"Cheng, could you please pass me some diapers? I think Duoduo needs some changing." the omega shouted as he was inspecting the freshly bloomed petal they 'unexpectedly' had six months of being officially tied up— so delicate, bright and imposiblly perfect that you never wanted a teeny tiny particles to touch him.
"Coming, baby!" Chi Cheng responded, still dressed in a suit as if changing clothes would take a million years.
"Here." He handed, leaning down to Suo we's gland inhaling the scent he had been craving ever since he left the house.
"Hello, my little cub. Did you give mama a hard time today?" He asked, lowering himself further to give a quick kiss to the baby's forehead. The baby giggled adorably as if he had successfully claimed success in today's mission of giving her mommy the hardest day.
"You sneaky little thing! You are just like your father. You were never this behave earlier and now look at you giggle as if you didn't make a chaos in MY sanctuary. Chi cheng, the kitchen was a total wreck. Before his bowl could even touch the table, it flew across the other side and it was everywhere. Everywhere, Chi Cheng! I gave him another one and in just a flick of his finger it was gone AGAIN!" Suo Wei ranted. His voice got all high in pitch with that adorable pout that any one could be on their knees even without the omega says so and those little boba eyes? God, Chi Cheng will always be swept away from them.
"And then what happened after?" He asked, as he passed him the wet wipes while the omega continued to clean their baby.
"I had to go back and forth mopping the floor and spoon feeding him his sustenance before he goes rouge again for not feeding the devils inside this little belly. Ugh! I swear he loves teasing me so much, I'd be in white hair before he even gets one." He continues to ramble as he finishes the last step, putting on the adorable bear printed pajamas.
Chi cheng couldn't look away at both of them. Part of him gets envious of not being present and helpful for what happened but also he knows that his Suo wei would never allow him to ignore his 'CEO' responsibilities. The omega lifted Duo Duo, attacking the little pup with kisses all over his face as if he wasn't just ranting about how much of a menace he was earlier. He couldn't help but think how unbelievably fortunate he was to find such a wonderful omega who bought him the light he had never imagined existed. With a new addition that even shines brighter, he couldn't be more content.
"You shouldn't give mama such a very hard time, pup. You know how whiny he is." He replied, earning an overly dramatic sigh from the omega as if it was the most offending he had ever heard.
"Excuse me! I have the right to draw-out protests especially after I made such an effort preparing his food only for my effort to be wasted on your expensive kitchen floor." He responded, little Duoduo fisting out the collar of his shirt— the alpha's.
"Ours, baby. Our kitchen floor." The alpha corrected earning a 'hmph!' from the later.
"Give him to me. You can lay down and watch your favorite drama for a bit." He offered but was already snatching the little one before Suo wei could even utter a protest.
"Shouldn't you change first? I don't want outside air touching his newly washed pajamas!" The omega resisted, making Chi cheng surrender before running off to change his clothes. He had actually forgotten that he was in CEO attire.
He decided to quickly take a shower before heading towards the living room where he can already hear the blasting of his husband's favorite night time drama. Duoduo was on the floor surrounded by the different toys he had received both from him and his rich Godfathers. Suo wei looked soft and irresistible in the middle of a big couch, the big waffle blanket and number of pillows almost swallowing him.
The omega didn't even spare him a glance so engrossed in whatever drama is happening on the big screen. He crunched down, back resting against the couch while his little pup immediately crawled up to his lap as if it was waiting for him. Spending most of his day inside a giant steel and glass office dreads him but returning home to a husband and a baby excitedly crawling up to his lap makes him forget about what just happened the entire morning.
"Duoduo, not sleepy yet?" He asked when the small bean lay on his chest while clutching the stuffed replica of his first baby— Xiaocubao. The baby babbled in response as if he could understand what exactly he was asking for. A few minutes have passed as he and his son continue to spend time together that he didn't even notice the drama ending.
"Weiwei, should we—" He halted when he saw that the omega was peacefully sleeping. He looked back to see his son rubbing his eyes, yawning and was closed to dozing off as well. His heart swells with so much tenderness that he feels like it would burst out any moment at how heart-melting this view is. Duoduo made drowsy murmurs while making grabby hands to his mama. Before he could make a move, Chi cheng pulled him up to stop him from shattering his mom's quiet slumber.
"No waking up mama anymore, baby. I think you tire him up so much. Let's get you to sleep." He said, rubbing the little angel's back while he rested his head on his daddy's shoulder about to head to dreamland. He was almost in deep sleep when Chi cheng reached his room (which is just right beside their room because Suo wei is a paranoid mama). He had no problem putting him gently on his crib. He didn't even flinch a finger as if he had an 8-5 job. The alpha gave the baby a quick forehead kiss before going back to the biggest baby he had.
He stared, almost like a creep at his omega sleeping soundly on the couch that looked too big even though the omega itself is a 180 giant. He almost didn't want to wake him up but he knew for sure he would get a nagging on how 'not very thoughtful' of him to let his omega sleep on a couch.
"Baby." He leaned down giving him a kiss on the nose. "My baby, let's go to bed. It's more comfortable there." He continued to pepper him with light kisses all over the face earning an adorable tiny fuss.
"Weiwei, come on now."
"—rry me." He mumbled that earned a chuckle from the alpha before he unwraps him on the burrito mode he was on. "—strong... alpha so strong." His Suo wei continued to murmur as he headed over to their private haven — where Suo wei's mischievous munckin was brought to life.
