A/N: Hello, people!

I don't own Harry Potter.

I have no beta.

ENJOY!

CHECK ME OUT ON TUMBLR. HELLY-WATERMELONSMELLINFELLON.

Harry didn't mean for it to turn out this way.

No matter what vile things somebody may accuse him of, he truly did not mean for things to end up this way, and in fact, he had been so drunk that he hadn't realised who it was he was coming on to until it was too late. Then there was no point in holding back or stopping since he was basically halfway there already.

Now, just because he did not intend for things to end up this way did not mean that he would not fully take advantage of everything once he was in his right mind.

The breakup with his ex had been messy and brutal and a lot of, 'Are we together? Are we not together? Let's get back together. No, I can't stand you.' That kind of thing. Over and over, and it felt exhausting. And so finally they decided that they were well and truly over, and it was because Harry found out that Draco was cheating with a lot of people, and the reason many of his friends had been acting so nasty was because they knew about it and didn't care. They simply enjoyed the fact that Harry was being made a fool of.

These people had never grown up since school. They acted the same way they did back in Hogwarts, and they never matured. Still bullies. Still horrible, despite Draco's insistence that everyone had matured and everyone had changed, and it wasn't fair to hold childhood grudges against people who did nothing wrong as adults.

Harry had been effectively gaslit into believing that he was being unfair to people who had harassed him in school and had essentially been guilt tripped into giving them all second chances because, well, they were Draco's friends and it wasn't fair. If he could look past all the things that Draco had done in school, then it wasn't fair that he couldn't extend the same mercies to the rest of them.

Apparently, they had been labouring under the impression that Harry was aware of all of the bad things Draco had been getting up to in school and that he had overlooked it. Even Draco himself thought that Harry had been aware of them and that Harry was just a pushover who was easy to manipulate because he was so soft-hearted he couldn't hold a real grudge against someone who truly deserved it. And that even he had thought that Harry's dislike of his friends was immature and unnecessary.

Basically, Harry had been made into Fate's Fool several times and now he wasn't willing to play as nice. Since everybody thought it was hilarious to mock him there was no reason for him to be kind anymore. No reason for him to extend a helping hand or an understanding ear. It was not his duty to make space for others to feel comfortable now.

And despite all of this, despite everything that this came from and his new look on life, he did not intend to end up in the bed of his ex's father. At some point in the past few years, Draco's parents had gotten a divorce, and they had been separated for a while.

The breakup hadn't exactly been a clean one because both were from incredibly rich families and their union wasn't romantic to begin with. It was more for mutual benefit between families, but the problem was that at the time, Narcissa's family had higher standing and a lot more money, so by technicality, she was more important in the relationship. However, the Black family had declined severely in the past few decades, and now the Malfoy family was worth a lot more.

Also, the Blacks had made some bad investments with some bad people and when those people were convicted, the reputation of Narcissa's family suffered greatly. They also had a habit of striking people from the family tree and disowning them for every little thing, which lowered their numbers and reach further(EX: Sirius, Andromeda, Alphard, Cedrella, and any offspring they may have had, etc…).

The separation process had been long and grueling, but Lucius had refused to budge. Despite her family's wealth and reputation, Narcissa didn't bring anything unique to the marriage and she didn't have a job and relied on her trust fund. She didn't contribute to finances or support for their son. As such, Lucius kept everything as he had it before she came along, and there was a clause in their betrothal contract that stated that no alimony would be granted if only one side of the relationship contributed to the household.

Narcissa had moved back home and just like her Pureblood family expected of her, she allowed them to betroth her to another Pureblood man. She was currently courting again but unfortunately, her family had to aim lower in terms of worth, and she was stuck with a Macnair newly graduated from Hogwarts. She was also expected to produce another kid, which was causing tension because after decades married to Lucius, they produced only one child despite all their attempts.

Now, the issue here was that Draco was definitely a mummy's boy. Despite how much he squawked, he always wanted his mother's attention and support the most. However, he valued the fact that he was his father's only heir, and he knew that if he wanted to remain his father's only heir, then he had to be what Lucius expected of him. So, he sought his father's validation at every opportunity, and was caught between his loyalty for his separated parents.

Though naturally, as he was a mummy's boy, Draco had confided in Harry and the fact that he thought his mother was the right one and that she should have gotten more in the separation. Harry had never had a reason to share that information, but after what had just happened, he was honestly considering airing all for everyone's ears.

After all, it wasn't his fault that Lucius Malfoy was fit.

He had a nice face, nice hair, and his ridiculous robes made him look especially graceful. He was an older and far more attractive Draco. With the skills and experience to match, even.

Harry had already downed several shots of Firewhiskey by that point in the evening. There was an open bar at the 'event'. He didn't actually know what the event was, only that Hermione was forcing him to attend because it was the right thing to do, or it was morally conscious or something. He didn't want to be there, but he knew that it was apparently of great political import that he was, so, yeah.

She schmoozed the people in her quest to make connections for her future campaign for Minister and Harry nodded along in support.

And somehow, he went from imbibing a lot of alcohol to flirting with Draco's father. Who had been there as well, all by his lonesome.

Yes, he knew the man was like- sixty or something, which was practically twice his age, but magical humans aged much more slowly than regular humans. Harry was going to be thirty-one, come July. If he wanted to sleep with a man who was twice his age but looked like he was the same age, then it was no one's business but his own.

And if that very same man also ended up being his ex-boyfriend's father, then who had the right to judge?

If he was being honest, though, he knew that his family definitely wasn't going to be happy about it. James, Sirius, and Remus had all hated Draco even if Remus was more normal about it. Lily also did not like him, but she had attempted to be objective about everything because in her own words, 'James and his friends did worse things in school than Draco and his friends had'. As far as they'd known at the time, that is.

"Of all the people who have a right to judge teenagers for the things they do as teenagers, you lot aren't among their number," she'd told the Marauders.

Everyone would be completely thrilled that he was no longer with Draco, but advancing on to his now divorced father probably was going to be seen as far worse.

But honestly, he didn't really care after such a tough breakup and no small amount of embarrassing revelations. He deserved to have a good time. One where people on all sides weren't attacking him for who he was associating with. Either his friends and his family for not liking Draco and Draco's friends, or Draco and his friends whinging about the presence of Gryffindors and non-purists as Harry struggled to educate them.

It was time that Harry finally accepted who he was and who everybody else was determined to be. And it also meant that he had to be a little more careful with how many third chances he was giving out.

If he had gone to the effort of giving a person another chance to better themselves and they did not improve by the second time, then that clearly meant they weren't interested in changing. No more third chances. No more convincing himself that if he just tried hard enough, he could fix anything or that being with him would encourage others to change on their own.

He was not that special.

It was better to pursue someone that didn't need years of experience and lessons in order to improve. Harry was not a teacher after all. Nor did he sign up to be someone's parental figure to handhold them through life.

There was more to his future than such tripe.

Now, it remained to be seen if Lucius Malfoy was going to be in that future, but for the moment at least, Harry wasn't opposed to repeated encounters with the man. After all, he was clearly better than his son was at everything and wasn't nearly as prissy as Harry had always believed him to be.

And he had a very talented tongue too.

A hand trailed down his exposed back, causing his skin to erupt in gooseflesh. Said older and more experienced gentleman was lying beside him on his fancy sheets in his fancy manor surrounded by his fancy décor. The sunlight was streaming in through the window and made their particular spot on the bed feel extra warm and toasty.

"You seem to be a bit distracted this morning," Lucius commented, his voice all buttery smooth and deep with roughness from a lack of use during their sleep.

Harry groaned, his own voice doing no better. But for the record, he had made great use of his own voice during the night. Lucius was also good with his hips.

"I think a hot bath would serve you well," the man said, snapping his fingers.

A House Elf appeared across the room with a small pop, obscured by the curtains of the bed blocking that side of the room off for the sake of privacy. "Master seeks a bath?" their tiny voice asked, surprisingly less timid than Harry would have expected.

"And a full spread for lunch," Lucius said, proving it was too late for breakfast. "Dear Harry needs to build up his energy after he had such a strenuous night."

"Mipsy bes doing that for Master!" and then the House Elf was gone, leaving Harry mortified that Lucius would make such suggestions to such an innocent creature!

A few moments later, Harry found himself sitting in a bath that could make the prefect bathrooms of Hogwarts look inferior. Multiple taps that led to different soaps. Bubbles and soothing oils for personal use. The scent of roses filled the air as Lucious proceeded to delicately work some kind of product into Harry's hair, creating a good lather.

Once it was washed out, he proceeded to add other products, like it was some kind of miracle potion that could fix the mess Harry had always lived with.

"You do know that the Potter hair is infamously impossible to tame, correct?" he asked, trying to pretend that he didn't enjoy the attention he wasn't aware Lucius enjoyed putting effort into.

"It's such a fascinating thing because your family is known most recently for creating hair potions. Despite Fleamont Potter selling the business and the new owners changing things so much, the Malfoys do have access to the original version per your grandfather's genius in wording his contract."

Oh yeah, Harry remembered something about that. His grandfather had lost any interest in pursuing his attempts at making a potion that would work on his family's hair. Apparently, the potions worked on everybody else just fine and that's why he was able to sell everything for such a high price. But so many failures had pretty much zapped all of his inspiration.

There was a clause in the contract upon selling that he would not share the original recipe of the potion, so long as the company he sold it to made no alterations in the first fifty years of ownership. They began to market the product on a mass scale, and it was very quickly determined that something had changed, as it was no longer as effective as before due to apparent substitutions to cut the costs of preparation, and once it was proven that they had in fact changed part of the recipe, they broke the contract.

He sued them, got everything back, and decided to resell again after a while.

Fleamont Potter had also distributed the original recipe in The Daily Prophet to the whole world free of charge, before the sale was confirmed a second time. After all, he still got all the money from the original sale so there was no form of loss on his end and he could resell it per the rules of the contract, so he got the same amount twice. And now anyone could brew it at home or find it in any random shop all across Europe and the Americas because the corporation that next bought it actually honoured the contract's detailed clauses.

Harry was absolutely gobsmacked to learn that apparently, thanks to his mother not being from the Potter family or any direct relations like the Blacks or Weasleys, her genetics had managed to make his hair a little less annoying. The potions actually worked, and for the first time after his hair had been completely dried from a wash, and then combed through carefully, his hair didn't look like a Nargle's nest!

There was actual definition and curls instead of a mess.

Lucius smirked in that absolutely drop-dead gorgeous way he was capable of, and ran his hand through Harry's hair, enjoying how all those curls bounced right back into place with ease. "Perhaps this is a sign," he stated softly, gently pulling Harry toward the bedroom door. "We can work on your wardrobe next. Even if you like a specific style of clothing, it doesn't hurt to purchase the best of the best versions of whatever you set your sights on."

He was talking in definitives. As if he fully expected Harry to be coming around a lot more often now that they shared a night together. As if this was not just a one-time thing to him.

Which was a lot of dedication after one night! Harry privately wondered if he was really that good in bed that a man twice his age would like him to stay around that much.

Considering who Harry's parents were, it wasn't as if Lucius would benefit from being tied to the Potter family. If his parents found out, they were surely not going to be happy and would definitely make it a problem. And despite knowing that this was definitely something that would happen, Lucius didn't seem to mind.

Already he had more spine than his son. Draco was terrified of Lily and Remus.

Harry was presented with his freshly laundered clothing thanks to an unfamiliar House Elf. He had worn those robes the night before and winced a bit because he really did not like the waistcoat. It was too loose, but it felt weird bumping against his back so much because there was a buckle on the back meant for something he clearly did have to complete the look.

Lucius tsked twice and waved his wand, which appeared out of nowhere, forcing the waistcoat to shrink a bit to better fit Harry's frame. "I stand by what I said. You definitely need a better wardrobe. Bespoke clothing can go a long way."

Of course he could tell with ease that the robes Harry had been wearing the night before were not tailored to him specifically. He had just bought them off a rack at Madam Malkins because Hermione had been pestering him to attend that stupid event and he hadn't been planning to originally.

Merlin, he could only imagine what Hermione was going to say when she found out. It was entirely possible that she already knew though, considering she was able to keep an eye on so many things at once but never be confused or lost. Though since she was intending to become the Minister for Magic, it made a lot of sense that she was able to divide her time and attention so well.

"Come. Lunch will be awaiting us in the dining hall."

He had yet to let go of Harry's hand as he opened the door.

And when they were both brought up short by Draco's sudden presence in the corridor outside Lucius' bedroom, his hand only tightened.

The twitchy little ferret's mouth dropped into an unattractive, gaping expression. One that Harry had never seen before but really served to make the pointiness of his face unappealing. Months ago, he had thought Draco was one of the most attractive men he had ever seen, and suddenly he just wasn't.

Was it bitterness over how things ended between them? Or was it perhaps because Lucius was just clearly better looking overall? Or was it a petty response to a perceived slight?

The answer didn't really matter because at that moment, the three of them simply stood in awkward silence. Draco's eyes trailed down to their clasped hands and then back up to Harry. To see his now lustrous curls on full display and the very telling ring of love bites around his throat from where Lucius' mouth had liberally decorated him the night before.

It was undeniable what the implications were, seeing Harry Potter stepping out of his father's bedroom, hand in hand with his father while covered in his father's marks.

Lucius cleared his throat. "I must admit that your sudden presence is a surprise, Draco. I'm sure the House Elves can prepare you another table setting so that you may join us for lunch."

"The bloody hell are you doing here, Potter?" Draco demanded, face turning an alarming shade of puce in the process. "And how dare you use my father to try and get back at me!"

Before Harry could even move to defend himself, Lucius' free hand snapped out almost too fast to track, briefly making Harry wonder if he ever played Seeker in school. He'd slapped his own son across the face, his jaw set dangerously as he said, "You and Mr. Potter have been separated for quite some time, because of your own embarrassing actions, may I remind you. You have no right to criticise him or his relationship status, or who he is in a relationship with. And you do not have the authority to criticise my partners or who I choose to spend my personal time with."

Draco looked blindsided, as if this was something he had never considered possibly happening, or maybe Lucius had never raised a hand against him before. The red mark on his cheek was painfully obvious and his stormy eyes spoke of vague threats and wishes of violence. Against whom, Harry didn't know.

"You are one who brought shame to this family by being so open about your philandering promiscuity. You couldn't even do the Slytherin thing and keep it quiet."

Draco looked down then, when faced with his father's disappointment. As stated before, while Draco clearly loved and preferred his mother more, his father was just his ticket to a life without struggle and without having to have a job.

And now that could potentially be in danger.

After all, he probably hadn't considered the fact that his father could also remarry to someone younger and more than capable of having children. Since Narcissa had been struggling so much to provide him with more, it was obvious that children could potentially become part of his future if he married once again.

Draco was only the heir because he was the only child. That didn't necessarily mean that he would stay the only child, and he had apparently forgotten that.

And clearly, he had not been aware of the fact that his father would find out all of the details about what he had been getting up to and why his family name was being tarnished. Draco had never been particularly good at being sneaky after all.

"You already know abo-"

Harry placed a hand on Lucius' arm and gave a sultry smirk. "No need to tell your father, I told him everything last night. Right, dear?"

"And then some," Lucious concluded with an equally devious smirk. "So, Draco, are you going to act like the grown thirty-one-year-old man you are, or are you going to continue throwing a tantrum over not getting your way?"

Draco looked between them again, as if he couldn't believe that this was what was happening. And honestly, Harry felt pretty much the same, because he hadn't expected things to take this kind of turn. Not that he didn't appreciate being able to stick it to his snotty ex right in his annoying, pointy face.

"But he's even younger than I am!"

"He is a grown man of thirty, Draco." Lucius then flicked something invisible off his lapel as he casually stated, "Age clearly wasn't an issue for you when you were panting after Morgan Blishwick and Silvester Selwyn."

As far as Harry was aware, they were even older than Lucius was, but because of genetics and magic, they still didn't look old.

Of course, this was all news to Harry, which meant that Lucius definitely knew a lot more than expected. Far more than Harry had told him last night while rambling in a half-drunken stupor.

"And I doubt you've made a comment about your mother's impending nuptials with a teenager fresh out of Hogwarts either."

Oh! Yeah, he definitely hadn't. Especially with how he was refusing to make eye contact now. This family drama was hilarious!

"Once again, are you going to join us for lunch and behave like an adult or are you going to continue this embarrassing tantrum?"

Harry was far too classy of a bloke to admit it out loud, but he definitely enjoyed how easily cowed Draco had become.

And honestly, it would be really funny if somehow Harry ended up pregnant with the next Malfoy Heir Apparent.

Like a last Fuck Off to his failure of an ex.

It'd be delicious!
