[Art] Hope
kektus
Summary:
My gift for Seasider for the 2025 Vaderkin Creative Exchange.
Notes:
- For Seasider.
Dear Seasider,
I hope you like the drawing! And thank you for the prompts! At first, I thought that I might draw Luke and Vader recuperating in a clearing on Endor after escaping the second Death Star (for the prompts: celebration, happy, devoted), but the piece developed in a slightly different way. I decided to draw Luke offering Vader hope, represented by the glowing white star. Although Vader had turned down Luke's offer to come with him in ROTJ, I like to think that for a moment, he was touched.
The drawing may be a little abstract; I hope you don't mind!
