Bucky is head over heels for Sam, he's pining, yearning, checks off the list
Bucky stares at Sam for a long time and Sam thinks it's just his 2000-yard traumatized im-watching-you assassin stare but nowadays he thinks not.. Bucky blushes more whenever Sam catches him staring, and sam can't help but fall as well.
Bucky trips over his words and does all these things but keeps denying it and tries to keep it a "secret". Sam isn't really oblivious? but he isn't seeing nothing, either.
