Work Text:
This fic was a proof of concept for HTML and CSS stylings. It ended up as proof that AO3's limited HTML can't host the functionality I need for the fic to look the way I imagined. So, instead, it's hosted at the link below, on codepen.io.
It was written for a wide screen and at this time I have no plans to make it compatible for mobile, so please open on a laptop/PC! Otherwise the boxes get all fucky.
If you would like to see the source code for any of this, click the link at the top right of the codepen page. If you would like any part of it explained, please dm me (acmonblue on Tumblr) and I'd be happy to talk about my weird workarounds and overuse of css-tricks.com. I can also share the attempts I made to make it AO3 friendly, though I'm no AO3 workskin wizard.
