Solar Radiation Absorption: Due to his half-Kryptonian biology, Shaun's body absorbs solar energy and converts it into power, causing him to pull in a significant amount of solar energy at any given moment. Every time Shaun uses any of his superhuman abilities, his body expends absorbed sunlight. By flying into the sun, Shaun is able to recharge his energy and temporarily boost his powers.
Decelerated Aging: Thanks to his half-Viltrumite biology, Shaun possesses an extraordinarily extended lifespan that far surpasses most known species. As he ages, his cellular degeneration slows dramatically, allowing him to live for thousands of years while maintaining peak physical condition.
