Due to a horrible attempt at bolting at a civilian, missing, and ramming right into a pillar at full speed, badware now had a crack in their screen, making it hard for them to function properly. Ofcourse, this had to be fixed. They couldn't have this bugging their system later in the next round, so he went to the only option for help, Killdroid.
Both Beings were created by the government, bodies made of one or the other kind of robotic components, later corrupted for malicious intent. Though their past is a meer blur to the both of them now, theres still no denying that there is some sort of mutual understanding. So, this lead to badware searching for said other robot, that white smile that looked scribbled on staying on as their gaze barley unwavered. But before long, they had spotted the red being. Just a bit taller then a robloxian, their gap in height being evident as badware stood behind him, looking down at the other.
Killdroid had their gear off, bazookas on the floor alongside the white headphones with "L" and "R" on both sides. As soon as he registered badwares presence, he turned their head over his shoulder as he sat down on a bench. "[..WHAT HAPPEND TO YOUR SCREEN?"] he spoke, voice loudly robotic. It wasn't like the damage done to the taller robot like creature wasn't evident, just a first notice at their appearance. Badware just swung his arms to the side, before pointing a metallic hand up at it. "OH_THIS!_IS_WHAT_I_CAME_HERE_FOR_" They stated, voice higher and rythmathic compared to the red beings. Killdroid just sat up straight, small clinks of gears and wire being moved around. Was it beacuse they were both robots? Or beacuse they have a related past.. He just stared up at him, blankly. Even if he didn't have eyes to read. It lasted for a good 30 seconds, before Killdroid stood up. His muscular arms (though they were just metal and gears, bummer) crossing across their chest. "[WELL. I CAN SEE WHAT I CAN DO, CATHODE. SIT TIGHT]" they declared,
Still being significantly shorter then the tall computer. Badware just stood still, arms swaying to the side back and forth as Killdroid just.. stared? At them. But their was a faint beeping sound, like scanning or.. "[MY SYSTEMS REGISTER THERE IS NO INTERNAL DAMAGE. YOU WILL BE FINE, BUT WE SHOULD STILL FIX THE SCREEN.]" he finally spoke, turning around as he searched the room for.. anything that could help. Unfortunately, there wasn't much. Sure there were items scattered around but none of them seemed like they would actually help. He just Tutted, turning back around to the tall computer being who had been mysteriously quiet. His screen was glitching slightly, face distorting every now and then. Damn, they needed to fix this fast.
Killdroid hummed in thought, gaze scanning over Badwares build, before setting on the two buttons on the side of his head. Maybe those could help, he has to have some kind of self repair system.. they were both built with one afterall, but knowing badware.. theres no way he remembers how to activate it. "[I HAVE AN IDEA. STAY STILL.]" he ordered, suddenly getting back on the bench, this time standing up on it so they gained some height. He was about the level of Badwares screen now, reaching a mechanical hand up to press two fingers into the green button. Badware stilled, before the screen went black and a weird, comical explosion sound emitted from it. It did litteraly nothing, besides make a weird noise. The screen lit back up again, still being the scribbled smile
"IM_NOT_ENTIERLY_SURE_WHAT_THOSE_BUTTONS_DO_DRODIO!" The computer said sarcastically, head tilting to the side slightly. How was he even supposed to try and help if badware was just.. not cooperating? Its rare their serious so.. its not that big of a suprise, but still. Caused an itch deep in his gears. He just rolled his head slightly, as if to roll the eyes he didn't have as he clicked the red button. Another sound played, a distorted tune.. It wasn't anything special, just a weird noise that stopped after a while. This caused killdroid to get frustrated, before grunting as they spammed the red button atleast 5 times before the noises finally stopped and badwares screen flickered to that of a wrench? It had a timer at the bottom, and his limbs had stopped swaying. Oh.. he did it. He let his hand fall slack from the button before resting on the computers shoulder. The metal plating was cooling down, looks like he was doing system repairs and the screen should be fixed innn.. 3 hours. Killdroid felt a surge of pride, artificially so, but still something accomplished.
Hes.. weirdly glad badware came to him for help, and seemingly first. Its not like pursuer or harken would know how to help, possibly artful but still, the fact he was used for something good that was out of his own control, felt good. Even if he didn't do it very well, it still worked! He just chuckled slightly, before sitting down on the bench.
The silence went on for a few minutes, Killdroid fidgeting with the chainmail on his chest. It was very boring waiting for them to turn back on, but he could see the cracks starting to go away. And it wass a bit awkward now realizing that They were just standing, looming over him the whole time. Killdroid just looked the computer robot up and down, before coming up with a ratherr.. intresting idea. He stood up, hands gently grabbing the back of the machine and moving ot over to the bench. It took a bit of effort, but soon enough he got him standing above the seat, before pressing down on the metal plated shoulder making them sit. Thats better.. way less creepy. He couldn't exactly tell why he did that, or why they are feeling soo.. compassionate. It was a feeling rarley ever dug up from the surface, a feeling long forgotten before turning into blinding rage and hatred. He forgot how it felt, his systems registering Badware as a being to be taken care of, one of the main reasons why still he Couldn't figure out justt why. Whatever it was, it didn't mind it. Only made him feel strange, wanting this feeling to go away they bring his knees up to his armored chest, gears clinking as he positioned himself
Now thinking about it... When was the last time he rested his systems? They did have a long time between rounds, so.. it wouldn't do much harm. Plus, just sitting here for three hours isnt a very interesting idea. He glanced back over to badware, still with the wrench symbol on the screen as they stilled. Killdroid couldn't lie and say they haven't taken a liking to them, how interesting they are, two creatures built so differently yet so related. He just looked around, before shifting himself closer to badware, and leaning his circular head against their shoulder. He.. just sat still for a few minutes, processing if he really should do this. But.. he couldn't register a bad outcome, itd benefit him sooo- he reached behind his head, to his wired neck. Metal fingers searching for a small button before finding it, and pressing two fingers into it with a soft "click." His arm went limp, now laid agasint his lap. After that, he couldn't see anything. It wass.. like going to sleep, something robloxains do to restore energy, And this was similar to that. But.. that didn't matter now, the only noise that stirred around them was the small sound of badwares systems working away to fix themselves, and the chatter of the others nearby in the lobby.. Badware certainly would wake back up to a suprise.
