Sometimes Wind is tired. He’s tired in that numbing way, not that bone-chilling numbness more of the “I don’t really feel anything emotion-wise numb.” It’s weird and it’s uncalled for. Wind really has nothing to be numb about, sure he’s had to grow up too fast and he’s had to kill a man and now he’s trying to save not only his world but other worlds too but he has no reason to feel this way. Not compared to the others. Warrior has been in a war Hyrule has like, the whole world after him apparently. Legend has gone on more adventures than any of them which is like double the trauma and Wild apparently died. So no Wind has no reason to be this way.
It’s not often Wind feels like this. But when those days come he struggles. On those days he feels nothing. It’s like he suppresses his own emotions without meaning to. He often feels stressed and worried on those days but it’s muted. Those feelings lie in the pit of his stomach making his head race and throat close up. It's suffocating but he can’t get the feeling out like he normally does. Something is continually pushing the emotions down and it just makes him feel miserable. When he gets like this he feels like he’s an empty shell he feels isolated and it makes him see how far apart he is from the group. Sure they all treat him well and they all love him but he feels like they all have someone else they would rather be with than him. He feels excluded at times and it’s scary. But he doesn’t know if he really feels sad about it because he knows he’s felt happy with them. So is he really miserable? And maybe it’s his fault it is this way. Wind is energetic, he’s loud and he’s talkative. He has severe mood swings at times and he knows people find him annoying. But he can’t help it, he’s tried to change but it never works. He’ll be more mature, he gets called bossy, he’ll greet everyone with a smile and be positive, he’s naive. He tries to be quiet, he gets worried looks. Nothing worked in the past and this time, this time he knows he needs to be cheerful, he needs to be naive and happy because the others already filled the other roles. He’s surrounded by older, more experienced warriors and he knows he’s no match against them.
The numb feeling is weird and Winds always feels very tired during them. He never feels in control and that’s scary. He knows the others worry. They give him those looks, those looks Tetras crew occasionally give him. He hates it.
