I was able to improve the sound! Same recording, but I was able to filter out most of the mouth sounds that annoyed me so much. There was a lot of work that went along with that, but I think it was worth it! The art was a gift from the awesome Tiredgiraffe_23. Lettering is by me.
The runtime went down by about a minute just from where I caught little editing seams that I missed the first time through.
I've made lots of podfics but this is my first podfic in the Scum Villain fandom. I read this fic and just loved it, the tone of the narration, that ending! and I loved the Little Palace Mistress too, for the first time ever. When I saw the author had given blanket permission for podfics I squee'd and then got right to work.
I am my own beta listener. I try to do the best possible job, but any mistakes are completely on me.
I have a ton of good ideas for Scum Villain fics, but I'm having trouble writing lately. I've got time to read aloud, though! I'm always happy to hear about any fics, especially long ones, that you'd like to hear me do.
