*I walk into my rooms after a long day and get ready to go meet with my spymaster for her monthly report when I sense a presence in the shadows.* ‘You'll need to try harder to fool me shadowsinger. So will you reveal yourself and speak properly or are you going to watch me change?’ *I turn to the spot where I think he is and lucky for me I was right as Azriel steps out of the shadows* ‘You're insufferable’
‘Perhaps I am. But I'm not the one seeking into your room and watching you change now am I?’ *I watch in delight as the shadows around Azriel freeze for a second and I know I hit it right* ‘I wasn't going to watch you change’ *He answers a bit too quickly to be casual and I see his ears turn slightly red at the tips.* “Cute” ‘Why are you here?’ *Azriel rolls his eyes* ‘Are you plotting something?’ *I sigh damn Rhysand and his paranoia.* ‘No. Apart from how to overthrow my father of course.’ *Azriel looks at me as if he's studying me.* ‘Who were you going to meet up with?’ *I debated telling him before shrugging.* ‘My spymaster.’ *his eyes widen* ‘You mean Roan?’ *I sigh* ‘No not my father's, mine.’ *Azriel calms his facial expression again but I can still see the underlying shock* ‘You have your own spymaster?’ ‘Yes, of course I do. I can't rely on my father's spies to help me plot how to overthrow him now can I?’ *Azriel sighs, calming his shock.* ‘Can I meet him?’ *I just give him a glare* ‘First of all she's female. Second, why would I tell the spymaster of a different court who my spymaster is?’ *Azriel purses his lips* ‘Right…that was stupid.’ *I sigh* ‘I'm going to be late, spy on me another day will you?’ *Azriel looks annoyed but he eventually winnows away and I just know he's going to tell Rhysand of my spymaster*
**with Azriel**
-Azriel-
*I winnow in front of the townhouse and immediately go to Rhys's office. When I got there Rhys and Feyre were discussing something but they stopped and turned to me when I came in.*
‘You're back early’ *Rhys says with a smirk.* ‘Eris has a spymaster.’ *Feyre looks confused.* ‘But we know that wasn't he called Roan?’ *Rhys shakes his head* ‘Feyre darling, I don't think that's what he means. You mean to say Eris has his personal spymaster and he's good enough to stay completely out of your radar?’ *I nod* ‘She's a woman btw Eris was annoyed at me for assuming she's a man.’ *Rhys lets out a small “oh” sound while Feyre looks ecstatic.* ‘Did you meet her?’ *I shake my head* ‘Sorry, no As Eris pointed out. Why would he let the spymaster of a different court meet his personal spymaster?’ *Feyre sighs* ‘Yea.. right, I really do want to meet her though a female spymaster is rare.’ *Rhys rubs his temples* ‘I bet the valkyries would love knowing this.’ *I nod* ‘How did you find out about this?’ *I scratch my neck sheepishly remembering how Eris found me so easily.* ‘He was getting ready to meet her when he noticed my presence.’ *Rhysand raises an eyebrow at my pause but he drops it.* ‘So he's currently in a meeting with said spymaster?’ ‘Yes’
**meanwhile**

*I get to my secret cabin where Kiyo usually is* ‘Kiyo? Sorry for being late.’ *She's suddenly next to me.* ‘no problem’ *I yelp in surprise* ‘Couldren, you need to stop doing that or I'm getting a heart attack one day.’ *She snickers* ‘Anyway, for the monthly report what do you have?’
**After discussing her usual report Eris stays as Kiyo makes food for them**
‘Eris, may I ask you something?’ *I look up from the written report.* ‘Of course.’ ‘Is the Shadowsinger courting you?’ *I'm completely caught off guard* ‘WHAT!? NO!’ *Her ears droop down a bit.* ‘Oh sorry, I just assumed since he was watching you for pretty long.’ *I calm myself before I heard he'd been watching for pretty long* ‘wdym?’ *she tilts her head slightly as she sets down the food on the table* ‘He was staring at you the whole day from 4 in the morning until you found him.’ *I'm shocked* ‘What!?’ *Kiyo just nods* ‘Couldren no i’m not courting the shadowsinger.’ *Kiyo hums slightly in response* *I finish my food.* ‘Thank you.’ *She just nods* ‘Btw are you also coming next week?’ *I nod* ‘Of course I will, I can't miss it if Liam is coming back from his expedition in the human lands.’ *I look at Kiyo again and see that she just sensed something* ‘Kiyo? What is it?’ *she turns to me holding two fingers to the side of her head meaning that she's communicating with Liam* ‘Liam says that the mission is done and he'll be ready in a week as planned.’ *I also put my fingers to my head to get into the communication array* ‘Liam?’ *I hear Liam chuckle* ‘Hey Eris, I wanted to ask if you wanted me to buy something in the human lands since Kiyo has asked for a few snacks and a hairpin so do you want anything?’ *I'm not surprised and glare at Kiyo who looks away feigning innocence* ‘No need Liam thank you for asking.’ *I hear Kiyo leave the communication array* ‘Aight. Well I better go too so see you in a week!’ *I hear Liam leave the array and do the same* ‘So, Kiyo buying snacks again?’ *She's washing the dishes and stops for a second.* ‘Liam is in the human lands and our snacks ran out. It's the perfect opportunity.’ *I sigh* ‘Why do I even bother with you two.’
