He was on the scene in a flash, he might be Late to most things but when it comes to saving lives he was always there, little did he know that The man he saved was going to mess him up.
Luffy recklessly Charged In the building, remembering his training, carefully scouting every Floor for people in the burning building and after checking the First floor he rushed up the stairs.
Finding a man passed out Clearly previously struggling, Luffy Quickly rushed to the man's side not even bothering to check his pulse and instead he just scooped the taller man in his arms.
After the Medics arrived in the ambulance he Rushed the man onto the stretcher carefully. He Finally got a clear view of the mans face, Sharp jawline, Raven locks, Neat sideburns and goatee, Tattoos on his hands and fingers luffy wanted to know if he had more tattoos, the man's eyes were closed but He was entranced for a moment before snapping out of it with one thought.

Which was strange because Luffy hadn't thought about people like that before only meat but this guy wasn't meat was he? He sure looked delicious. Luffy traced the man's figure looking for belongings that weren't singed in the fire, and his eyes went to pockets he could briefly hear a nurse telling him to go but he ignored Her, instead Stuffing his hand in one of The man's pockets feeling for A wallet.
he pulled it out looking for an Id or drivers licence, he Pulled out the man's drivers licence a frowning face with golden eyes stared back at him, read the name on the card aswell as the mans address the name read: Trafalgar Water D. Law. Luffy didn't have more time before people rushed him out of the ambulance. Luffy giggled, "Traf...af...Torao!" He announced to no one in particular a Huge grin on his face.
Torao even has that weird letter in his name too! We are really made for eachother!
Can't wait to see him again—! Luffy grinned happily getting weird looks from his fellow fire-fighters, but he didn't care he just needed to see torao again.
After The day ended he found himself bouncing in his shared apartment as he rambled to Zoro about how he saved His future husband Today. Luffy didn't notice the pained expression on Zoros face before it was masked over.
"Hey luffy?" "mnhm?" "this 'torao' guy do you even know where he works?" Luffys grinned faltered for a moment before he gave the biggest shit eating grin he could, "Nope! But I know where he lives, I Was hoping to go there soon!"
"That's not creepy at all." Zoro looked up his Eye fixated on luffy with a raised eyebrow. Luffy pouted, "Come on Zoro! Support me here! I love toaro!".
A pause
"Well, you said you didn't even Talk to the guy right? Never took you for the Romantic type Luffy."
