felt. What if it’s Kisame? Or worse—Deidara? He’d rather call a cab and deal with Itachi’s scolding later.

But then he saw it, golden blond hair, tousled as if from the wind, and those unmistakable bright blue eyes scanning the crowd before locking right onto him.

Sasuke froze. His breath caught in his throat.

Naruto.

He stood up too quickly, almost tripping over his suitcase handle. They met halfway, right between the crowd of exiting passengers and the vending machines near the taxi bay.

Before Sasuke could even speak, Naruto stepped in close, cupped his jaw with calloused fingers, and kissed him.

Not a shy, stolen peck. A full kiss, deep, possessive, lips moving with the urgency of a lost time.

Sasuke made a soft, startled noise into his mouth, eyes fluttering open and shut before he gripped Naruto’s jacket with one hand, pulling him closer instinctively.

When they finally parted, Sasuke was panting, his face flushed, eyes darting around in panic.

“Are you insane?” he hissed, voice low. “We’re in public.”

Naruto smirked, warm breath brushing against Sasuke’s lips. “Relax. Your brother’s not here.”

He leaned in again, kissed him slower this time, hand slipping behind Sasuke’s neck as if to anchor him there. Sasuke felt his knees weaken.

“Come on,” Naruto whispered. “I promised your brother I’d get you home in one piece.”

They moved quickly after that. Naruto took his suitcase without asking, guiding him toward the parking garage. His stride was casual, like they weren’t hiding a secret, like his heart wasn’t pounding in his chest.

Inside the car, Sasuke barely had time to settle in before he felt Naruto’s hand slip onto his thigh.

“You should’ve told me Itachi couldn’t drive you,” Naruto said, eyes on the road but his touch firm, deliberate. “I would’ve cleared my schedule.”

Sasuke bit back a smirk. “I wanted to surprise you.”

Naruto gave a hum of approval. “Well. You did.”

The drive was quiet after that, comfortable, laced with heat. Naruto’s thumb stroked slow circles just above Sasuke’s knee, and Sasuke didn’t stop him.

When they pulled into the underground parking of Itachi’s high-rise, Sasuke turned to him, lingering in his seat.

“Pick me up later?” he asked, voice low. “Once my brother’s asleep?”

Naruto leaned forward, cupped his cheek again, and kissed him softly. “Of course.”

Their foreheads rested together for a second. Just breathing. Just holding still.

Then Sasuke smirked, grabbed his bag, and stepped out.

“See you,” he said, not looking back.

“Yeah,” Naruto murmured. “You will.”

_______

Sasuke wasted no time once he arrived at Itachi’s penthouse.

The place was spotless and sterile in a way that only Itachi could maintain, floor-to-ceiling windows, sleek black furniture, and the quiet hum of an expensive air purifier in the corner. But Sasuke didn’t mind it. He liked the calm, the order. It was a far cry from the noise and tension back home.

He dragged his suitcase to the guest room, and began unpacking. Folding shirts, stacking his books, arranging his sketchpad and pens by the windowsill. It was almost therapeutic, until he heard the sound of the front door unlocking.

“Sasuke?” Itachi’s voice called out.

“In here,” he answered.

Moments later, his older brother appeared at the doorway, a paper bag in one hand and his usual composed expression softening just slightly at the sight of him.

“I brought food.”

They ate on the dining table, quietly at first, then with more ease as Sasuke talked about the flight, about the creep who’s following him.

The meal passed easily. And when Sasuke finished his drink, he stretched, pretending to yawn.

“I’ll take a shower,” he said casually, already planning ahead.

Itachi gave a small nod. “Go ahead. You should rest.”

Sasuke padded toward the bathroom, trying to hide the way his heart thudded, not from guilt, but from anticipation. He showered quickly, the hot water shaking the chill from his bones, and then dried off, pulled on sweatpants and a hoodie.

By the time he slipped under the covers, the apartment was quiet again. Itachi had retreated to his room, his door clicking shut. Sasuke lay in bed with his phone against his chest, screen dark, waiting.

Just past midnight, he opened the messages and typed:

Sasuke: (12:03 AM)

Hi.

The reply came seconds later.

Naruto: (12:03 AM)

Hey. Itachi’s asleep?

Sasuke: (12:04 AM)

Yes. Pick me up now.

Naruto: (12:05 AM)

Okay. Wait for me in the parking lot. Wear a jacket, it’s cold.

Sasuke: (12:05 AM)

I will. Love you.

Naruto: (12:06 AM)

Love you too.

Sasuke stared at the screen for a moment longer, letting the words sit warm in his chest before he sat up.

He moved quietly, slipping on his jacket and grabbed his phone and wallet. As he tiptoed through the hall, he paused briefly outside Itachi’s door. No sound.

Sorry, brother, Sasuke thought with a small smirk. Guess I’ll be back with snacks.

He pulled the door open with care, stepping out into the hallway. The elevator ride down was quick, the hum of anticipation buzzing louder in his ears than the quiet jazz playing overhead.

And when the doors slid open to the underground parking, he already saw it, Naruto’s familiar car idling by the far wall, headlights dimmed, and a certain blond idiot leaning against the hood like he belonged there.

Sasuke’s lips curved up as he walked toward him.

________

Naruto turned off his phone, having just ended a brief call with his secretary. He set the device down on the marble counter, its screen dimming out of sight.

The soft rustle of fabric followed as he shrugged off his robe, letting it pool around his feet. Naked and warm from the shower's heat, he stepped forward, closing the distance between them.

Sasuke was already there, in the tub, leaning against the tub’s edge with the kind of lazy grace that only he could wear like a second skin. His head was tilted back, dazed, lips parted, eyes half-lidded as if he’d been waiting.

Naruto moved in behind him, their skin brushing, then pressing. The full length of his body aligned with Sasuke’s back in a slow, deliberate motion. Warm. Solid.

Sasuke’s hum was soft, almost pleased, as he leaned further into Naruto’s touch. The silence stretched between them, content and unhurried. There was no need for words. not here, not in this kind of closeness.

Naruto’s hands found familiar territory, tracing the lines of Sasuke’s hips, his waist, fingers ghosting across damp skin. It was muscle memory now, this worship. Less about lust, more about grounding, like he needed to memorize him again before the world pulled him away.

“How do we explain this to your brother, huh?” Naruto murmured, kissing the dip of Sasuke’s shoulder, where water still clung in glistening beads.

“Easy,” Sasuke smirked, voice rich with that dangerous charm. “We don’t explain at all.”

“He’s gonna fucking kill me once he finds out,” he muttered, half-laughing, half-terrified.

Sasuke didn’t miss a beat. “Let him try.”

There was steel under the smirk now. A challenge. A promise.

Naruto bit the inside of his cheek, his pulse betraying him with the way it picked up again. Of course Sasuke would say that.

Naruto slipped his fingers through Sasuke’s damp hair, slow and reverent. Sasuke’s eyes fluttered shut, his expression softening into something that almost looked like peace. A smile played faintly on his lips, small, but genuine.

Naruto’s hand trailed lower, fingers brushing between Sasuke’s thighs until he found that sensitive spot that made Sasuke’s breath catch. His reaction was soft, sharp but controlled, a shaky exhale and the subtle shift of his hips.

Sasuke turned slightly, just enough to press his lips to Naruto’s jaw. It wasn’t a kiss, not really. Just a touch. A whisper. But it made Naruto go still.

And then, finally, their mouths met in the thick air, slow and open, a kiss not made of urgency, but of understanding. Like they knew it would end soon, so they savored it.

“One last round before you go?” Naruto asked against his lips.

Sasuke didn’t answer. He didn’t need to.

Sasuke shifted, straddling him with the ease of someone who’d done it too many times to count. His mouth followed a trail down Naruto’s neck, kissing along collarbones as if tasting the memories beneath the skin.

“Put it all in… slowly.”

Naruto’s voice was low, breathy, and edged with anticipation. He guided Naruto’s hard cock to his entrance, sinking down with a quiet gasp as he took every inch in.

“Ah—f-fuck,” he moaned, head tipping back, the stretch filling him completely.

How can he be so hard after so many rounds?

He paused for a moment, adjusting, savoring. Then he began to move, slow at first, then faster. Rougher. Desperate.

Naruto grunted, his hands gripping Sasuke’s waist like he was trying to hold themself together. His mouth latched onto one of Sasuke’s nipples, tongue flicking over the hardened peak.

“Fuck—my beautiful slut,” Naruto growled against his skin. “You ride me so well.”

Sasuke just moaned in answer, hips rolling in punishing rhythm. Skins slapping against skins, tongues battling for supremacy, and breathy moans coming from their mouths filled the space. “S-so insatiable, love.” Sasuke muttered in Naruto’s ear, who shivered as Sasuke fastened his pace. “I love how horny I make you.”

He grinds himself down into Naruto’s hips, nails scratching down the back of Naruto’s shoulder and down onto his back, leaving red lines. Sasuke moans loudly as he does, reaching one of his hands up and tangling it into Naruto’s hair as he pulls his lover back up into a rough kiss.

“Naruto —!” Sasuke practically screams his name, slapping one of his hands against the man’s chest as his other hand grips tightly at the tub’s edge. “I’m—”

“Are you gonna cum for me?” Naruto tugs on Sasuke’s ear with his teeth, squeezing his hand around Sasuke’s cock. He strokes them, roughly and quickly, smirking as Sasuke begins rocking his hips to chase the feeling of it. “C’mon, baby, cum for me. Sasuke, my love—my baby .”

Sasuke gasps inwardly as a full body shudder goes through him, gripping even tighter at the edge of the tub, Naruto’s hand is rough as it strokes his cocks, but it’s enough to send Sasuke into an orgasm, either way, just as Naruto cock begins pressing against his prostate.

Sasuke cums hard, gasping for air as his mind blanks out for several moments. Naruto is moaning against his neck, fucking into him faster and rougher, the head of his cock constantly hitting his prostate. Sasuke’s brain practically flatlines, his mouth hanging open as Naruto fucks him through his orgasm. It’s too much, Naruto is too much, Sasuke can barely keep himself afloat, his body ready to simply slip into the water.

Naruto won’t stop moaning his name, his arms now curling around Sasuke’s torso to hold him up as he fucks into his warm, wet heat. “Close—Sasuke, I’m close—” Naruto pants heavily against his neck, running his tongue against Sasuke’s shoulder before biting down onto it.

Sasuke shudders again, panting just as heavily, his eyes half-lidded. His strength is practically gone, unable to do anything but stay there as Naruto finishes inside of him. He whines out Naruto’s name, clenching down around his cock as he feels it throbbing inside of him. Seconds later, Naruto’s cock is buried deep inside of him as he cums.

Their mouths found each other again, softly. Naruto’s hand slid from Sasuke’s hair to his jaw, cradling him there like he was something fragile, breakable, important. His thumb brushed the edge of Sasuke’s cheek, tender and reverent, as though grounding himself in the reality of the man in front of him.

“Hey,” Naruto murmured into the curve of Sasuke’s neck, voice thick with something raw and aching. The skin there was warm, Naruto closed his eyes and let the weight of him settle in his arms. “I love you. I love you so much.”

Sasuke inhaled shakily, heart beating too fast, too loud. “I love you, too,” he whispered, voice cracking like the edges of something breaking. He turned slightly, their lips brushing, not quite a kiss yet, just the quiet contact of wanting.

“I don’t want to go yet,” Sasuke said then, voice barely above breath, fragile like glass. His lips lingered near Naruto’s, trembling slightly as he held himself back from saying more, take me with you, ask me to stay, make this easier.

Naruto touched their foreheads together, exhaling slowly, trying to press calm into the space between them. “I know,” he said softly. And he did. Sasuke’s goodbyes were always like this—  silent, aching things, dragging at the corners of Naruto’s heart.

But Naruto didn’t say stay. He never did. Not when it counted. Not when Sasuke was looking at him like this, like leaving was killing him and yet he still would.

Sasuke mourned the silence. Mourned what they never said aloud.

So instead, he kissed Naruto again— soft, slow, memorizing. Like he was imprinting the shape of Naruto’s mouth onto his soul, like he could take it with him and hold it close in the dark.

“We’re in the same city now,” Naruto said, the words landing softly between them.

Sasuke let out a quiet breath, eyes flicking to Naruto’s as a slow smile curled at his lips. “Right,” he murmured, voice edged with something fond. “No more fake business trips just to see me.”

Naruto chuckled, a little sheepish, a little proud. “Guilty,” he said, his hand slipping to rest against Sasuke’s hip. “I had to see you somehow.”

“Hmm,” Sasuke hummed, leaning in until their noses brushed. He tilted his head, lips barely a breath from Naruto’s, eyes gleaming with mischief. “You know what that means?”

Naruto raised a brow, amused. “What?”

“It means,” Sasuke said, his voice dropping just slightly, warm and teasing, “you can now take me whenever you want.”

His smile deepened, soft but suggestive, the kind that always made Naruto’s heart trip a little in his chest.

“Hmm, let’s see.”

________

“Where have you been?”

Sasuke froze mid-step at the sound of his older brother’s voice. Itachi stood in the hallway, half-shadowed, arms crossed, eyes sharp even in the dim light.

He had just gotten back from Naruto’s place. Naruto, who was probably still on the road, driving home in the dark. Sasuke clutched the plastic bag of snacks in his hand, a half-hearted excuse for being out this late. He’d bought them on the way back, just in case Itachi was still awake.

Of course he was.

Sasuke forced his body to move again, tilting his head casually toward the kitchen.

“Convenience store,” he said, keeping his voice even, maybe a little too light. “Just wanted something sweet.”

Itachi’s eyes dropped to the plastic bag, then slowly rose back to Sasuke’s face. “At three o’clock in the morning?”

Sasuke shrugged. “Couldn’t sleep.”

He stepped past him, the scent of branded perfume and something sharper and cleaner clinging to his skin.

Itachi’s brows pulled together subtly, catching a whiff of something distinctly unfamiliar.

“Did you shower?” he asked, nose crinkling slightly.

Sasuke stiffened for half a second before setting the bag on the kitchen counter. “Yeah. Before I left.”

“You showered earlier, then you showered again, then went to the convenience store?”

There was no edge to the question, no suspicion, just confusion. And maybe, if Sasuke didn’t know any better, a touch of amusement.

He turned to face his brother with an awkward chuckle. “Yes, brother. I felt gross. I needed to shower and wake up a little.”

Itachi stared at him for a moment, then exhaled and shook his head, turning away with a tired wave of his hand. “Whatever. Go back to sleep.”

Sasuke watched him retreat down the hallway, his own body still too warm beneath his clothes, like his skin hadn’t caught up with the lie. Like it remembered every second of what he’d just done.

The door to Itachi’s room clicked shut.

Sasuke stood alone in the kitchen, lit by the soft hum of the overhead light. He dragged a hand through his damp hair, fingers brushing the side of his neck, where he zipped us his jacket, bare skin, still sensitive. He didn’t need a mirror to know the faint red mark was there, proof of Naruto’s mouth, his hands, the way he’d said nothing and everything against his skin.

His stomach twisted. Not with regret.

But with everything else.

He leaned forward, elbows on the counter, forehead resting on his arm as he stared at the crinkled plastic bag of snacks— useless now, ridiculous. A prop for a lie.

He could still taste Naruto on his tongue.

Still feel the weight of his body, the warmth of that final kiss in the steam-heavy bathroom, the way Naruto had held his face like he was holding the world.

Sasuke went to his bedroom and texted Naruto.

Sasuke: (3:45 AM)

Hi.

Are you home?

Message me once you’re already home.

Sasuke hit send, phone cradled in one hand as he lay sideways in bed. Then in a few minutes, Naruto replied.

Naruto: (3:50 AM)

Hey.

Just arrived home.

It’s late. Go to sleep.

Sasuke stared at the message for a second longer than he should have, chewing the inside of his cheek before replying.

Sasuke: (3:51 AM)

I will.

I heard from Itachi you’ll have a meeting with him tomorrow?

Naruto: (3:52 AM)

Yeah, no shit.

How am I supposed to face your brother after I fucked his innocent sweet little brother, huh?

Sasuke rolled onto his back, groaning softly into the darkness as he flung his arm over his face.

God. Naruto and his mouth.

Sasuke: (3:53 AM)

Shut up.

As if you’re not doing this for the past two years.

He hit send before he could think too much about it. Two years of sneaking around, of late-night drives, of stolen hours pressed against each other, gasping.

His phone buzzed again.

Naruto: (3:54 AM)

Guilty.

But you were the one moaning like you wanted to be ruined.

I had to do my best.

Sasuke felt the heat rise up his neck again, curling into his ears. He closed his eyes, a hand dragging down his face.

Of course Naruto would say something like that. Casual. Wicked. Devastating.

And the worst part? It was all true.
