Chapter Text
Satomi was trying to make his house presentable. Kyouji would... Could? Show up at anytime today.
He said he would and he actually never broke a promise. But still, Satomi always thought “this is definitely the time he's going to realize that I'm not made for him and will leave me.”. So, he maybe wouldn't come. Or he would.
He could. That's what mattered.
So Satomi was fixing his place.
He was uncomfortable, he had been feeling a weird fever since the day before, but thought nothing about it. He was thinking if he should buy something to serve Kyouji, or if the Alpha was going to bring food again... All this while piling clothes onto the bed.
He should've washed his clothes before, but he was feeling kinda lazy and kinda slow. His fingers sometimes lingering on the neckline of his shirts... Where Kyouji sometimes touched. Near his scent glands.
And then he stared blankly when his fingers just lifted up the elastic of his sheets. In a soft snap of an old fabric, this enclosed his clothes “inside" the sheet.
His eyes unfocused. Why did he do that? Not sure. But felt good. Something inside him was satisfied and smiled a bit. He kept staring at that...
The doorbell ringed.
Oh! Kyouji arrived.
Satomi looked at the intercom. Kyouji smiling at the camera, sharp canines shining white.
Then he looked at his bed.
Oh.
Oh.
It was a nest.
The sudden realization made his face burn in shame.
Oh! OH NO. KYOUJI CAN'T SEE THIS.
He was panicking, his fever got stronger and he could smell himself, a strong scent of strawberries, his slick began oozing.
His first heat.
He wanted to crawl into his nest and disappear. He was so ashamed. He was... A beta, right? His tests always showed omega, but he was already 18 and his heat never... Oh nonononono
“Kyouji can't see me like this.” he thought.
But...
But from the other side of his door that delicious pomegranate smell, with the comforting spice of cigarettes... Alpha.
That Alpha was banging the door and making the hinges squeak.
And, before realizing, Satomi opened the door.
