Sat down in the Royal courtroom with people on either side of him,he watched as the Royal Jester played jokes on his family,always making his younger siblings laugh including the guests.
He also noticed that the Jester also played music very well;most common instruments were the cittern and drums.Richard is very fond of the Jester.The way words just roll of his tongue as he makes the whole court laugh,trying not to say the wrong things.
He’s overheard that this Jesters name was Charlie.Very pretty name.
As Richard laughed he noticed the Jesters arms.They were slightly muscular,more than his own muscles (probably because he was studying all the time) which he must say he’s slightly envious of him.
As the Jester is finishing his performance he swears that they both lock eyes.Just for a few seconds until the Jester looks away and waves off goodbye to the rest of the court.
What was this feeling?
He slowly put the tip of his fingers to his heart and just…relaxed.The fast beating was soothing in a way,something he never felt before.
He liked this feeling.
