Boot Bound

Summary:

“You’ve been restless,” Mink said finally, his voice low and even, with that slight gravel that always made Aoba’s pulse jump. “If you’re going to be restless, you’ll do something useful with it.”

Aoba swallowed, his mouth dry. “What do you want me to do?”

Mink’s lips twitched — not quite a smile, but close enough to feel dangerous. “Start with this.”

He nudged one heavy boot forward, the toe stopping just between Aoba’s knees. The black leather was worn, scuffed from use, smelling faintly of dust and whatever oil Mink treated them with. Aoba knew what he meant without needing to be told, his face heating even before he leaned forward.

Work Text:

The room smelled faintly of smoke and leather, heavy with the warm, stagnant air that always seemed to linger when Mink stayed in one place for too long.

Aoba could feel it on his skin, the way the haze caught in his throat with every slow breath. The faint creak of the old sofa under Mink’s weight was the only sound, aside from the faint hiss of the pipe balanced loosely between his fingers.

He’d been here for what felt like hours. Kneeling. Waiting.

The ropes around his wrists were tight enough to make his fingers tingle, the coarse fibers biting at his skin whenever he shifted. Not that there was anywhere to shift to — the space between his knees and the shadow of Mink’s boots was the whole of his world right now.

Mink didn’t speak at first. He just looked down at him, one elbow propped lazily on the armrest, his broad frame sprawled out, pipe smoke curling past his lips in patient coils. His eyes — that unnatural, cold blue — didn’t need words to make Aoba’s stomach twist. They were flat, unreadable, a steady weight that pinned him in place harder than the rope did.

The first press of his body to the cool, unyielding surface sent a strange rush through him — not quite pleasure, not quite shame, but something tangled between the two. His bound hands made balance awkward, forcing him to keep his weight forward, his thighs bracketing Mink’s leg as he began to move.

The leather didn’t give under him; it was smooth and firm, the ridge of the laces catching lightly against his clothing as he shifted. He had to work for friction, pressing harder, sliding himself over that single point of contact in slow, searching arcs.

Mink didn’t move. He just watched, pipe in one hand, the other resting casually on his knee. That stare made it worse — made every movement feel scrutinized, measured.

Aoba’s breathing grew unsteady after a minute, each exhale catching in his throat. “Hh…hhaa…” The sound escaped before he could stop it, and he hated how quickly it came.

“You can go harder,” Mink voiced, not as an encouragement but an order. His voice left no room for hesitation.

Aoba obeyed, pushing himself into a rougher rhythm, his knees squeaking faintly against the floor with each shift forward. The ropes dug deeper into his wrists as he leaned into it, the pressure in his chest building in time with the ache in his arms.

He could feel Mink’s eyes following every roll of his hips, the heat in his face growing with each slow pass over the solid curve of that boot. The texture of the laces caught again and again, a faint grind that made him shiver.

It was exhausting — the awkward angle, the resistance of the leather, the way Mink didn’t let his gaze wander for even a second. The tension crawled up his spine, making him shift harder, faster, chasing something he couldn’t quite reach.

But after a while, the fatigue began to set in. His shoulders ached from keeping his balance without the use of his hands, his knees sore against the floor. His breathing was ragged, his forehead damp. The pressure in his body was there, but not close enough to crest, and frustration made him slow.

Mink noticed immediately. “Tired already?” he asked, voice flat but laced with a quiet edge that made Aoba tense.

“I… I can’t–” he started, but he trailed off when Mink shifted his foot back. The space between them grew, and Aoba found himself lowering to sit on the floor, legs folded awkwardly to one side, his bound hands pressing into the small of his back.

Mink didn’t say anything for a moment, just tapped the pipe against the edge of a small ashtray, the faint metallic ring cutting through the heavy silence. Then he leaned forward slightly, the boot he’d had Aoba grinding against lifting off the floor.

Without warning, the toe pressed firmly against Aoba’s lap.

The sudden pressure made him gasp, his back pressing instinctively into the sofa’s base. “Nhh–” The sound left his lips before he could hold it in.

“Better,” Mink murmured, applying a little more force. The weight of it pushed down against him, firm and unrelenting, as though it were meant to pin him there.

Aoba’s hips jerked involuntarily, the motion small at first, then again when Mink pressed a bit harder. The rope kept his shoulders pulled back, chest forward, making every shift of his hips feel exaggerated.

“Move,” Mink ordered.

And he did — sliding himself in short, needy rolls against the unyielding leather, the edge of the sole catching just enough to make his breath hitch each time. The heat in his face deepened; he couldn’t meet Mink’s eyes now, couldn’t stand to see how calmly he sat there while Aoba ground against his boot like this.

Every push brought that dull, building throb sharper into focus, his thighs trembling with the effort to keep moving under the weight of that stare. Mink kept the pressure steady, sometimes dragging the toe slightly upward to change the angle, sometimes pressing down harder until Aoba’s breath broke in a soft, shaky moan.

The ropes around his wrists had become part of the sensation now — each shift making them dig in, sending faint prickles down his forearms. It was all one tight loop of feeling: the weight on his lap, the friction, the ache in his arms, and Mink’s heavy silence above it all.

When Mink finally spoke again, it was low enough to make the hair on Aoba’s neck rise. “Keep going until I say stop.”

The weight of Mink’s boot stayed exactly where it was, solid and immovable, the center of Aoba’s world narrowing to the heat blooming beneath it. His hips moved on instinct now, short and quick at first, then longer, grinding rolls as he sought out the pressure that made his breath falter.

The toe dug in just enough to keep him chasing it. The leather was warm now from the friction, and every time he shifted, the ridge at the front pressed against him in a way that made his thighs tense and his knees slide faintly against the floor.

He didn’t dare look up. The air between them was thick with unspoken expectation; Mink didn’t need to speak for Aoba to know he was being measured, judged. That steady gaze burned on him even when Aoba’s eyes stayed fixed on the floor.

A faint tremor started in his legs, traveling up to his hips. The ropes pulled hard against his wrists with every movement, biting deeper now, the coarse fiber grinding against his skin. The discomfort bled into the pleasure until he couldn’t tell them apart, only that both made him keep moving.

“...Hhhaa…” It slipped out, soft and uneven. The sound felt too loud in the heavy quiet. Mink didn’t comment, but his boot pressed just a fraction harder, making Aoba jolt forward against it.

The motion forced his breath from him in a sharp exhale, and he found himself leaning into it more, each slow drag over the solid leather making heat curl low in his stomach. The constant pressure was maddening — unchanging, inescapable — and it made him push harder, trying to wring more sensation from it.

The sofa creaked faintly as Mink adjusted his posture, a small shift that somehow made Aoba feel even more exposed. He could feel the man’s presence looming above him, broad and steady, unhurried in a way that only deepened Aoba’s own urgency.

His pace stuttered for a moment when a sharper wave rolled through him, making his breath catch. The noise that followed was barely more than a whimper, quickly bitten off, but he knew Mink heard it. He could almost sense the faint twitch of approval in the air, though Mink stayed silent.

The heat kept building, coiling tight in his gut, his movements becoming a little rougher, a little less careful. His thighs burned from the effort, knees protesting against the hard floor, but he didn’t stop. Couldn’t.

Aoba’s head tipped forward, hair falling to shadow his face as his breathing grew faster. The faint scrape of the boot’s sole against the floor was the only counterpoint to the sound of his uneven exhales, each one catching as the pleasure sharpened.

Mink’s boot shifted once more — not much, just a small, deliberate nudge upward that made the pressure land exactly where it needed to. Aoba’s body reacted instantly, hips jerking forward in a helpless grind. “Hhhnn– hahh…”

The sound was raw now, no longer something he could smother, and Mink still didn’t speak. That silence was heavier than any command, pressing down on him as surely as the leather against his lap.

Every drag of friction now sent that tight coil in his gut pulling tighter, the tension flooding his chest, the heat in his face, the ache in his bound arms. His movements became frantic without meaning to, chasing the edge that was now so close it felt like it was breathing against the back of his neck.

The rope burned at his wrists with each thrust, every sensation knotting together until it was too much. His breath broke completely, hips locking in a final, desperate grind as the release tore through him — heat flooding low, muscles clenching, a shudder running from his shoulders to his knees.

The boot stayed exactly where it was, holding him through it, not easing until his movements slowed to weak, stuttering pushes that faded into stillness.

His chest heaved, head still bowed, the sound of his breath harsh in the quiet. The rope bit into him as his shoulders sagged, the faint sting grounding him in the aftermath.

Mink’s shadow shifted above him, the faint scrape of leather against the floor as the boot finally moved back. Aoba didn’t look up — couldn’t yet — the echo of that release still shivering through him in small, lingering pulses.

The air seemed heavier after, thick with the musk of sweat and the faint tang of smoke. Aoba stayed where he was, his knees still planted against the floor, head low, wrists throbbing where the rope had dug in. The warmth in his lap was fading slowly, replaced by the ache in his legs and the sore pull in his shoulders.

Mink didn’t speak right away. He leaned back into the sofa with a slow, measured shift of his weight, the leather of his coat brushing faintly against the fabric. The pipe clicked softly as it was set down on the small table beside him. The absence of that smell made the rest of the room’s air sharper, more intimate.

Aoba’s pulse was still uneven. Each inhale dragged through him, loud in his own ears, and the quiet between them only made it worse. He could feel Mink’s gaze on him — not sharp, not heated, just… watching. Assessing. The kind of look that made his skin prickle, as if every shallow breath was being catalogued.

Finally, the sofa creaked again. Mink’s boots hit the floor with a faint thud, and a shadow fell over Aoba as he leaned forward. The weight of that presence so close made the hair on Aoba’s arms stand on end.

Fingers caught at the knot in the rope, not to free it, but to test it. Mink’s touch was impersonal, just enough of a pull to make the fibers bite into Aoba’s skin again before releasing them. Aoba’s breath hitched despite himself.

“You can still sit up,” Mink stated, not as a suggestion but as fact.

Aoba obeyed slowly, shifting until his back rested lightly against the sofa’s front. His shoulders rolled instinctively against the rope, the friction raw on his already abraded skin.

The silence stretched again. Mink didn’t fill it; he never did. He just sat back, his legs spread in that same unhurried sprawl, one arm resting along the back of the sofa. His eyes were unreadable, the kind of calm that felt like it could snap at any second.

Aoba’s own gaze stayed on the floor, where the faint scuff from Mink’s boot still marked the boards between them. His body was cooling down now, muscles loosening in reluctant surrender. The echoes of sensation still lingered in flashes — the solid weight pressing into his lap, the rough push of friction, the way his hips had moved on their own near the end.

The shame of it sat low in his stomach, tangled with the memory of heat. He could still feel the phantom press of that leather against him, like it had left a mark no one else could see.

Mink reached for his pipe again, relighting it with slow precision. The faint crackle of the tobacco breaking the quiet was the only sound until he exhaled a long stream of smoke toward the ceiling.

“You follow well when you’re told,” he said at last, voice as even as it had been at the start.

It wasn’t praise. It wasn’t dismissal. It was simply a statement, and it landed on Aoba heavier than either would have.

He nodded without lifting his eyes, the ropes at his wrists pulling taut again as he shifted. His breathing had steadied, but inside he still felt as if Mink’s boot was pressed there, holding him exactly where he wanted him.

Mink didn’t need to say anything else. The command was gone, the act was over, but the control stayed — coiled in the air between them, in the sting of the rope, in the weight of that steady gaze.

It would be there until Mink decided otherwise.
