Work Text:
Kim Byeong In and Prince Yeongpyeong never got along, and everyone in the palace knew that.
Maybe it was due to them being on different political teams, Kim Byeong In with his never-ending hate for the king and Yeongpyeong always dispaising the Andong Kim Clan, that they never talked about it properly.
Every time they would came across each other in the palace hallways, they would continue their path with a menace written on their black eyes, always hoping that the other would change their way to avoid them so they could proclaim the victory on the other.
Even after the kingdom finally resolved it’s problems and the king and queen were the ones and only regents in the country and there were no longer rivalries that had something to do with families, they could never come to terms. Neither of them would give their arms to twist.
That would be giving up, and they would never lose this war, no matter how nonsense it was.
This was a very serious situation for both the King and the Queen.
Cheoljong didn’t want any more conflicts between his family and his wife’s and his brother was making it harder than it should be.
Soyong had noticed since a long time ago that Prince Yeongpyeong didn’t like her. She had tried everything: declarate the war to her own family, changing her last name to Jang so she could get rid off everything that had to do the with Kim Clan, and even helped the King and Captain Hong in the past to write the War Tactics Book. Neither of those things were enough to convince his husband’s brother that she was different from her family.
She knew that it had to do with Hwa-jin and her hate towards her, but she still had the hope that he would change his mind with the time. It kind of did, he was obviously less hostile towards her now but the uncomfortableness never completely disappeared when they had to talk about political subjects. At least they were cordial now, and that was more than enough.
Despite it all, she couldn’t help wanting more.
She wanted her most dearest cousin, and one of the latest pieces of her family who weren’t expelled from the country, to get along with his brother in law.
Like the family they all were.
Servants, at first, found it entertaining the way they were so similar and yet they managed to not get along, they were like the last pieces of a puzzle, they were designed to feat each other perfectly but they were rough on the edges and because of that they wouldn’t stick together.
“Forced proximity” said Captain Hong when the King came to him looking for advice, “It’s the only way you’ll get them to at least tolerate the other.” “But, how can I do that?” the King whined “They can hardly be in the same room without going for their throats, like eternal enemies.”
“And that’s why you will trick them” Captain Hong told him, like it was obvious. Cheoljong tilted his head to the side with a confused expression, which made Hong sighed, exasperated.
“You tell Prince Yeongpyeong that you’ll be meeting on a certain place” Cheoljong was now understanding his best friend’s line of thought, a little smile pulled his lips upwards “Then ask the Queen to do the same with his cousin. They’ll drink and solve their problems in the meantime. With this never-failing plan, you’ll be having Prince Yeongpyeong and Kim Byung Il dancing all around the castle while holding hands by the end of the week.”
Convincing both men wasn’t a difficult task.
Some shy smiles from Soyong and a half-hug from Cheoljong and the date was set for saturday’s night at a nearby restaurant.
No one even imagined the real meaning of this reunion and that was everything they needed.
The days passed in the blink of an eye and it was finally saturday in the late afternoon.
Kim Byeong In dressed with his best clothes and put on his nicer hat and jewelry, he made sure that his looks were perfect for his date with the Queen. He had come to an agreement with his feelings and, despite still loving Soyong, he was plenty conscious that it would never change, now it was easier for him to live with the thought of not having her in his life the way he would have wished.
He still was mad at the King for making her suffer with his unjustified-inicial-hate towards her but he no longer wanted to kill him.
Most things were kind of normal now, and everyone seemed satisfied with it.
Nothing of that changed the fact that Kim Soyong was the person he loved and cared for the most of them all, so of course he wanted to look more than decent for their date.
For Yeongpyeong, it was a normal-formal meeting with his young brother and his best friend, so it was enough with wearing a common outfit. He was an elegant person by nature and that attribute played on his side for this type of situation.
As punctual as he was, before the sun was set behind the houses’ rooftops and mountains he had already arrived at the meeting point. It was a beautiful day outside and that was enough to give him a good feeling of the subject to treat.
It had been ages since the last time his brother had called him to a reunion like this. There was no need any longer, the Kim Clan had disappeared and with it their necessity to hide from the eyes of the Councils members.
They could discuss political matters without worry in the palace now, so it was an absolute surprise to receive the invitation.
Maybe it wasn’t an official matter, maybe he considered that it had been a time since they last met. With the Queen’s pregnancy getting more serious, Cheoljong had even fewer time to talk to his friends. Not that he was complaining, though.
The restaurant was oddly silent that night, like everyone decided to stay in their homes instead of drinking until passing away. After being a recurrent client for some time, it was even concerning quietly in the hallways for Byeong In.
He took a second to fix his hair and clothes in the mirrors of the restroom so he was running quite on time, which was late for him, to the date.
He just wished Soyong hadn’t been waiting for him too long, one of the servants told him there was already someone in the room that was reserved for them.
The door was open with excitement growing like a million butterflies in his stomach, only to find the person he despised the most sitting on the other side of the table (the King was now in second place because Soyoung convinced him he was a good husband).
Both of their faces broke in a frow of confusion, mouths open in shock.
“What are you doing here?” Prince Yeongpyeong stood with a crash, a deep insulted look decomposing his commonly-clam expression.
“I should be the one asking that” Kim Byeong In replied with a death serious stare. The Prince rolled his eyes in the face of his well-implied threat.
“Leave now. This room was booked by the King in person for an official matter” the King’s brother stayed in seat, unbothered by the hand that Byeong In had put in the handle of his sword, that was hanging freely from his belt.
“The Queen herself called me here to meet her, the King can wait if he wishes to”.
Now, the tension in the atmosphere was so thick that it could be cut with a knife from the Queen’s kitchen.
Both were staring at each other from opposite sides of the room directly in the eye, waiting for the other to look away and admit defeat. And that wouldn’t have happened if not for the sound of the door being locked from outside.
“What is happening?” Prince Yeongpyeong finally stands from his place at the head of the table to quickly put his hands on the doorknob and start pulling to the sides, but the doors stayed in place.
“Get out of the way, I’m taking the door down” said Byeong In unsheathing his sword and taking it with both of his hands in a tight grip. Yeongpyeong jumped to the side before imitating him.
They were getting ready to swing their blades when a voice rised at the other side of the doors.
“Wait, no!” both a feminine and a masculine voices yelled, stopping them from breaking the paper walls. Kim Soyong, Cheoljong and Captain Hong were now a mile away from the doors, just in case they decided to ignore them and tear down the entrance.
“My Queen?”
“Your Highness?”
They said in unison, they looked at each other out of the corner the eye.
“What is happening? I thought we had a meeting” said the Minister of War, soothing his voice so suddenly that Yeongpyeon had to turn to him just to make sure he was the one talking.
He really had a weak point for his cousin.
“We had, just that I wasn’t including myself in the plan” Soyong answered with her hands being visible through the translucent wallpaper.
“Why would you do this?” the cousin insisted with the tone of someone who has just being stabbed in the back. His eyes were big and shiny like a sad puppy’s.
The prince rolled his eyes for the millionth time.
“The rivalry between you two, we can’t stand it anymore, either psychologically or physically” she confessed after a long sigh. “It’s been a time since the war but you two still hate each other like you were still fighting in different teams. That’s why we have decided to put an end to it, and this is the best option.”
“This is the best for you and us, brother, please, cooperate and we’ll let you out as soon as you’ve solved your problems. At least enough to not spit on each other's faces every time you meet in the hallways.” Cheoljong concluded his wife’s idea.
“Do you really think this old tricks and sad faces are going to keep us here?” Yeongpyeong replied with a mocking side-smile.
Just as he was turning to Kim Byeong In for him to support his comment, only to find that he was already sitting at one of the ends of the low table.
“Are you really going to give in so easily?!” the king’s brother shouted, thinking that the Minister of War himself could be convinced with a few words like he had no power in his actions. He started worrying about the future of the country.
“It’s not an insufferable torture if I ignore your presence” he simply responded while taking the handle of the teapot and pouring some of the liquor in it in a little cup. “Besides, it’s been a while since the last time I drank. This is a good excuse.”
Prince Yeongpyeong huffed with his hands on his hips.
Kim Byeong In drinked the whole cup in a single quick swing of his head, he was so used to the burning sensation of alcohol sliding down his throat that he made no expression when he sipped. The other man knew he had that bad habit of taking shelter in liquor when he was upset, but never thought of seeing it with his own eyes.
“Are you gonna stand there staring at me until you make a hole in my face” he told him, when his black tiny eyes were starting to make him uncomfortable. It somehow sounded like an invitation to take seat, a real aggressive one.
Yeongpyeong cleared his throat, sheathed his sword back in his place and sat in front of the other man. He filled his cup without taking his gaze off Byeong In and didn’t turned his head when he drank of it.
His gullet immediately protested and he couldn’t help but sem-closing one of his eyes before the burn. Kim Byeong In smirked because he knew that the Prince was tempting to be just as good with alcohol as he was but failed miserably.
He was attempting to enter a drinking-contest he clearly couldn’t win, and Byeong In wouldn’t disappoint him.
…
An hour later, Byeong In’s mind was feeling dizzy and Yeongpyeong was already resting his forehead on the table, one cup away from fainting.
“Admit that you can’t drink more already, before you pass out and I have to drag you back to the castle” Byeong In said. His tongue was starting to feel heavy in his mouth but he was still able to talk properly.
“Never” Yeongpyeong answered. The words were spilled barely, knowing that he wouldn’t be able to tell more without babbling. He was conscious that he couldn’t take it anymore but he had a hard ego, a louder one than the voice in his head that was screaming at him to stop his hand from filling another cup.
The Prince approached the cup to his lips but was abruptly stopped by a hand putting in between his mouth and the edge of porcelain.
He rose his gaze.
Kim Byeong In was leaning over the table.
His eyes stick to Yeonpyeong’s.
“What are you doing?” the words came out in a sleepy mumble more than a threat, that was the Prince’s intention.
“Stopping you from putting yourself unconscious” Byeong In answered.
He grabbed the cup and pull it to him, so he could hide it from Yeongpyeong, but he didn’t think that the other would be attached to it like his life depended on it.
“Let it go” he pulled again but Yeongpyeong didn’t step back. “This is for your own good, stop being so damn stubborn.”
“No, that would be giving up” his dark eyes looked up at him from over the cup.
“It’s not giving up if you were meant to lose from the start.”
“It’s the same, it’s accepting defeat.” he was already melting into falling asleep but was fighting against it with all his remaining consciousness.
“Really, why do you have to be so obstinate?” he grabbed his wrist to make him open his hand, but it remained in place.
“Because if I wasn’t I wouldn’t be alive!” Yeongpyeong tripped over the words, as the back of his mind tried to stop him from talking too much.
But it didn’t worked, and the alcohol was taking down the wall he built with all his efforts back on the island with his younger brother.
“What, what do you mean?” his mind became a little clearer when he heard the sudden confession. The drunkenness also reduced in Yeongpyeong’s system, just enough for him to talk without stuttering.
“Don’t act like you don’t know what I’m talking about” he continued, trying to act nonchalant by lifting one of his legs to rest his arm on. “I come from a family full of traitors and that’s why Lee Won-Beom And I were banished to that horrible island. I had to be obstinate and hang on to my life.” hearing the King’s casual name being said in a normal voice tone took Kim Byeong In by surprise, more because it was Prince Yeongpyeong, the most formal and professional guard in Joseon, the one pronouncing it.
“I actually didn’t know that part very well” was the only thing that left Byeong In’s mouth out of pure surprise.
“Really? Because it was your family who sended us to die there” he spat, furious.
“Can you stop saying it like that? Like I was the one who ordered it” the War Minister rolled his eyes and changed the subject in an attempt to shake the sudden rush of embarrassment that crawled up the back of his neck.
“Well, I didn’t stab the country’s back but I suffered the consequences like I was a crucial part of the problem” Yeongpyeong replied in the same offended tone.
The consequent silence set between them while they processed the moment of truthiness.
Kim Byeong In couldn’t stop himself from scoffing.
It transformed into laughter just a minute later.
Yeongpyeong attributed the dumb smile that formed in his lips while watching his biggest enemy laugh in front of him like he just said the funniest joke ever to the alcohol.
Because, if it wasn’t the liquor, then what else could it be?
A minute later, they were holding their stomachs and feeling breathless out of just laughing at the irony that this all was.
The next time they caught the other’s looks, they both had a smile on their faces that was making their facial muscles hurt, and they didn’t hate each other as much as they did before stepping into that room.
“We really are victims of our own family’s problems” Byeong In sighed, the smile fading away already.
Yeongpyeong nodded while watching Kim Byeong In fill his cup again and lift it in direction to his pink, thin lips.
Suddenly, he was thirsty.
“Okey, give me the cup already” the Prince stretched out a hand and opened his palm, waiting for Byeong In to hand him the glass, believing that he would because they seemed to be on better terms now.
“I told you, I won’t” the confused look in Yeongpyeong’s face almost made him cracked into laugher again. The way his tiny eyes semi-closed and brows frowned at the same time his head tilted to the side was making him look childish. “I’m trying to take care of your health.”
“Don’t give me that when you have drunk as much as I have” he protested.
“Except for the fact that I’m used to it and you aren't” Byeong In fought back with a nonchalant grin, sipping a little from his cup.
“Are you sure showing off your alcoholism is the best way to make me back down?” now Kim Byeong In was a little pissed.
He knew he had been doing of drinking a bad just as current habit these days. He was conscious that it was a mistake and should stop before it started doing serious harm to his body, but when he was drunk everything was much easier and could bear with his issues a little quicker.
Even if it was just momentary, Kim Byeong In liked the sense of calm drunkenness gave him.
“I have to make sure to be the last in losing his senses on family meetings” he simply replied.
“Well, now that war has ended, I guess I must learn how to act on royal dinners” Yeongpyeong augmented and started crawling around the table to get to Byeong In’s side. He didn’t trusted enough his legs to get up and walk so this was the safest option, even if it was something he would regret when sober again.
Crawling wasn’t a thing the royal family had to think of but now here he was, on all fours in front of the War Minister, also Queen’s cousin.
“What are you doing?!” Kim Byeong In shouted when Yeongpyeong started searching under the table, not caring that he was almost on his lap. His face suddenly was just as hot as the back of his neck.
“I’m looking for the cup since you won’t give it back” he sounded so calm when he answered that Byeong In thought for a second that maybe he was overreacting.
“At least take off your hat, would you!” the top of the translucent head piece was rubbing all over his face and it wasn’t comfortable.
The hat slipped off smoothly, hanging in his back with the help of the ribbon still knotted under his chin.
Yeongpyeong’s head turned to look at Byeong In with a mock of irritation.
“Hey!” he hissed but stopped mid-way in his protest.
Their faces were now a mere inch apart.
Noses almost brushing the other’s, their breaths mixing up and a dark blush growing across their cheeks.
Byeong In was locked on Yeongpyeong’s black eyes. The light of the candles reflecting in them, making them look a deep tone of gold. His pupils were so dilated the iris was barely visible.
The skin under his eyes flushed.
The Prince, suddenly feeling a vertiginous turn in his stomach mouth, tensed when his eyes fell down on Byeong In’s face and found his lips.
As soon as Kim Byeong In realized where his looks were deviating, a voice in the back of his head ordered him to back down, the alcohol encouraged him to keep going, to get to the final consequences.
But, had he ever been the type to accept defeat? He wouldn’t lose to this.
Byeong In was the first to lean in, attempting to close the distance between them but Yeongpyeong’s fast reflexes pulled him aside.
“What are you doing?” the prince’s voice was like a fine line, barely a murmur, that could break with the quietest of sounds. “You are too close” even though those were his words, he didn’t move from his place, like frozen in time.
“Does it intimidate you?” he was just testing the waters but he felt an inexplicable nervousness that was making feel like throwing up.
He blamed it on the moment, on the place, on the liquor.
Anything but a feeling that maybe had been there for longer than he would have imagined.
Like a demon possessed him out of nowhere, Yeongpyeong put a hand on Byeong In’s thigh and pulled up, having to tilt his head to the side so he could be nearer the War Minister without touching him.
He was so close that Byeong In could hear his mouth open and feel a sigh being pushed to his upper lip, making his head spin like he just drunk a vase of soju.
“Intimidated? I think I should be the one saying that” a mischievous smile curled up his thin lips, an expression he had never seen on him before.
Just to prove him wrong, not because he felt like burning if he kept concentrating on the fingers squeezing his thigh, Byeong In closed the space.
They both were unexperienced and that’s why the kiss was gentle at first.
Byeong In had only kissed one person in his entire life and she was probably still behind the door, expecting them to get out of the room, and that time the contact had been a delicate and pure show of affection. That night, all he had wanted was to transmit all his love through it.
On the other hand, Yeongpyeong had never kissed anybody.
He wished that Hwa Jin would be the first person to taste his love but now he was here, kissing, not Hwa Jin, not even another woman, but the War Minister, Kim Byoeng In. The person that he thought he hated the most after the Andong Kim Clan.
They had been drinking in a courtesans house by themselves on a late saturday night like old friends, they had fought and insulted each other, confessed some painful memories, laughed their asses off, and now they had their lips touching and dancing in an experimental dance while trying to find a comfortable rhythm. Tonight it had to be the weirdest day of his life.
The peck slowly turned to another mood, a more fierce one.
Their mouths shyly opened a little, giving more space for the other to move closer. Yeongpyeong, feeling the urge increasing in his lower stomach, passed Byeong In’s lips with his tongue, still unsure if he was allowed to continue further in. The War Minister received his offer with open arms, or maybe open mouth.
Kim Byeong In, absolutely forgetting who he was kissing, rubbed the prince’s cheek with a gentle move of his fingers. His nature was being a kind person and the alcohol wouldn’t change that.
Yeongpyeong was different, because of the drinks he was doing things he would never do when sober and that included leaving his demureness for later and wrapping his arms around Byeong In’s neck to pull him closer.
Now it was Byeong In’s hat turn to fall from his head, giving more space for Yeongpyeong to rub his chest against his. Suddenly, clothes were in the way.
“Yeongpyeong” Byeong In whispered in the middle of the kiss, wanting to separate but being pushed back in the hug by the strong arms of the Palace’s guard. “You need to calm down a bit, Yeongpyeong”.
“Kyung Eung” was everything the King’s brother murmured back, still immersed in the feeling of wet lips against his.
“What?” for a brief moment a dash of jealousness went through his mind at the thought of Yeongpyeong evocating the name of someone else.
“Yi Kyung Eung, that’s my real name. Stop calling me Yeongpyeong” he said as he separated from him.
His face was flushed pink, a mix of warmth and soju flowing in his body, his pupils were even bigger than before and his lips glowed red and wet with saliva.
His heart skipped a beat at the view.
“Okey, Yi Kyung Eung, you need to calm down a bit” he rephrased the previous sentence, his voice was as shaky as his body was.
“Why? Are you scared?” Kyung Eung answered in a sassy tone, one not even him knew he could make. “Or have you changed your mind?”
He made a little pot with lips and, if he wasn’t drunk, he would have jumped from a boulder. He probably would do it once he was back on his senses but, right now, all he wanted was to be glued to Byeong In’s lips all night.
He would think about all of this later in the corner of his room.
“It’s not that!” Byeong In stated a little too quickly. He had to cleared his throat before speaking again. “It’s just your hand… it’s a little close”.
The prince lowered his gaze to find his fingers too near to the other man’s crotch. The fabric was a little lifted in an angle that the position of his legs shouldn’t make naturally.
The alcohol did good his job of dizzing his mind because in other circumstances, he would’ve jumped a mile away from him and left the room in an instance. Instead, he stayed in place, admiring what he had caused.
He never thought of himself as a seductive person, that was against all his personality, but watching what just his proximity could do he couldn’t deny that he was both impressed and a little flattered.
“It was just a kiss but look what just that put you in” he said as if he was an expert in kissing people and not a man who hadn’t kissed anyone in his life until minutes ago. Of course Byeong In didn’t know that and he would never know.
Byeong In couldn’t do anything but blush and open and close his mouth like a fish out of the water, too stunned to speak.
Yeongpyeong looked back down and attempted to move his finger closer in, however, he was stopped in his tracks by a voice in the back of his mind, which had been silent for a while.
His subconscious told him to stop, that he had messed up things just enough, and if he continued it would be harder to slip out of it. He could still blame all on the tension of the moment and the liquor if he was confronted about it and it would maybe pass without further consequences, but if what he was thinking of doing was made, there would be no turning back. He wouldn’t be able to deny it that easily and a punishment was sure to happen.
Yes, he should have got up, walked home and forgotten everything.
“Yeong- Kyung Eung, are you alright?” but the way his real name sounded in Byeong In’s mouth, how his tongue clicked and throat closed to pronounce it, made him look up and find a delicious mock in his lips and a spark of desire in his big-sad eyes.
His fingers traveling up his shoulder to his neck was everything he needed to shut the sober part of him, if there was even one to begin with.
Yeongpyeong moved his hand and pressed his palm against the clothed crotch of the War Minister without a trace of embarrassment of the crime he was about to commit.
Byeong In had to bite his bottom lip to not gasp audibly.
“What are you doing?” he asked under his shaky breath.
“I should take responsibility for my actions” the answer was so simple and Kyung Eung had such a poker face that Byeong In thought he was joking at first, but then the prince tangled and played with the still knotted ribbon from his durumagi.
Maybe if he was sober, he would’ve stopped him from detangling the knot and opening his jacket. He would’ve grabbed his wrist when his hand started sliding and touching his torso above the white undershirt. He would’ve grabbed him by the neck when he leaned and intertwined their lips again.
Instead, his hands moved on their own, like he was possessed, and undid Kyung Eung’s knot as well.
Their tongues were colliding and wet noises filled the room, fabric rubbing and touching and pulling everything in their way. The sound of their hearts pumping blood to both of their heads.
Kyung Eung, as naughty as he was acting under the alcohol’s influences, slided his tempting fingers to caress his bare chest.
The rough skin of his palm touch every part of his worked abdomen.
But then Yeongpyeong’s fingertips rubbed lightly on Byeong In’s nipple and a high gasp escaped the War Minister’s mouth.
Both looked at each other, Byeong In with his face burning red and Kyung Eung with a confused look that quickly changed to an amused one. The next time his finger curled in his chest, the prince was aware of his weak spot and was doing it on purpose.
Kim Byeong In couldn’t do anything but stay still and let things happen. He considered again pushing the King’s brother away and run while he could still call everything an accident but his head was too heavy and his body too hot, mind too numb with arousal, to even think about keeping his voice low, let alone escape.
Kyung Eung’s hands and lips suddenly were everywhere. The twisting with his fingers mixed with his mouth behind his ear were driving him insane, after some minutes the pain in his crotch was becoming unbearable.
Kim Byeong In also started touching everywhere he could. The Prince’s slim but strong body, the muscles of his back tensing whenever his fingers were too close to his hair or he was whimpering next to his ear.
The Prince’s hand kept going lower and Byeong In shouldn’t have been too surprised when he started massaging his crotch over the clothes barrier.
“Kyung…Kyung Eung” his mouth was too open and he couldn’t seem to be able to close it. His head was spinning and the vertiginous feeling in his stomach was appearing again. His neck couldn’t give away and the next thing he knew was that his forehead was resting on the King’s brother's shoulder while his fingers grabbed his thighs like his life depended on it.
He was looking down for a little but it took him a long time to realize Kyung Eung was just as needed as he was, if his pants lifting was something to go by. With trembling hands, the War Minister grabbed a handful of the other man's clothed member.
The air caught in Yeonpyeong’s throat as a big hand slowly went up and down on him.
“Kim Byeong In…” he mumbled, pausing his own hand’s movements. Feeling every friction happening on him driving him crazy.
A sudden satisfaction got Byeong In moving his hand faster, hearing a man with such power in the country whimpering his name under his shaky breath was making him want more, more of this version of a man he thought he hated.
He made his way under his clothes.
His fingertips passed the fine line in the middle of his chest, his abdomen, war scars that should have been there for a long time. Tapping the slightest of curves marking his narrow waist was making the man above him stutter.
“Do you like being touch there?” Byeong In blew the question in the gap between Kyung Eung’s shoulder and neck. The Prince had to tighten his grip on the other man’s arm to not back down at the intimate contact.
He was taking the lead and that was unacceptable for Yeongpyeong.
“No as much as you will” he answered, introducing his own hand under Byeong In’s clothes but much lower than the War Minister would dare.
When the King’s brother’s bare hand touched his length it took an incredible amount of self-control for the War Minister to back off a loud growl.
The palm on him caressed all along him, his finger made circles slowly on his already wet tip. He couldn’t even recall when he started to drip. His forehead fell to the other’s shoulder while breathing heavily.
“Does it feel good, Kim Byeong In-ah?” hearing his name coming out of his mouth almost made him come but that wasn’t a humiliation he could afford, not in front of someone who was his enemy for such a long time, even though it seemed they tolerated each other a lot better now. If it wasn’t like that they wouldn’t be here, in a fancy restaurant, alone, drinking and touching each other like this.
They were already fucked up if the King and the Queen were at the other side of the door so anything mattered anymore.
He wouldn’t lose and, with that mindset, Kim Byeong In slipped his hand inside Kyung Eung’s pants and wrapped it around him, stealing a big breath from him.
The Prince lifted his head to connect a meaningful look with the War Minister, drowning mindlessly in his dark fierce-full eyes, with a brain too numbed to think of consequences for what remained of the night, and so was his own.
In a span of seconds, both hands were moving in a fast synchrony, up and down, like their chests. Heavy breaths filling the room, wet noises of humid skin to skin touching directly. It was Kim Byeong In who bit first, his mouth suddenly was desperate to have something to relay on and the soft skin of Kyung Eung’s shoulder was the nearest thing he could see. The bite wasn’t sweet or careful, it was messy, wet and almost violent, like he wanted to mark him for life. His mouth didn’t stop there, in the blink of an eye, he was already on the other’s collarbone, his neck and the tip of his ear. Kyung Eung couldn’t help but bite his lower lip to not moan so loudly.
But the prince also wanted something to mark.
He pulled the War Minister closer and wrapped him with his free arm, his nails sunk deep in the thick skin of his back, leaving red and irritated marks on his way down.
Both were growling under their breath, pain and pleasure mixing and resulting into a weird type of arousal.
As they reached their peak, the whimpers became louder and needier, filling the room with their body heat on increasing motion.
The fast moving of hands suddenly stopped at the same time, both getting the relief at the same time accompanied by a loud moan.
Kim Byeong In’s forehead hitted Kyung Eung’s shoulder, his mouth was wide open and patting for air, goosebumps still running throughout his entire body.
The prince was in a similar state but everything ended as fast as it happened.
Watching his hand full with the load of the War Minister of the nation he was a prince of suddenly made him come to his senses.
He jumped off his seat, making Byeong In momentarily lose his balance.
Kim Byeong In watched him with a strange look, still not understanding the sudden change of attitude, the realization not hitting him yet.
“What’s with that look?” he asked in a playful tone, the alcohol still wreaking havoc in his system. “Was it that good that you’re out of words?”
Yeongpyeong turned to him, horrified by his own actions and furious at how Kim Byeong In looked like nothing had happened.
The prince was about to shout something but bite his tongue.
He put back the clothes identified as yours that were scattered on the restaurant’s floor as fast as he could, only being followed by a confused Byeong In.
When the prince put a hand on the door in an attempt to leave, the War Minister jumped to his side to grab him by his sleeve. Yeongpyeong didn’t look at him.
“Hey, what’s wrong with you?!” Byeong In raised his voice.
The prince couldn’t even stand the feeling of Byeong In’s hand on his arm, nor look him back in the eye; every little thing seemed to make his guilt heavier. He also didn’t answer, just tried to free himself without touching back.
