Chapter Text

“Agh, fuck! Let me go, you ass—OOF!”

A nasty-looking geezer is sent flying face-down to the concrete floor with a hard kick to his back. A crowd gathers, causing a silent commotion within seconds.

“Yikes, they caught another pervert in these trains!”

“Do they ever run out?!”

It doesn’t take a genius to find out that this dirty old fart of a man was a train molester, caught just a couple minutes ago taking advantage and masturbating over a helpless, drunk woman in a skimpy outfit just trying to get home.

Standing above him appears a young man with chestnut brown hair and sharp cat-like eyes staring down at the pervert like he was ready to skin him alive. His eyebrows are furrowed, showing disgust, before he looks away for a second and lets out a sigh.

“I swear, there’s no end to worthless little shits like you,” he says, clearly annoyed as he lightly brushes his hands across his black shirt before placing them on his hips. “Nearly fucking got your trucker gravy on me.”

The man on the floor groans in pain, trying to force himself back up with his hands as he grits his blood-stained teeth in effort. His face is harshly planted back down to the floor when the young man steps on the back of his head and keeps him pinned.

“Send him straight to the police station, Won,” a different voice chimes in, revealing another young man in sunglasses with black, slicked-back hair, just a few locks hanging over the front of his forehead. He’s wearing a loose, black button-up shirt tucked into a pair of black slacks. He looks to be slightly older, and his facial features are sharp, striking an intense aura in his stance.

“I will, Jay-hyung,” answers the brown-haired boy, before he takes hold of both the geezer’s hands and tightly locks them together behind his back. He then forces the man to get up on his feet before walking him away from sight.

“Ah, another woman guarded and another man discarded; all thanks to the Blacktags!” a woman from the crowd proudly cheers, and a few others follow, shouting their gratitude and praises toward the young man standing before them.

The black-haired man, Jay, smiles in response. To him, this wasn’t even something worth being praised for. It never made sense to him—he believed it was simply common sense not to be a sick-headed pervert who went around touching strangers, especially in public.

But at some point in his life, he realized not everyone thought the same way, nor made the same choices, nor even cared about right and wrong. He had only been a student then, just another train commuter like most kids, when he first noticed how often sexual harassment occurred in such places. It struck something in Jay’s head that he couldn’t fully understand yet, but he knew it was wrong. He promised himself that one day he would do something about it.

And here he is now, evidently making a difference as a protector for those who might fall victim to public molestation. More than that, he had two other good friends willing to join his cause—and together, they became the Blacktags. Almost every person who regularly takes the subway in Seoul knows of them. After all, there are only three members: Jay, Sun, and Won.

Though the Blacktags are often seen lingering around the trains, the only thing people really know about them are their aliases. Anything personal—real names, addresses, phone numbers, social media, occupations, pet’s name, toothbrush color—remains hidden from the public eye.

Not even their ages are certain. Most assume they’re fresh college graduates since they look so young, though a rumor persists that they’re actually professional detectives. If that’s true, then probably not that young after all.

A lot of women also think they’re attractive. Something about men who aren’t afraid to get physical just to protect their fellow women stirs up a shitload of butterflies in the average female stomach. Undeniably, a lot of them fawns over Jay the most. Appearance-wise, he’s very handsome and looks the manliest of the three, and the way he carries himself with a strong, confident personality earns more points from the countless people that admire him. His presence alone intimidates any man who might have intrusive thoughts about touching a girl. Even the more innocent men feel a sense of inferiority whenever they’re around him.

It is unclear exactly how the Blacktags just seem to always be in the right place at the right time. Subways and the stations itself are extremely wide and crowded, so assuming the Blacktags got some black-magic going on and are able to pinpoint the exact location of some creep having his way with a defenseless woman, then none of these degens are safe from them.

At the moment, Jay almost feels awful that these women are flooding him with thanks. He doesn’t like being treated as if he’s some kind of god when all he’s doing is protecting them from the predators of his own gender. If anything, he wishes he could do this without anyone having to physically see or notice him, but that’s not really possible.

“Oh, mister Jay, bless you and your two other mates. We feel much safer just knowing you’re around.”

“My, you don’t know how many times I’ve dreaded these train rides until you boys showed up! By some miracle!”

“My young daughter takes the train too… god, I can’t thank you gentlemen enough!”

Jay only nods, his eyes lowering to the tiled floor before he snaps his gaze back up to the grateful women. He takes off his sunglasses and secures it on the top of his head, revealing his slender, hooded eyes that display his fierceness as a whole. The women begin to coo in awe again. “I’ll make sure the others hear your thanks. Stay safe, okay?” he tells them with genuine tenderness in his voice.

The women immediately reassure Jay with what he hopes to hear, before he finally bows off at them and excuses himself from the crowded station, walking his way up outside the underground building. He stops by a vending machine in a spacious hallway that leads to the outdoor area of the building, pulling his phone out of his pocket to dial a number he had prepared beforehand as he slips in a bill into the machine’s acceptor and purchases a dr. pepper.

The number he rings picks up right away, and he hears loud chuckling on the other end of the line before he’s greeted with a hello.

“Won, I’ll be heading to my next station. Tell Sun to meet you halfway on yours,” Jay instructs over the phone as he steps aside the machine and effortlessly pops open the lid of his soda can with one hand.

“Oh you’d be surprised, hyung,” Won giggles, with another familiar voice giggling after him as well. Jay is puzzled for a few seconds.

“Hyung!” the familiar voice speaks, “I caught two today while I was on my way here!”

“Oh, Sun, it’s you,” Jay finally registers. “Won caught a nasty old man of his own just earlier too, did you see it?”

“Duh, we brought our pests to the same police station—a total twin timing! You’re so slow sometimes, hyung,” Sun teases, and Jay hears Won giggle again from a distance over the slightly chopped quality of their phone call.

“You caught two while on your way here,” Jay repeats, a small sigh escaping his lips as he starts to feel a little weary about it. “We can only catch so much of these predators. There’s probably hundreds more we haven’t spotted yet.”

“Are we not doing our best? Hyung, you’re already threatening to burn a whole community of sex offenders alive with this movement of yours! Surely enough they’re too freaked out now to act on their sick fantasies!” Sun explains, and Jay swears the younger boy is wearing a smile of disbelief on his face right now.

“There’s only three of us, so as much as possible you gotta hand them their ass good whenever you catch one. Or two,” Jay says before finally taking a long, angry sip of his dr. pepper.

“You always say that, hyung,” Won mutters—barely audible—before Sun is speaking over him, “Hyung you should’ve seen the way I wiped the floor with those two idiots when they thought I wasn’t gonna do anything because I look like a princess! Bahaha! The look on their faces, I swear!”

“Your looks are deceiving,” Jay hums. “And you’re like everyone’s favorite, since you’re so cute,” he says it in a way that doesn’t sound complimenting, but rather stating a fact.

“But I’m cute, too!” Won calls out, his voice still clearly far-off until he’s cut off silly by Sun once again. “Mm—nope! I think you’re the favorite, Jay-hyung! All the articles I see online are filled with just your face and only your face!”

“Jay-hyung is the only one who regularly patrols the stations where all the cameras are, Sun-hyung. We’re always in the trains—“ Won slips in again, and a second later, Sun’s voice distances from the phone to bicker with the younger boy.

Jay would pinch the bridge of his nose in annoyance if his other hand wasn’t holding a can of soda right now. He’s staring deadpan onto practically nothing as he listens to his associates squabble like little kids. They’ve probably already forgotten that he was still on the line with them.

He is snapped back to his full senses when a small group of boys brush past him to stop by the vending machine he just bought a drink from. He looks at them casually, just acknowledging their presence as they try to figure out how the machine works while one of them counts loose change on their palm.

“Hyung, hey, hellooo?” Sun’s voice returns ridiculously loud on the call, as if he had the phone speaker placed directly in front of his mouth. “Can we have samgyeopsal for late-dinner tonight?”

“Let’s have it on friday,” Jay answers. “Proceed to your next stations,” he reminds them, then he ends the call before he hears a but or a wait from any the two.

Jay stays on his phone for a little more, checking digital maps and locations to help guide him on which station he should drive to next. He takes another long sip of his soda until one of the boys nearby softly calls him.

“Mister?”

Jay attentively peers over to the boy and notices his awkward demeanor right away. The boy’s thin-framed glasses are slightly fogged up, and through it, Jay sees eyes that struggle to maintain eye contact. The boy’s three other friends turn their heads to look at him like he’s about to tell Jay something stupid.

“Do you maybe… uh, have a hundred won, mister? I’m short of change…” the boy asks, his voice incredibly faint—it almost sounds embarrassed.

The boy’s friends immediately burst into a fit of laughter. It wasn’t a loud, discriminating-sounding one, though; something tells Jay that they’re laughing because they’re relieved to hear that the boy’s request wasn’t anything remotely concerning.

Jay closes his phone and slips it back into his front pocket. He takes his soda can with his now free hand from his right one so he could reach into his right front pocket to see if he had any loose change at all. All he ends up pulling out is a ten-thousand won banknote, but he doesn’t think twice about it and reaches it out to the boy right away.

“No change, sorry. That’s all I have,” Jay says.

The three other boys marvel in unison at the gesture, patting and smacking the boy’s back as all of them talks over one another about how lucky he was.

The boy hesitates a bit, unsure of whether he should take the money or not. All he needed was a hundred won, after all, but ten-thousand? He could buy more than enough drinks from the vending machine for him and his friends with that amount alone.

Jay notices the boy having second thoughts, so he walks a little towards him, close enough for the bill to touch the boy’s hand. Jay firmly places the money on the boy’s palm and closes his hand around it for him.

“T-thank you, mister…” the boy murmurs, now completely avoiding Jay’s eyes.

“I want a sprite,” a taller friend of the boy speaks. “Jake-hyung, buy me a sprite!”

“A pocari for me too, hyung,” the tallest boy of the bunch follows.

“Hey, hey— Sunghoon— Niki-ah, I have to return the change…!” the timid boy answers them, shrugging off the hands of his friends that were snaking up his shoulder.

“No, you keep it,” Jay insists, waving it off. “I have to get going.”

The boy tries to say something, but his friends are already drowning him with requests and begging to buy them snacks from a different machine nearby. Jay quietly withdraws himself, walking unhurriedly past the group of boys to make his way down the hallway.

One boy from the group eyes Jay the whole time he’s still visible in the hallway, staring at the man through his dark burgundy locks that partly cover the left side of his vision. A subtle smirk forms on his lips, and his friends might have noticed the way he examines Jay, because now they’ve gone quiet.

“Was that really him, Heeseung-hyung? Boss Blacktag?” Sunghoon, the boy who asked for a sprite earlier, asks.

“He really is more handsome in real life, as they say,” says Niki, the pocari boy.

“He must be headed to Samgakji station next,” Jake, the seemingly soft-spoken and timid boy just seconds ago, says with his clearest voice by far.

Heeseung’s smirk grows bigger, nodding after hearing Jake’s words. He turns around to give his friends an inviting look. “Should we take the subway later?”

“Hey now, we don’t know which of his two minions will still be guarding the trains by then,” Sunghoon interjects, his hand raised in front of Heeseung’s face as if to keep him in place from getting too excited.

Fuck, if it’s the cute blond one that looks like a chick, could we maybe stick around for a bit? Ask for his autograph?” Jake pleads, sighing and fidgeting in desperation as he genuinely wishes for it. “I have like, the biggest crush on him.”

“The brunet for me. He’s cute, and hot, and he’s the ballsy one. I heard he’s not afraid to clock someone in the head when he catches them fucking with a woman inside those trains,” Niki adds in.

“Oh no, you think the blond one can’t knock a big man’s teeth out? Niki, you are soooo wrong!”

“Ah, I’m sure he can, but I love a bitch that can play real fuckin’ dirty. Pretty sure the blond one doesn’t. He probably even wears makeup,” Niki says. “Bitches who wear makeup don’t wanna get all sweaty now, do they?”

“I’m calling dibs on the blond,” Sunghoon says out of no where. “His ass looks tasty.”

Jake glares at the younger man, rolling his eyes so hard he feels pressure on the back of his sockets. “Like you’d have the chance to even get anywhere near him,” he scoffs.

“You don’t even know his name,” Sunghoon claps back, then he chortles out a short, ugly laugh.

“Sun!— Sun is his name. Fuuuck, my pretty little sunshine…” Jake sings, his tone desperate as he draws every syllable out of his sentence like a drunkard.

“You do know it’s an alias, right? Nobody actually knows shit about these Blacktag boys,” Sunghoon points out as he shakes his head.

“Uh, buddy, hate to break it to ya, but there are most certainly people that know them personally, not just by their alias,” Jake says. “You think the bank clerks who processed their credit cards don’t know their full government names?”

“You sound fucking ridiculous,” Sunghoon deadpans.

“Why do they want to stay mysterious anyway? Everyone knows them, they’re always on the media, andandand— just— there’s got to be a few leaks about their personal information somewhere on the internet!” Jake whines, and his friends are sure he’s going to blow his own fucking head off if he doesn’t chill out. He sighs, almost sounding defeated. “I just want to know more about my sunshine…”

“That’s exactly why they hide, hyung. One leak is all it takes,” Niki laughs. “They’re probably scared the whole incel community would bang their doors down the second something slips. Doxxing is child’s play these days.”

“Those bastards sure know how to play anonymous,” Sunghoon mutters, narrowing his gaze to lock eyes with the eldest. “Right, Heeseung-hyung?”

Heeseung sighs playfully. “They won’t even know what hit them if our paths ever cross again,” he says, the smirk on his face only getting bigger. “Trust.”

Jake takes a quick, deep breath. He flails his hands around as if trying to shake off the obsession curse he has towards Sun, then he finally slips in the bill Jay had graciously given him earlier into the vending machine, choosing a grape soda and getting his entire body shaken again by his two younger friends coaxing him to also buy them a drink.

Heeseung idly walks around and looks outside the large hallway windows, noticing the sun begin to set. It’s finally rush hour, he thinks, so he begins to take his precious time walking back up the hallway where Jay had come from. He makes his way down to the subway station, seemingly to check just how busy it’s gotten now that people are all leaving the central at the same time to ride back home.

Heeseung and his friends regularly target young girls, specifically students. Although they’re not really Heeseung’s type, Sunghoon had told him way back then that they’re always the best option: young, developing girls… the most pliant, guaranteed to be defenseless, and always so easy to fold and mold into behaving a certain way Sunghoon compels them to.

It’s either that or Sunghoon just has some sort of sick fixation towards cute and young girls. Heeseung would love to opt for the mature, sexier women if he could, but if he tells that to his friends then maybe they’d all just hit him with the “then get a girlfriend like that!” again and again.

Nevertheless, Heeseung listened to Sunghoon, and he was definitely right. The very first time they ganged up on a female student on the subway felt like a once in a lifetime experience for Heeseung as all he could remember was how much the high-pitched cries of both pain and pleasure coming from the girl drove him absolutely crazy that he ended up busting on her at least three times, or more. They went at it for hours inside the train, and Heeseung can’t recall anymore whether the girl actually made it home or not.

Since then, they’ve gotten so obsessed. Niki and Sunghoon are the ones good at scouting, and Jake dutifully takes the role of a look-out for them. Meanwhile, all that Heeseung has to offer, is his charm, and power.

They haven’t exactly done that much yet, though. If Heeseung had to be honest, they’ve only succeeded in committing the crime maybe three or four times. It shouldn’t sound like a bad thing, since they—of course—have to be wary every single time, and it takes a lot of risk. (no shit)

Right now, Heeseung thinks deeply about it as he stares at the busy station. He knows him and his buddies have been itching for that kind of thrill and action once again, and tonight, he has plans.

Aware that any one of the Blacktags could still be around this particular station (especially since it’s still a rush hour), Heeseung decides they would just have to wait them out until they eventually shift off to their next stop. Maybe they won’t end up fucking a student this time. It excites him.

Heeseung walks back to where he assumes his friends still are, and sure enough, they’re still by the vending machine right where they met the Blacktags’ leader by chance. Their positions have changed around a bit, with Sunghoon now leaning on his back against the vending machine, sipping on a can of sprite his Jake-hyung finally gets for him while the said hyung is on his haunches beside the younger, busy on his phone as he’s clearly typing a lot of shit on the digital keyboard. Meanwhile, Niki is standing opposite of the two, subtly grooving and bobbing his head to a song playing in airpods.

Heeseung quietly makes his returning presence known, and Sunghoon is the first to notice. “Hyung, welcome back. How’s the rush hour?” he asks.

“A lot of eye candy, honestly,” Heeseung answers, “but we’ll have to wait the Blacktags out. Not sure if we’re gonna be able to catch another one of your go-to’s by then.”

“You care so much about me and what I like, hyung,” Sunghoon snickers. “Shouldn’t we look for someone who’s more of your type this time?”

Heeseung only looks at the younger boy, before giving in a big, slow nod. He bites his lip as he can quite literally feel himself getting hard already just from the thought of it. He tears his gaze away from Sunghoon, letting his eyes wander around the hallway to mask the malicious grin forming on his face.

“Blacktag… Sun… real name…” Jake quietly murmurs to himself as he coordinately taps his thumbs on his phone’s keyboard.

“Jake-hyung,” Sunghoon is practically begging at this point, as he turns his head like a creaking door towards the older boy. “please, give it up. Not even the AI overview is gonna give you shit.”

“Awwwwwwnnnnnn, this is fucking DUMB!” Jake snaps, he almost wants to chuck his phone through the glass of the vending machine behind him. He’s probably been going at this the whole time Heeseung was away.

“Let me cheer you up. Here, I have a stolen video of him sucking on an ice pop,” Sunghoon says, waving his hand to beckon Jake closer.

Jake nearly loses his shit from what he hears. He lunges towards Sunghoon’s phone, eyes glued to the screen as the minute-long video clip of the blond plays. Heeseung walks over as well, leaning in to peek over their shoulders.

“He takes it so well, doesn’t he?”

“My goodness, Sunghoon-ah,” Jake almost fucking moans. “Bet ya bust your load to this shit every night!”

“He does,” Heeseung casually says. “He’s done it every time he sleeps over at my place.”

“Huh, you’re all thirsting over blondie. So only I will get to have my way with brownie boy someday, while you three can just sit down and watch, for all I care,” Niki sneers as he pulls one airpod out, finally joining in on the conversation after the three just had their sweet little moment together, moaning over a silly, innocent video that the youngest boy initially found to be cringe.

“I’d love to have a piece of brownie too, what are you talking about?” Sunghoon laughs, wiping his phone’s screen on his shirt. “I just think blond boy would be the perfect main course.”

“Main course? Really?” Jake sighs.

“Blondie for main course, brownie for dessert.”

“Oh, you are so—“

“Jake, barbecue chips. Pretty please, with the money you got from Blacktag-sugardad Jay. Chop chop,” Heeseung orders, already dragging Jake collar-first to another vending machine that sells snacks.

.・゜゜・ ・゜゜・..・゜゜・ ・゜゜・.

Rush hour ends later than usual. The station was still so busy and packed with people even after the clock had long ago struck 8 PM. Heeseung was checking every thirty minutes, and his friends started to grow sick at how long it took for the place to clear out, so much that Jake ended up blowing the rest of his sugar money (as what they began to call it) to buy cheap sandwiches for them to eat on the stairs while they waited.

9 PM strikes, and the crowd has thinned just enough to breathe without people bumping shoulders every second. Sunghoon lets out a big sigh, as if to say finally, and that was Heeseung’s go signal.

He leads the way, tucking his hands in the pockets of his jacket as they squeeze past the lingering commuters. They push through the ticket gates one after another, and they begin to pick up speed as the faint buzz of the fluorescent lights guide them in.

The boys glance at a few girls that catch their attention as they walk, exchanging looks with each other afterwards that scream nothing but dangerous desire. They reach the platform, then patiently wait for the chance to enter a train that makes a stop.

It doesn’t take long. It’s only a few minutes in when a train arrives and screeches to a halt before them. The doors slide open, and the boys step aboard onto the train. Upon entering, the first thing Heeseung wants to do is curse.

It’s unsure what he was expecting in the first place. The interior is practically empty, and Heeseung whips his head around the train to try and see if there was anyone actually on board. His friends do the same, and Niki uncontrollably exhales a laugh of disbelief.

“We just got in, keep it together now. We entered through the butt of the train, for bangsihyuk’s sake,” Sunghoon says, saving the boys’ hope. He takes Niki’s wrist and pulls him along. “Come on, let’s scan the whole train.”

“Count me in!” Jake cheerfully calls out, catching up with the two through pattered steps.

Heeseung sighs. He crosses his arms and walks languorously behind his three younger friends. Passing by the first partition of the train, Heeseung realizes that there are indeed people on board. He skims through each person one by one, and he almost wants to consider bailing on the idea when all he sees are men and absolutely unappetizing-looking women that are either ugly or too old for him and his friends’ liking.

Meanwhile, Sunghoon has already let go of Niki’s arm as he rushes through, pretending to look for the most comfortable seat—when really he’s just looking for hot shit to harass—until his eyes land on a woman that instantly piques his interest.

An office worker, most likely taking the train now after working around the clock. Sunghoon feels like he just found a gold mine, like he just hit the jackpot, like he just found a pot of gold at the end of the fucking rainbow. It’s no doubt this woman is now the best option—alone and tired, on the verge of falling asleep; she’s clearly had a very long, tiring day at work.

And the best part? She’s seated a whole car away from the area where most of the other passengers are. Sunghoon smirks, knowing there’s no way she’d have anymore energy left to fight them off—if she ever tries to.

He slowly pads over to her, and before he could get any closer, Niki suddenly grabs his wrist.

“Hyung, wait.”

Sunghoon looks over his shoulder to meet the younger boy’s eyes, but the latter is already looking somewhere else. Curious, Sunghoon follows to look at the direction where Niki is staring—down at the very end of the train—and he gets it right away.

“Blacktag,” Sunghoon whispers. He draws himself back with Niki, keeping a good distance between them and the woman to avoid looking suspicious just in case the Blacktag he’s talking about ever turns around all of a sudden.

It’s Sun, standing idly as he holds onto one of the metal poles connected to the seats. They can’t really figure out what he’s doing because his back is facing them.

Sunghoon and Niki hears a soft whistle coming from behind them. It’s Heeseung, who finally manages to catch up. “Blacktag Blondie. What a surprise,” he mutters. “What the hell is he still doing here?”

“Blondie? Where—?!” Jake (nobody knows where he came from) almost screams, and six hands move faster than the speed of light to clasp his loud mouth closed.

“Jake— hyung, for fuck’s sake— shh! We gotta be careful. This one’s on overtime,” Sunghoon hisses.

Jake shivers under his friends’ grip. “It’s— It’s actually him!” he manages to breathe out before they’re covering his mouth once again.

Heeseung slowly glances at the woman Sunghoon has picked out for them. He scans his eyes all over her from head to toe, and he tsks, because fuck—she’s so his type. Heeseung and the gods above know just how long he’s waited for something like this, and now he’s about to lose his shit because there’s a Blacktag standing just ahead of them, ready to pounce if they do something stupid to that woman right now.

“I don’t think he’s gonna leave until this train stops for fuckin’— I don’t know, Busan?” Niki drawls.

“Are you guys seriously scared of Blacktag Blondie?” Heeseung laughs, almost mockingly. “We’ll just have to take him out ourselves.”

Or, he could take me out. Gladly! I’m so willing!” Jake chants out quietly like a prayer. The boys ignore him.

“We didn’t wait all day for this opportunity just to have a stupid Blacktag cockblock us last minute,” Heeseung grits out, his voice suddenly low.

“Hyung, actually?” Niki asks, wanting to know if his hyung is fucking around or not, but Heeseung is already walking towards the blond Blacktag.

“Come on now,” Heeseung calls, looking back at his mates as he walks. “Back me up.”

Heeseung slowly creeps up behind Sun, his three friends attentively tailing behind him and forming a protective barrier between him and the open space in the train where any person that enters or stands up would see them.

Sun is maybe a scatterbrained Blacktag, as he’s still completely unaware of the small crowd that have just formed right behind him. In all fairness, he’s pretty tired, and it’s about to be half past nine. He’s usually already thinking of having some chamomile tea around this time before tucking himself in for a good night’s sleep.

Heeseung sees the blond man’s eyes starting to droop, along with his head where his chin slowly dips onto the thin fabric of his black tracksuit’s collar. Without a second thought, Heeseung lightly slides his fingers down Sun’s clothed thigh.

Sun’s eyes immediately snap open at the feel of Heeseung’s touch, turning his back all the way to face the latter with a startled expression.

“Y-you scared me,” Sun simply says, chest slightly heaving.

“Sorry, pretty. Didn’t mean to,” Heeseung replies, his eyes dark and dangerous, very contradicting to the wholesome smile he’s trying to wear.

Sun instantly senses that something isn’t right. He looks to his left, and his eyes dilate at the sight of the three other boys standing alongside Heeseung.

“What’s there to work overtime for, Blacktag Sun? There’s hardly a soul on this train,” Heeseung asks, but he doesn’t expect an answer. “Or are you on your way home?” his tone is innocent, yet at the same time taunting, as he slowly reaches out a hand towards Sun to try and touch him again.

Sun immediately slaps his hand away. “Don’t touch me,” he says sternly, tightening his jaw as he keeps his guard up, keeping a close eye as well on the other boys nearby.

“Or what?” Heeseung asks, bringing his hand up again towards Sun.

“Or I might—“ he slaps his hand away again, “—hurt you.”

Heeseung’s smile drops. His hand slowly begins to burn after Sun slapped it away twice—really hard—and it actually did hurt. Perhaps he may have underestimated the strength of this particular Blacktag. He flicks his now reddening hand a few times to ease the pain.

“I don’t think you’d want to do that,” Heeseung grumbles, “Kim Sunoo.”

Sun wishes he could unhear it.
