My Hero Academia: Ultra Generation

Summary:

In a world where 80% of all people are born with some kind of special ability, known as "quirks", society has developed around a new form of celebrity; heroes. A publicly sanctioned form of defenders who are given special permission to freely use their quirks to rescue civilians from disasters, apprehend criminals, and maintain public safety. However, beneath the surface of this society there are villains who use their powers illegally and selfishly, and innocent people enduring prejudice; both for having undesirable or dangerous quirks, and for having none at all.

Izuku Midoriya is a quirkless young man; but he harbors in his heart a burning desire to be a true hero and works hard every day towards that goal. One day, he finds himself face to face with Japan's Number One Hero: All Might, who makes him an offer that will change his life forever, and make his distant dream a reality.

This is a full rewrite of the story of the My Hero Academia anime and manga. The story will attempt to maintain the core themes of the series while exploring an alternative narrative in which the protagonist Izuku finds himself the center of a harem of the entire female cast.

Edit: Adjusted tags because too many pairings.

Notes:

This is my first ever work here, and I wanted to choose a series both that I personally love, and that I know has a large and passionate fanbase. There's some loose inspiration from other similar works involving Izuku as a harem protagonist, but none of them ever quite scratched the exact itch I'm aiming for, often focusing on a particular favorite of the artist or taking too many liberties with the original narrative for my personal tastes, and I'm sure this work will cross some of those lines for some people. Heck, if you have a problem with age-gaps or incest I'll probably lose you in the first chapter, but if it lines up perfectly for even just one other person I'll be satisfied.

To manage expectations there are a few things I wanted to clear up here at the start of the first chapter, but if you don't want any part of the story spoiled feel free to scroll right past and get to the good stuff. Future author notes will always be at the end of each chapter. First of all I'm not adjusting the canon ages of any of the characters, or making UA a university rather than a high school. I think there's a certain comedy to fiction about older characters finding themselves in the harem of someone much younger than them that I think is worth exploring, though I understand if that makes some people uncomfortable. In a similar vein, there are some characters; particularly Eri, that I won't be presenting in a sexual light, at least in this work. Not as any kind of statement, I just prefer to write sexual content for characters that are of an age where they would naturally start feeling those impulses, and Eri is simply a bridge too far for me personally. Other than that however, almost every character is fair game. I won't be intentionally avoiding anything "NTR" adjacent, but I also won't be overly exploring how other male characters feel about Izuku's harem exploits. If you're hoping for Bakugo, Kirishima, or Todoroki to be tied to the cuck chair, this isn't the work for that. If you want to headcanon that whoever you ship with a given girl is also with her off screen, and those two characters and Izuku are all just fine with that arrangement, that's great and I'm glad you're invested enough to have a headcanon, but I won't be exploring anything like that in this work directly. Lastly, some future plot points people might be wondering how I'll handle before they decide if they want to invest in the story or not.
1. Himiko Toga will get her redemption arc, but not immediately. She'll technically be a villain until about the provisional license exam.
2. Mitsuki Bakugo and her husband will be separated, not just for harem convenience but also as a narrative element in trying to salvage people's opinions on my version of Bakugo as a character without actively defending bullying, a difficult tightrope to walk. We'll see how I do.
3. Hisashi Midoriya is not a prominent character, though he's passed away he will be brought up briefly in later chapters and his life and passing influence elements of Izuku's personality. This is not one of those stories where Hisashi ends up being someone important. He was just a guy.
4. Basically no female characters will be killed, or even violently maimed, over the course of the story. Without getting into explicit spoilers for the original work; Yes. That does mean the person you're thinking of gets to live.
5. While I'll be mostly following the original sequence of events in the anime, some characters will be introduced earlier (much earlier in some cases) and some events will be moved around to accommodate changes as needed. Though most of all, periods of downtime may be massively extended to create more time for Izuku to explore relationships with the various numerous girls.

Finally, I have an outline prepared that is going to end up with over 200 chapters, and typically a chapter will be at least one sex scene (some of which will be contrived or flashbacks to earlier, less urgent points in the story, but what are ya gonna do? Sometimes you just need to get the shoehorn out.) and a significant amount of surrounding narrative, so this is gonna be a long work. I won't have a regular update schedule but I seem to be able to manage about two chapters a week on average.

If you have any girl specifically that you like, and you want to know if they'll be featured, and how much, feel free to ask in the comments. I'm prone to writing needlessly long replies to basically everything of substance anyone says or asks. I do have some cards I'm holding close to my chest, though.

Chapter Text

The buildings on the street of Musutafu shudder, windows rattling beneath the roaring of an enormous villain with a heteromorphic quirk as he thrashes in the street. Amongst a crowd of onlookers being held back by pro hero Backdraft, as he creates a safety railing using his water manipulation quirk, is a young, athletically built, freckled boy in a black middle school uniform, with dark green hair and green eyes.

He flinches in excited surprise as Backdraft appears and orders caution from the gathered crowd of civilians. "Alright, everyone stay back until the pro heroes arrive!" He shouts over the crowd. The young boy, Izuku Midoriya, scribbles notes into his notebook, the cover etched with the words "Hero Notes Vol. 14", the open page depicting a detailed sketch of backdraft with the space around it filled with observational notes on his abilities and philosophy.

The violent heteromorph, born with a quirk that enlarges his body and enhances his strength, lashes out over some perceived slight, the power of his quirk rapidly escalating a sidewalk skirmish into a serious matter of public safety. His violent thrashing and roaring, however, is quickly interrupted as another professional hero swings overhead. Moving between buildings with wooden branches that grow from his arms, fluid and ninja-like, the pro hero Kamui Woods arrives.

The young and rapidly rising talent perches atop a street lamp and shouts "Public use of a quirk like this is dangerous! You're going to injure someone!", only to be met with swift retaliation as the leather jacket clad heteromorph brings his gigantic fist down, violently crumpling the lamp post just as Kamui Woods leaps into the air.

Women in the crowd of civilians witnessing the spectacle scream and cheer excitedly as the hero winds up and confidently shouts "You asked for it!" before proudly declaring the name of his crowd pleasing ultimate move “Lacquered Chain Prison!" His arm lurches forward rapidly expanding and spidering into coiling branches of reinforced wood, hardened through intense training of his own quirk, that immediately streak towards the villain preparing to ensnare him before he can do harm to himself or anyone else.

As the villain is restrained and begins to struggle, attempting to burst free from his wooden bindings, Kamui Woods attempts to discourage him from struggling. His lecturing is suddenly drowned out by the rattling of the ground before a thunderous voice roars "CANYON CANNON!" An enormous woman in a white and purple spandex bodysuit with orange highlights soars over the crowd with a flashy flying kick to the villain. Kamui jolts in surprise as the reinforced branches of the lacquered chain prison splinter like plastic under the impact of the giant woman's mass. The villain is knocked unconscious instantly.

The enormous 20 meter tall woman stands up straight, flipping her cream-colored hair over her shoulder. A purple eye mask and horns completing the costume along with her form-fitting body suit as she smiles to the onlooking crowd. Many of the gathered civilians start snapping pictures of the beautiful heroine as she proudly declares that this is her hero debut and introduces herself as Mt. Lady to raucous applause, her suggestive posing accentuating her impressive curves and making her an immediate hit with the men in the crowd.

As the heroes detain the villain and Mt. Lady returns to her much more reasonable average height, now comically small compared to the villain she just incapacitated in a single blow, Izuku Midoriya completes his impressively detailed sketches of Mt. Lady; the margins of the page already bursting with lines of meticulously written observations of her Gigantification quirk, her mannerisms, and her apparent hero ideology.

A kindly older man looking over his shoulder asks "Studying to be a hero, huh? That's some impressive work! I'll be keeping an eye out for your debut!" Izuku smiles at the man with a huge radiant grin and nods in confirmation. He closes the notebook and looks at his watch, jolting as he sees the time. He frowns, realizing getting autographs from Mt. Lady and Kamui Woods is probably going to have to wait. He politely excuses himself and pushes past the crowd, waving to the nice man as he goes and starts running towards his destination, Aldera Junior High.

At the school Izuku sits in the middle of a classroom, surrounded by students with various obvious quirks as a teacher gives a droning lecture about properly preparing for the future. With a resigned sigh the teacher smiles and says "I'll be handing out these printouts so you can all fill them out for your desired life course, but who am I kidding. I know you all plan on being heroes!"

The classroom erupts in excited affirmation, many of the students starting to use their quirks, which results in the teacher having to remind them that's not allowed until they get their hero licenses. A loud series of explosive pops followed by a window rattling blast as one of the students slams his hand on his desk quiets the rest of the class. A spikey haired blonde male student with red eyes, lifts his hand from his desk, still smoking from his quirk use. "Don't group me in with these clowns! You extras think you've got what it takes to be heroes?! Most of you won't even get into a normal hero school! Me? I'm getting into UA!" the boy declares pridefully.

Izuku looks over at him with an exasperated exhale from his nose, like he's disappointed but not surprised at this other male students outburst. "Bakugo's quirk is really strong!" one of the other students points out, feeding into the apparent ego of the boisterous Katsuki Bakugo as he tenses his hand, crackling his knuckles as small explosive pops spark across his palm and fingers. "Even so UA's exams are really tough!" another student exclaims getting a snarling leer from Bakugo. "I already aced the mock exam! I'm not just gonna stop with UA either, I'm going all the way to the top. I'm even going to surpass All Might and be the new top hero." he replies, his outburst being extended by the goading of the other students.

The teacher thwacks Bakugo gently on the head with the stack of work sheets, and says "You're not the only person at Aldera planning on apply for UA, Midoriya is as well!" Bakugo's eye twitches as he snarls and snaps his glare over at Izuku who purses his lips, bracing for what he knows is coming. The class erupts in laughter, everyone other than Bakugo, who stares daggers at Izuku, and one of the girls who smiles at him softly.

"You don't even have a freakin' quirk! What are you gonna do, ask the villains nicely to not blast you?!" Bakugo shouts, smacking the back of his own chair. "Yeah, there's no way somebody without a quirk can get into UA, no matter how good your grades are!" one of the other students says. Izuku's expression tightens. "I'm not trying to compete with Kacchan, I'm just following my own dream and I won't know if I can do it or not until I try." Izuku says.

He knows it's not going to stop any of them from laughing, but there's no point in trying to argue with people about it at this point. He'll just have to show them through his actions. He doesn't even bother to point out that he also got a perfect score on the mock exam, although the actual practical exam is another matter entirely. The teacher attempts to wrangle the attention of the class to get back to the actual school work and the laughter starts to die down, but Bakugo's burning glare remains fixed on Izuku for most of the class.

After the bell rings and the rest of the class files out, Bakugo snags Izuku's collar before he can leave and slings him up against the cabinet near the window. Izuku frowns and catches himself as the two lock eyes, Bakugo looking down his nose at him. "Withdraw it." he snarls. "What?" Izuku questions, standing back up straight as the teacher, not wanting to involve himself, slinks out of the room. "Withdraw your application from UA; you know you're not getting in anyway." Katsuki growls.

The way Izuku, even without a quirk, matches his stare always pisses him off. 'He thinks he can stand up to me just because we hung out as kids.' Bakugo thinks. Izuku straightens his posture and meets Bakugo's glare unflinching. "If I'm going to fail then I'll fail. Why do you even care?" Izuku says, knuckles whitening as he tightens his grip on his hero notes journal, a gesture that Bakugo notices.

"Because this is my show. I'm going to be the only applicant from this crappy school and I'm going to get in and become the top student at UA!" he snaps snatching the journal from Izuku, who immediately tries to grab it back, but Bakugo shoves him against a desk causing it to slide as Izuku catches himself on it. "You're useless, Deku! You're always going to be useless, and you're not screwing up my story so you can pretend like you're some underdog!" Bakugo shouts, grunting out the last word as he claps his hands together over the journal and blasts it with his quirk.

The notebook flares as the pages are scorched and the cover is charred with handprint shaped burn marks. Bakugo throws the journal over his shoulder out the window and Izuku lunges after it, pushing him out of the way. Bakugo's eyes widen as Izuku throws his body partially out of the window, his hands twitching as he holds back the instinct to grab at him. Izuku's knee and one hand catching on the window frame as he grabs the scorched notebook before it falls into the fountain below.

He pulls himself back inside and scowls at Bakugo who flinches and takes a step back, lowering his posture like he expects this to become a fight. Izuku climbs down off the cabinet in front of the window and just scowls at him as he tucks the burned journal under his arm. Bakugo's blood boils. 'This quirkless dumbass! Throwing himself out of a third story window to chase after some stupid notes!' he thinks. Explosions crackle in his palms.

"What the hell is your problem?! Don't you get it!? You can't be a hero! You're just going to end up getting yourself killed! Maybe that's the plan, huh?! Kill yourself so you can get reincarnated as somebody who's actually worth something?!" Bakugo barks thoughtlessly. Izuku tenses like he's going to throw a punch as the cruelty of Bakugo's words crashes over him, but the flare of exploding nitroglycerin sweat in Bakugo's hands as he snatches Izuku's collar makes him flinch. He knows that's not a fight he can win.

"... I'm applying to UA. If you're right and I don't get in, feel free to rub it in all you want, but you're not intimidating me out of following my dreams, Kacchan." Izuku says, sternly, swiping away Bakugo's hand from his singed shirt collar. "Stop fucken' calling me that, Deku." Bakugo growls, and he turns and storms off, leaving Izuku alone in the classroom. He frowns and looks down at his damaged notes and sighs before pulling out a new notebook from his bag and starting to transfer what he can salvage. Bakugo seethes and kicks a locker, mumbling about going to the arcade as he makes his way out of school, refusing to acknowledge what really pisses him off so much about Deku.

As he makes his way home from school, Izuku gets lost in his own thoughts, still quietly seething at Bakugo for saying such hateful things. That always made him feel worse than the physical bullying; at least Bakugo had the good sense not to actually harm Izuku directly with his quirk. They used to be best friends, but after Kacchan got his quirk and Izuku didn't he slowly became more and more arrogant, reacting violently every time Izuku tried to extend an olive branch. Then came the mean nicknames, and eventually the outright bullying like today. It was like he was offended by "Deku's" entire existence for some reason; just because he didn't have a quirk? Was that really all it was?

As Izuku made his way beneath an underpass on his way back to his house, mind still wandering, a sickly greenish-black slime oozed it's way up from a sewer grate. Before Izuku even realized what was happening, the slime lurched towards him, violently ensnaring him and covering his mouth. "Uehehehe~ Hold still kid." the slime chuckled with a disgusting inflection, it's mass forming into eyes and a toothy mouth.

A quirk? Some kind of villain? Izuku struggled and grabbed at the slime, his fingers passing through it harmlessly. His brain raced trying to think of a solution as he struggled. The eyes are solid, Izuku recognized, desperately attempting to reach up and gouge at them but unable to freely move his arms through the viscous mass engulfing him. "You'll make for a nice skin suit, kid." The slime villain rattled as Izuku started to feel light headed from a lack of oxygen.

'Body possession? Quirks like this usually only work on people who are incapacitated, air... I need air.' Deku attempted to free his nose and mouth but the amorphous mass of the villain slipped through his fingers as he pulled on it, but stiffened and thickened when he pressed into it attempting to create an airway. None of his plans for dealing with a quirk like this were going to work, was this it? Was this how he died?...

He thought about his mother, who had always supported him and believed in his dream. He remembered playing hero with her as a child, and all the times she worked part time jobs when the money left to them by his late father wasn't enough to afford the equipment he needed for strength training. His life was flashing before his eyes.

As things faded to black Izuku heard a voice he had heard a thousand times before, booming like thunder with a confident heroic timbre that had the special power to make people feel safe. The voice of the top hero All Might, Izuku's idol and goal, bellowing from a puffed out chest. "I am here!" was what he would always say as he arrived on the scene, how many times had he watched the video of his triumphant debut in Japan after spending time overseas. Why was he imagining that now?

As he struggled the underpass shook from the roar of a mighty "TEXAAAAS SMAAASH!" before a violent and powerful wind blew away the slime as Izuku reflexively began to cough and sputter, as he hit the ground. Unable to process what just happened, he curled into the fetal position as his consciousness faded. In the background, the sounds of the sludge villain garbling as he was somehow restrained.

A rapid gentle slapping on his cheek pulled Izuku out of his hazy fog, and he slowly opened his eyes to the sight of a towering man with blonde hair, what would otherwise be bangs swept up into ear-like hair flaps that cut an unmistakable silhouette. The chiseled jaw and strong bold features of a muscular man of titanic proportions looked down upon Izuku, crouched in genuine concern. "Young man? Wake up! Can you breathe?" the deep familiar voice that came out of the man caused Izuku to snap back to full consciousness.

"A-A-ALL MIGHT?!" he shouted, scrambling backwards in surprise. It's really him! "D-did you save me?! That slime villain! His quirk makes him amorphous and he can-" Izuku sprang to his feet before dropping to a knee as his adrenaline fights his fatigue. "Calm down, young man! Everything is alright now! I imprisoned the fiend in these!" All Might said with a booming laugh, as he held up two soda bottles filled with the mass of the villains body, his solid eyes peering out of one bottle in bewildered confusion. All Might towered over Deku, wearing a tight white t-shirt and green cargo pants, into which he slipped the two bottles of slime. "I plan on taking him straight to the authorities as soon as I'm certain you're alright!"

"Ah! Thank you, All Might!" Izuku beamed, flushed and star struck. He scrambled through his bag, looking for his notebook before he spots it a few feet a way and clamors over to it. "B-Before you go, would you sign-" Izuku opened the notebook to the first empty page, only to find it was already scrawled with a professional quality autograph. Izuku yelped in surprise, and All Might loosed a booming laugh. "Your notes are quite impressive, young man. Far from the work of a mere fan boy!"

Izuku looked up at All Might, who couldn't possibly know the significance of saying something like that to this boy. "You-... do you mean that?" Izuku said, starting to get to his feet. This was the perfect person to ask... if anyone was going to be able to give him a definitive answer it would have to be the top hero, but what if he says no? 'Would... would I just give up?' Bakugo's taunting flashed in his mind and he hesitates, unable to bring himself to ask the burning question in his heart. "Very well! Now that you're awake, I must be off! Take care, Young Midoriya!" All Might says, having learned Izuku's name from his notebook. "Ah! W-wait!" Izuku said, but All Might launched himself into the air with tremendous force. A shockwave created from the sheer power of his jump.

Soaring high overhead All Might laughed, before feeling an unusual weight around his leg. He looked down, and much to his surprised that fanboy he had just departed from was clinging desperately to his leg. Garbled by the wind pressure the young man shouted at All Might, barely audible. "I have a question I need to ask you!" All Might looked down at him, both surprised the boy would grab onto him like this, and impressed with his tenacity and ability to keep his grip. A stabbing pain in his side reminds him of the true reason he was attempting to take his leave, and he muffles a subtle cough as a small trace of blood drains from his mouth. 'Shit...'

All Might carefully lands on a nearby apartment building rooftop, hoisting the young Midoriya up be his collar and gently setting him down. "Young man, are you insane?! You could have fallen to your death! What could you possibly have to ask that's so urgent as to be worth risking your life?!" All Might asked, looking down at Izuku who's hand is placed over his chest, catching his breath from the stressful flight through the air. He looks up at him with a sudden wave of resolve in his eyes.

"I'm sorry, All Might, but I couldn't afford to miss this chance to ask you in person... Do you... think it's possible for someone without a quirk to be a hero?" Izuku asks. A breeze blows across the rooftop as All Might looks down at the young man. 'No quirk?... I see.' The hero was dumbfounded for a moment. It was like looking into a mirror. "I..." All Might's response was suddenly interrupted by a sudden burst of smoke and the sounds of desperate gasping coughs. Izuku stumbled back in surprise, thudding against the access door to the rooftop.

As the smoke begins to clear Izuku's eyes widen, and he takes in the sight before him. Where All Might had stood moments earlier, now stood a thin skeleton of a man. The same complexion, hair, and eye color, but with wildly different proportions. His body gaunt and lanky, and his hair puffed out and wild. The hair flaps now dangling like wilted leaves. This couldn't possibly be the same person. 'The boy must be confused...' All Might thinks to himself. 'I have no choice but to explai-'

"Oh, your quirk makes your body expand." Izuku says suddenly. All Might's sunken eyes widen as he stares into the analytical green eyes of the freckled young man, staring back at him in wide-eyed analysis, as if trying to ensure not a single muscle twitch escapes their notice. "Super strength that causes you to release a glowing bioelectricity at high output... some kind of muscle enhancement? There's all kinds of theories about it online, but if your muscles expand when you use it... you must keep this form hidden so that villains can't figure out your weaknesses and physical limitations."

The thin skeletal All Might chuckles to himself. How rarely does anyone even consider the possibility of his limitations? "Well, young man. You're certainly partially correct... it's not really just an effect of my quirk though." All Might stoops into a crouch and lifts his now baggy t-shirt and exposes a horrific scar on the left side of his abdomen, his muscle definition still clearly apparent despite his gaunt appearance.

"There was a time I looked like that all the time, but after I sustained this injury a few years ago, I've become the sorry state you see before you. My other form is an illusion created by keeping my muscles tensed. You're very clever to have immediately deduced something even close to that." Izuku paled as he looked at the wound. "Toxic chainsaw, maybe?" He guessed, going over his encyclopedic memory of all of All Might's publicized battles.

"No, that upstart could have never wounded me like this... this was inflicted in a battle that wasn't reported to the news. I've been keeping it a secret because-" "You're the symbol of peace." Izuku interrupts. "If word got out you were weakened crime rates would go up, villains would start instigating things and racing to see which one of them could be lucky enough to bring down the invincible hero." All Might stared at Izuku, with wide eyes, specs of blue in the sunken sockets of his skeletal face.

"I would have expected a hero worshipping fanboy like you to have a lower opinion of me for keeping something like this a secret." All Might says, perhaps projecting some of his insecurities onto the boy. "No, sir. I know there's some people who take the celebrity status that comes with being a hero too far, but being an inspiration to people is part of the job too... I promise I won't tell a soul." Izuku volunteers. All Might can't help but smile.

"You're a good kid, Young Midoriya... As thanks, I'll give you my honest opinion about your question." the hero says. Izuku jolts, having nearly forgotten he'd even asked after such a fascinating reveal. "I've fought a lot of villains and faced many disasters. There's more to being a hero than a strong quirk, but I think not having one at all would make it very dangerous for you to be a hero..." He says. Izuku's expression falls slightly and he looks down in contemplation.

All Might continues "Even as support items become more advanced, that kind of technology is expensive and consumes a lot of resources. Even if used for an exceptional individual, for the most part it would almost certainly be better to instead use it to augment someone with a quirk already suited to hero work, than someone totally quirkless."

"I see..." Izuku says with a sad smile. "Then I guess I have a lot of work to do. I've already been looking into it, but if nobody else will fund it for me I'll just have to invent the technology I'll need myself while also keeping up my physical training and hero studies." Izuku said, counting all the things he has to do on his fingers like they're just a matter of course. A completely reasonable expectation of himself.

All Might was speechless. 'Why even ask if you're going to just do it anyway?' he thought with a smile. "You're an exceptional young man, Young Midoriya. I'm certain that if you apply yourself, at the very least you'll become a valuable member of the support course at a good hero school." Izuku shakes his head. "Thank you, All Might... but I'm going to be a hero. No matter how many firsts I have to accomplish to do it." he says, standing up and looking down at a balled up fist. Knowing how high the wall really is only strengthened his resolve.

As All Might looked at the young man, from his crouching position, he could swear he was seeing the ghost of his former master standing over him as if commanding him. 'Toshinori Yagi, don't you dare abandon this boy.' but could he really choose him? Could he place such a burden on this bright eyed young man's shoulders?

"Thank you, All Might. For saving me, and for giving me your honest opinion." Izuku said with a deep bow, before turning and heading down the stairwell and into the apartment complex below to make his way down. All Might looked down as his hand, trembling from just his morning patrols. Three hours and he's already spent... he drew in a deep breath and sighed, waiting for the young Izuku to make his way all the way out of the building before following, lest some random observer put together that this gaunt skeleton of a man is secretly All Might. He stood up, his cargo pants shifting to one side on his hips. He looked down and only then realized that one of the two bottles containing the slime villain had fallen from his pockets.

Izuku closes the door behind him with a gentle click, as he enters the small home he lives in with just his mother Inko. He sighs, considering how much of his day to share with her as he tosses his bag onto the couch and stumbles into the kitchen. "Izuku, is that you, honey?" his mother says, before turning towards him. She's a beautiful woman, her hair a slightly lighter shade of green than Izuku's, though still quite dark, with a lovely figure thanks to her attempts to support Izuku in his training, although lately she's stuck mostly to yoga and left the strength training and road work to her son.

She frowns and puffs her cheeks as she sees Izuku's disheveled state. "Honestly, Katsuki again?!" she says, looking at the scorch marks on his collar. Izuku briefly considers denying that his state is entirely Bakugo's fault, but telling his mother he was randomly attacked by a villain probably wouldn't make her feel any better.

"I swear I'm going to slap that little-" Izuku laughs and rubs his mothers arms as she approaches and starts inspecting him for burns, looking for any excuse to call the police on her son's former childhood friend. "I swear, Mitsuki needs to control that little monster or I'll do it for her." she growls protectively. Izuku removes his shirt, smiling at his mother’s typical response to his fights with Kacchan. "I think auntie has enough on her plate without expecting her to be responsible for Kacchan too."

Inko pouts. "Her ex husband was so sweet, and even Mitsuki has a kind heart. I know she's not the most affectionate mother in the world, but you'd think that boy was locked in a cage his whole childhood with how he acts." Izuku starts putting his uniform in the washing machine as he listens to his mother's justified ranting.

"Nobody is responsible for Kacchan's actions but himself. I wish you and auntie still hung out. You shouldn't let me and Kacchan not getting along anymore ruin your friendship with her." Izuku replies. Inko pouts cutely. "If I call her, I'll end up chewing her out about him. What even happened to set him off this time?" Izuku sighs and walks shirtless into the living room, flopping down on the couch as Inko crossed her arms at him trying to ignore her helicoptering.

"The same thing as always. He found out I'm applying to UA and he wants to be the only person from Aldera to get in." Inko scoffs with indignation. "That arrogant narcissistic little-" "Mom." Izuku says calmly with a smile. "Everyone else in class laughed at me. Kacchan might be a jerk but he was the only one taking me seriously." Inko walked over to her son, pouting at him defending his own bully. "You give him too much credit." she says, tracing her fingers across Izuku's defined shoulder muscles.

Izuku leaned into her hand, nuzzling it and prompting her to wrap her arms around him from behind. He laced his fingers with hers and lovingly kissed the back of her hand. "I wouldn't just ignore it if he ever used his quirk to directly hurt me, or anyone else. He's hotheaded but he's not stupid." Izuku says between gentle pecks trying to soothe his mother’s ire. Inko sighs and tightly squeezes him. "Let's just stop talking about him then. I'm just going to keep getting angry."

Izuku plants a gentle kiss on her cheek, approving of the change in topic. "Did anything else happen today?" Inko asked, her somewhat abnormal level of physical affection with her son not being unusual for either of them. "I met All Might." Izuku said happily. Inko gasped and scurried around to the front of the couch, excitedly bombarding him with questions about the encounter. Izuku answered them happily, omitting anything about him being directly attacked by the sludge villain, and the secret of All Might's injury. "Oh... honey." Inko looked at Izuku sadly, when the topic of All Might's answer to his question finally came up. "It's okay. I appreciate him being so honest with me. Besides, he said I was exceptional. I'm not going to let it discourage me."

Inko stared into her Izuku's beautiful green eyes, swelling with love and admiration. Where did he get that resolve? It certainly wasn't from her or Hisashi. She thinks back to the day his quirkless diagnosis was finalized, and how devastated the two of them were. She wishes she had told him then that it would all be okay, that he didn't need a quirk to be a hero, but he arrived at this place all by himself, and it was all she could do to chase after him and support him as best as she could.

"You're so amazing, Izuku." she says, as she leans in and kisses him gently on the lips. Izuku's heartrate starts climbing. He knows what it means when mom gets like this. The past couple months since he started his third year at Aldera this had happened a few times... maybe because he started showing more interest in girls. Inko breaks the kiss and looks into her son’s eyes as her lips curl into a mischievous smirk, before leaning in and starting to kiss her way down from his neck. If the rest of the world was going to pretend her son wasn't special, she was gonna make sure he knew he was.

Her lips always lingered on his abs. The way they tensed and twitched individually as he flexed his core in anticipation was so cute. Inko brought her hand up to his pants and began to slowly rub him through them. It was impressive every time, something else he definitely didn't get from his father... the heat and firmness of his erection through his pants made Inko's pulse quicken as well. It's thick enough that she can feel the shape of it clearly even though the fabric of his school pants and compression shorts.

She continued her kissing of his abs as she positioned herself on her knees in front of him, a gesture that got a full body tense and a ragged exhale from Izuku. Inko giggled in response. He gently ran his hand across her hair before curling his fingers around the loose bun she tied her hair in to do the dishes, and she slowly pulled down his zipper, and slid her fingers into his shorts. They both gasped as she wrapped her fingers around the throbbing base of his shaft and pulled it free.

Inko looked up at him, past his erection that she had worked to full attention before ever freeing it from his clothes, her green eyes half lidded with arousal as Izuku gently guided her towards him. She opened her mouth and brought her tongue to rest at the base of his shaft, which was met with a gentle moan. Only the third or fourth time he'd experienced a sensation like it.

Inko slowly and deliberately drags her tongue up Izuku's thick shaft. Her whole body prickling with goosebumps just like the first time she let this impulse overtake her, the taboo of the situation only increasing her arousal. Although even without that the pleasure of serving such a cute boy, with such a big dick would be doing the job just fine. Inko shivers at her own thoughts as she plants a kiss at the tip of her sons cock, before wrapping her lips around it gently and taking him into her mouth.

Izuku's whole body tenses with pleasure as he leans back into the couch, his grip on her hair tightening instinctually as she starts to slowly bob her head. Her lips pursed around his shaft, the warmth of her tongue dancing along his length with wet heat. Izuku tilts his head back and lets out a long slow moan, and Inko works herself into a pleasing rhythm. She pushes herself a bit deeper than usual as she forces him into her mouth. Her eyes searching his pleasure wracked face for any sign of discomfort.

No, that ship has sailed. What she's really looking for now is indications of how best to drive him wild. She responds to his moans with increased intensity, faster and deeper as she rapidly drives him towards the edge. 'Come on... come on... cum for me, baby.~' she thinks as his breathing quickens and she feels him throbbing against her tongue. "Mom, I'm gonna-" a shiver runs up both of their spines as they both hear him say the word "mom" at the same time, and Inko forces him as deep as she can go, nearly gagging on her own son's dick.

Izuku grunts and with a shuddering exhale through his nose and tenses up as he starts cumming into his mother's hot throat. Inko's neck bobs as she audibly swallows. A sound and sensation that makes Izuku stare at her wide eyed as lightning runs up and down the length of his sensitive cock. Inko locks eyes with him and slowly drags her lips up his length, before slipping off with a wet pop and swallowing what remains of his salty, thick load.

She remains kneeling in front of him for several moments, as the two of them catch their breath, both processing what just happened. Inko quietly wondering if she really wants to let this become routine, as the sting of guilt creeps in on her. Izuku, after tucking himself back into his compression shorts, pulls his mother up and gives her a gentle kiss on the lips, blowing away whatever guilt or concern was starting to worm its way into her mind.

She stands up fully and turns away from Izuku whose eyes are immediately drawn to the way her long skirt rests draped over the slope of her ass. He pushes that thought down and zips his pants up, before going to put on a shirt as Inko makes her way to the kitchen to start dinner. When Izuku returns, wearing a baggy white t-shirt with the word "suit" across the abdomen in plain text, Inko is laying out groceries in the kitchen and swears quietly to herself. "What's wrong?" he asks, the first words either of them have spoken to one another since before that shared moment of forbidden intimacy. "I forgot the chicken for the katsu I was planning for dinner." Inko says, looking back at him with a cute pout. Izuku chuckles and sighs. "I'll go buy it."

All Might, or rather, Toshinori Yagi is walking through the downtown area of Musutafu. 'What's the point of looking for that villain myself when I don't have anything left in the tank for the day?' he thinks to himself. Though a suddenly loud explosion alerts him to some sort of incident a couple blocks over, knowing full well he can't do anything to help, he still runs to see the source of the commotion.

There, as he feared, All Might sees the very slime villain that he allowed to escape, engulfing another child. He approaches, his wound throbbing as if warning him, reminding him. 'You are too weak to help him. Leave it to the other heroes.' The commotion has drawn a crowd. The boy being attacked has a powerful quirk. His palms spark and flash creating explosions as he attempts to blast himself free from the slime villain, but that struggling has caused a severe fire in the alleyway and is making it difficult for any other heroes to get close.

Backdraft shouts that the firehose can't reach this area. The Punching Hero: Death Arms barks loudly "My quirk isn't good against these amorphous types! We need somebody that can restrain this guy!" At the end of the street, Mt. Lady already gigantified tries to tiptoe around traffic, unable to properly use her quirk in such a cramped neighborhood. What a farce. All Might braces himself on a sign post as he clutches at his wound. 'Please... please, someone save this boy. Don't let my weakness cost a young man his life'. As Toshinori winces from the throbbing of his injury a blur shoots past him, baggy t-shirt and a bag of groceries flapping in the wind. "KACCHAN!" Izuku screams, barreling into danger without hesitation.

Izuku's body races forward without his consent. Death Arms widens his stance in an attempt to grab him. "What are you doing, kid?! It's too dangerous!" he shouts, but Izuku slides between his legs before clamoring back to his feet. What is he doing? He already knows he can't really do anything against this villain. It already almost killed him once today. There are already pro heroes on the scene, one of them just tried to stop him, so why? Why is he sprinting as fast as he can towards-

Bakugo looks over, restrained by the slime villain as his mouth is covered, unable to breath, barely able to move despite his powerful quirk. His eyes bulging with abject terror. Every trace of doubt in Izuku's mind vanishes and is replaced with internal screaming 'Think! What do you know about his quirk?! His eyes are solid! He made sure to restrain you in such a way that you couldn't touch them! In that case-' Izuku, spinning on his heel like a shotput thrower loosed his bag of groceries scattering them across the alleyway, a can hitting the slime villain in the solid eye and causing him to recoil enough that Bakugo's face is uncovered and he sucks in a sharp intake of breath.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING, DEKU?!" Bakugo screams, his voice cracking with anger and fear. His first breath in minutes immediately directed in fury at Izuku. 'This idiot's going to get himself killed! He doesn't even have a quirk! Why the hell is he trying to save me?!' Bakugo's thoughts race. He releases a blast freeing his right arm from the slime, immediately attempting to shove Deku away, but Izuku simply grabs hold of him and starts attempting to wrench him fully free of the slime as it regains it's composure and begins to envelop them once more.

'Shit! SHIT! This stupid quirkless idiot! I was just walking home from the arcade and now we're both going to end up dead because I'm not strong enough to defend myself from this shitty villain!' Bakugo screams at himself internally, his face contorting with fear and frustration. Izuku slaps his hands hard onto Bakugo's shoulders and looks down at him with an obviously forced smile. "It's gonna be okay!" Deku says, his voice shuddering.

Something in Bakugo snaps, the veins in his arms bulge and overloading his quirk he blasts with both palms, propelling the boys free of the slime villains clutches, if only for a moment. It surges after them like a tidal wave, as they skid to a halt and Bakugo attempts to shove Izuku to safety and throw himself back into the villain, palm sparking and hands shaking from overuse of his quirk. Izuku clings hard to Bakugo's waist attempting to forcibly drag him to safety. In either case, even if the boys weren't fighting one another, neither route would save them from the villain looming over them.

'WHY AM I JUST STANDING AROUND WATCHING?!' All Might roars in his own mind. Never! He will never stand around and watch innocent people die, while others risk their lives to save them and he stands idly by! His muscles groan and swell as he pushes through the pain.

How can he call himself a hero if he lets such promising young men face certain doom, if he leaves the rescue of innocent lives up to others just because he's not feeling up to it. Being a hero isn't a part time job! Inspired by the courage of young Midoriya All Might pushes beyond his limit and explodes into the alleyway with a hurricane force wind in his wake, he winds up his powerful arms as the other heroes barely even register his arrival and the two young boys look up at him with stunned expressions.

"How pitiful! I can't believe I had the arrogance to lecture you, young man, when I'm not even living up to my own ideals! All Might bellowed as he held back the sludge villain, his massive body blocking it's surging slime like a living dam. "When people are in danger, it's a hero's duty to dig deep and do whatever it takes to save them!" the hero shouts, blood spraying from his mouth as he pushes his body over it's limit.

"OKLAHOMAAAAA SMAAAAAAAASH!" All Might roars, torqueing his body violently in a circle. His spinning lariat explodes upward with a swirling shockwave like the tornados that roar across the plains of the United States, the spiraling vortex blasting the slime villain apart into tiny particulates that are vaporized from the heat of the flames utterly destroying him if not for the portion of his body safely in police custody. The shockwave travels up and outward, extinguishing the flames, blowing away the smoke and the clouds, and leaving only clear blue sky in it's wake. An attack so powerful it changed the very weather. A small taste of the true strength of the strongest hero.

In the aftermath of the incident, camera crews from local news stations showed up, and acquired some cellphone footage of the villain's attack from the crowd. The heroes on site praised Bakugo for his strength and courage, and reprimanded Izuku for his recklessness. Though, the entire time Bakugo found himself staring at Izuku, his face contorted with a complex cocktail of emotions. Neither of them were satisfied... Weakness is such a frustrating feeling.

Izuku wanders through the alleyway, collecting what he can find of his scattered groceries, checking each piece for any residue of that slime villain before placing them back into the bag he managed to somehow retrieve. At least the chicken looked okay; the package somehow surviving that insane attack from All Might probably because the force was directed mostly upwards. Izuku made his way out of the alley and there, across the walkway, he saw All Might, or rather Toshinori Yagi, although Izuku had not yet learned that name.

Izuku stood up straight before deeply bowing. As he was about to utter his thanks for being saved a second time in a single day, All Might interrupted him. "I was wrong." He said. Izuku looked up at him, eyes wide as he stood back up straight. "I was wrong, Young Midoriya. You are already a splendid hero."

Izuku puffed his chest and tried to hold back the swelling tears. "While we so called pro heroes were scrambling around, trying to figure out what we should do, waiting for someone else to come and save the day, you acted fearlessly and without hesitation or concern for your own safety." All Might continued. Izuku spoke up timidly. "I... just moved. I wasn't even thinking. I made things way worse, I should have just-"

"No, young man." All Might cut him off. "If you hadn't acted, I may not have either, until it was too late... there are many stories about great heroes from their early days. Do you know what all of those stories have in common?" The hero asked. Izuku shook his head. "They all said their body just moved on it's own. Naturally and without thinking, the impulse to save another person overtakes you, and you just... move. That's the mark of a true hero."

Izuku clenched his fists tightly at his sides as he received affirmation he'd been seeking his entire life. He tensed and tried his best not to cry to no avail as his head bowed. "Young Midoriya, what I said before, I meant it. It's unfair you were born with such a heroic heart, but lacking the power to follow it. Although I'm sure that even without my intervention you still would have become a great hero and saved many people." All Might said staring across at the quivering boy.

'Intervention?' Izuku thought. All Might held out his hand "No... I've decided. Young Midoriya... if you truly wish to be a hero, then I would ask that you do me the honor of allowing you to inherit my quirk." the world's greatest hero said, hand outstretched towards Izuku in the light of the setting sun. The bag of groceries slipped from Izuku's grasp and fell to the sidewalk. "... What?"
