Work Text:
Act 4 - Scene CVIII
Ext. Rose garden in the King of Rose’s palace.
King of Roses is talking with the Faerie King, both of them laughing and smiling together beneath the light of the shimmering Moon. Both are sitting at the fountain in the center, ignoring the biting cold.
Faerie King
I have not had this much fun in several years. You always seem to know how to remind me of the pleasantries of life.
King of Roses rolls his eyes with a drop in his smile. There is something on his mind and the Faerie King leans in closer to try and understand.
King of Roses
Is that meant to be flattering, Faerie? I thought you could do better than that.
Faerie King
Did I say something wrong?
King of Roses
Don’t pretend like you care.
The Faerie King frowns, raising a hand to turn the King of Roses head towards him. They are but a fraction apart with only the moonlight separating them.
Faerie King
Do I need to prove that I do?
King of Roses
… What is there to prove?
Faerie King
That I love you.
(End with the Faerie King and King of Roses pushing together in a kiss while curtains close on Act 4 of Year 2)
This had to be a joke. It had to be. No matter how many times he read the script that had been placed on his vanity table, it didn’t make sense. He had just met this “Faerie King” he was meant to marry yesterday, marking the end of the previous script and the beginning of the new one. The one he had recently just finished reading. The new script had been relatively normal, all things considered, with the Playwright’s writing style. Drama, comedy with second hand embarrassment, it had been normal up until he got to the final two acts of year two.
There hadn’t been anything out of the ordinary initially. It was still him and the Faerie King going about their lives within the arranged marriage and not giving each other another thought. It had been entirely normal.
Then, all of a sudden, the Faerie King (whatever his name was) began acting strange in the second act of year 2. Small little acts at first, standing in front of him whenever a noble decided to begin yelling at him for “injustice”. Bringing him food during his late nights. Asking him to help with the garden.
Then they slowly became more and more bold as the sudden courtship went on. Lingering touches, kisses whenever no one could see them — but never on the lips. Longing stares whenever “King of Roses” turned around to talk to someone else.
All of it culminated in such a romantic scene, it made Shadow Milk want to vomit. A romance in a tragicomedy that Shadow Milk wanted no part in. It was insane. It was disgusting, and he wanted to tear the script apart.
The scar on his face reminded him not to.
Instead of listening to his impulses, Shadow Milk grabbed the script and practically threw it at the pink demon. She laughed where she was in the air, gently taking it back in her hands and floating around with it behind him. Shadow Milk watched her through the mirror, and she watched him back.
“For the last time, I am not kissing him.”
“But little actor, the script says so!”
“The script can burn.”
Shadow Milk did his best to ignore the Playwright’s gentle laugh at his declaration. A dark shadow was cast over her eyes, clear amusement at his turmoil written across her face. She approached him carefully, resting one of her free hands on his shoulder. “But my dear, you’re the one following it! I’m sure you want to fulfill it~”
“I told you I never even—” Shadow Milk did his best to keep his tone level, to keep himself from screaming out in the rage he felt at this damn thing's audacity. He couldn’t react to her scalding touch. He couldn’t react in the ways she wanted him to.
“Does it matter? You’re here now, and you have everything you want and more!” The Playwright pulled away casually and floated on her back, already going through the script and revising some lines he had complained about before he got to the ending. Shadow Milk bit the inside of his cheek to keep himself from screaming. “I’m even giving you a chance to find Happiness, why wouldn’t you take it?”
“It’s not real" he hissed.
With only a gentle smile and an even softer laugh, the Playwright responded. “Is anything ever real?~”
It took all of his restraint not to throw his crown at her head.
It was a quiet night on the eve of act 3 of the first year. Shadow Milk was alone in his private study, not actually working but instead sitting quietly and watching the night sky pass him by out the window. He had work to do, yes, but right now, he was alone. No one was expecting him to perform, no one was expecting him to be the king.
So he let his mind wander. Mulling over all of the scenes, reminding himself what he could’ve done better. Going through the intervallos and wondering what he could’ve done to prepare better. Letting his mind wander back to the stage he used to covet, lamenting that he took it for granted when the new one he walks upon is so, so much grander.
Such an arrogant fool he had been, accepting the Playwright’s help so long ago.
A sudden knock on his study door ripped him from his own thoughts. Shadow Milk sat up from where he had been reclined into his chair, staring at his own door in silence. He could feel the magic radiating from behind the door, but he couldn’t quite tell who it was.
“Thy Majesty?” Viridescent Daydream spoke from behind the door. Shadow Milk felt his mind racing, this wasn’t in the script. “Art thee awake?”
“I… am.” He did his best to keep the shock and confusion out of his voice. To keep his fear crushed beneath his heel as he quickly made himself look busy. “Come in.”
A single moment passed before the door opened, and in walked the Faerie. The first thing Shadow Milk noticed was the tray of food that he was carrying. “T’is quite late. Art thee not restful?”
He scoffed, and glanced down at the paper he ‘had’ been writing on. It was a response letter to some noble asking for his opinion on an issue that he had no business being a part of. Shadow Milk began ‘writing’ again.
The Faerie King hummed at his scoff, walking over and gently placing down the tray of food on his desk. Shadow Milk barely spared it a glance as he continued to write and work. Viridescent Daydream did not move from where he stood, almost as if letting him work silently.
Hah. As if he needed permission from the faerie.
“Thee has't quite the pile of paperwork.” Viridescent picked up one paper that had been in a pile, looking it over while Shadow Milk pointedly ignored him. “This shall taketh all night if 't be true thee continueth high-lone.”
“So what if it does?”
“Shall thee accept mine own help?”
“Do whatever you want.”
He didn’t give the Faerie King any further attention. Even the slight variance from the script was terrifying. If the Playwright didn’t accept it, or prefer the outcome, who knew what would happen. He just had to keep his head down and get the idiot back on track.
Another quill joined in the quiet writing of his own. For the rest of the night, he and Viridescent very slowly went through his piles upon piles of paperwork. The Faerie King didn’t attempt further conversation, and neither did Shadow Milk.
There were moments that a soft hand would gently brush against his arm, perhaps in an attempt at comfort or just to remind him that the Faerie was there. He didn’t care, he just ignored him and continued working.
Time ticked on. His work load slowly decreased, paper by paper. Shadow Milk couldn’t find it in himself to feel grateful, not when Viridescent was going off of the script laid out by the Playwright. He knew she would show up the next day and ruin everything if this dared to continue.
“Thee seemeth troubl'd.” A hand gently folded itself over his own, forcing him to stop writing. Shadow Milk practically jumped out of his own dough with how close Viridescent suddenly was to his face. Not close enough to kiss, but close enough that he could feel the Faerie’s breath on his lips. “Shall thee bid me what ails thee?”
Shadow Milk practically shoved the Faerie back. Viridescent didn’t even seem bothered. A wry smile on his face, as if he were simply a flustered lover. “Excuse me!? My problems are not yours to deal with!”
“But we art setteth to beest wed. Shouldst I not worry about thee?” Viridescent gently took the hands pushing him away into his own again, raising both of Shadow Milk’s hands to his mouth to kiss his knuckles. “Thy teen is mine own teen. Shall thee alloweth oneself to help thee?”
… What was this nonsense? Treating this like it meant something, treating this whole marriage as if it wasn’t something dictated in a divine script!? Was this Faerie that much of a fool?! Shadow Milk had to bite his cheek not to begin hurling venom-coated words at the Faerie. He had to stay in character.
“No. I don’t need your help.” His voice was more raspy than he wanted it to be, more angry than it should have been. But regardless, Viridescent didn’t even seem upset.
“Oneself sees. Then can thee at least permit oneself to carryeth thee to your thine chamber?”
Despite asking the question, Shadow Milk wasn’t given a chance to deny him. Viridescent practically scooped him up from his chair in a dizzying movement that left his head spinning. The both of them were moving swiftly, with Viridescent Daydream carrying him like a princess who weighed nothing.
“I can walk by myself!” He thrashed in the Faerie King arms, trying to escape, but he was far stronger than he appeared to be. Viridescent just laughed softly, as if Shadow Milk wasn’t trying to make both of them fall.
“'twill beest a short walketh, prithee, allow me.” Viridescent Daydream adjusted him slightly, causing him to lose his balance and be forced to just lay there in the Faerie’s arms as they walked. It wasn’t like he had a choice, it seemed.
So, Shadow Milk begrudgingly laid there in his arms, letting himself be carried away back to his bedroom. The only saving grace was that there were no servants or maids around to see him in this mortifying position.
True to Viridescent Daydream's word, it took less than five minutes to arrive at his room. The Faerie King lifted a finger, recited a quiet prayer that Shadow Milk couldn’t understand, and the door opened before both of them. The Faerie King practically skipped into the room with him still in his arms.
“Lookie here!” He tried to sound relieved and appreciative. “We’re in my room. Can you put me down now?”
There was a pause, a moment's hesitation, before he was lowered gently to the ground. Viridescent looked so proud of himself, what with his gently flapping wings behind his head. Shadow Milk restrained himself from pulling on them.
Viridescent Daydream raised a hand to cradle Shadow Milk’s face, gently rubbing a thumb in a circular motion into his cheek. “Prithee, tryeth to rest lief mocking bird. I shall see thee in the morn.”
Yet again, before Shadow Milk could respond, Viridescent made another choice for him. He leaned in, and gently kissed him. It lasted for just a moment, just a fleeting second, but it felt like forever. But then Viridescent Daydream pulled away and vanished in a whirlwind of petals.
Shadow Milk had to bite his tongue to prevent himself from screaming.
Act 3 of year 1 had begun, and despite everything Shadow Milk assumed would happen, Viridescent Daydream remained unsmote. The Playwright hadn’t even shown up to his bedchambers in the morning to complain about it once. She didn’t even seem to care that the Faerie King’s affections had begun nearly 2 acts before she had written.
Not to mention that the affections given to him were nothing like she had described. The Faerie King was subtle in his affections, unlike any courtship he had seen before. Flowers crept their way into Shadow Milk’s study and bedroom, so slowly that he barely noticed. At the same time, the Faerie King slowly began to accompany him everywhere, or engage him in idle conversation whenever they ran into each other.
Instead of physically protecting him from danger, Viridescent was simply just always there. Always smiling, always interjecting and preventing any conflict, no matter how beneficial it would be for him. Shadow Milk felt useless around the Faerie with how much he decided to butt in when someone was so much as slightly rude to him. It was aggravating and forced him to ad-lib in ways he did not like.
Perhaps, had this all been real and not some twisted story written by a Playwright with nothing but time on her hands, Shadow Milk would have been flattered. He would have appreciated the nights when Viridescent would come into his study with food and drinks. He could have appreciated the way that the Faerie King would slowly, subtly, raise a hand to gently rub circles into his lower back when they were both stuck listening to someone who liked the sound of their own voice.
But it wasn’t real. None of this was real, and Shadow Milk couldn’t get attached. He still hadn’t found a way to delay or completely subvert his own death. All of this was just so — fake and disgusting.
He hated himself for leaning into the subtle little touches that the Faerie King gave him. Shadow Milk hated himself for laying awake at night remembering how soft Viridescent Daydream’s lips had felt against his own. It was cruel to give Viridescent the wrong idea, that he truthfully reciprocated his emotions, but…
For once, Shadow Milk wanted to be as selfish as he could be under the puppet strings he danced on. It wasn’t like he was acting out of the script, he was “eventually” going to have to accept such an empty love confession. Did it truly matter if he played into it?
It wasn’t like any of this was real.
Because of his lack of denial, the Faerie King seemed to become bolder with his affections. Holding his hand when no one could see it, leaving him letters in his study as positive affirmations or to confirm plans for later in the day. More than once he asked Shadow Milk out to the markets through these letters.
More than once has he indulged in the Faerie’s whims.
He couldn’t say that he disliked these outings to the markets, however. It was interesting being able to see “his” kingdom without everyone worshipping the ground he walked on. Faerie glamour was truly, truly fascinating.
Looking in the mirror and seeing a woman who was not him was captivating. Shadow Milk knew it was himself, he could feel whatever the woman touched and see what she saw, but it was almost like he was an entirely different person.
Viridescent Daydream’s transformation was almost just as dramatic, but not quite. The Faerie didn’t change much of his appearance, simply shifted into that of a woman's body without any of his wings visible. He called himself “Vanilla Cinnamon”, and urged Shadow Milk to find a name for himself.
Azure is what he went with, even if Viridescent Daydream seemed vaguely disappointed for some reason. His disappointment didn’t last long, not when he secreted Shadow Milk out of the castle with a bright smile on his face.
Shadow Milk couldn’t deny that he liked the look of the Faerie smiling brightly.
All of their outings followed the same pattern. It started with glamour, then Viridescent Daydream dragging him to whatever stall he thought was interesting, even if they had been there the previous time. Then, they would get lunch with money that Viridescent never seemed to run out of. Then, they would go shopping again, and return to the castle before sundown.
But on occasion, their routine would change. If there was a guard patrol out looking for both of them, Viridescent would drag him into an alleyway. In a hushed tone, he would tell Shadow Milk to keep quiet before pushing them both together in a kiss.
Shamefully, Shadow Milk never flinched away from the kiss. It was just another act, one that Viridescent Daydream was in on. They were two lovers in these glamours, lovers that couldn’t keep their hands off of each other.
Lovers that would roam their hands across each other’s bodies. Lovers that would gently cup the other's breasts in hand, sometimes lowering a hand down to each other’s cunts and… and…
Shadow Milk laid awake in his bed. Thoughts of the previous day were haunting him again. He couldn’t erase the memory of how Viridescent’s hands felt pushed against his cunt, gently rubbing circles into his clit through the fabric of their clothing. He couldn’t forget how the Faerie was devouring his mouth, and every noise he was making at that moment. All of his quiet begging to play into the performance, all of his truthful moans...
He raised his hands up to cover his eyes and pressed his palms into them. He couldn’t forget how pretty Viridescent Daydream looked in his glamour; how he had been practically glowing.
This was getting out of control. He needed to do something. He needed to get his mind off of what happened. Shadow Milk practically threw himself out of bed, dressed haphazardly and stormed out of his bedroom.
The halls were silent, all of the servants and maids having long before gone to their quarters for the night. The moon was high in the sky, no doubt at the peak of Her ascent. She was the only thing illuminating his path through the castle as he practically stormed to his study.
He needed to forget how firm Viridescent’s fingers had been at that moment, almost determined to make him cum from having his clit touched alone. It was pathetic how close he had gotten to such a thing. He had to forget how smug that Viridescent Daydream had looked when Shadow Milk finally pushed him away after the patrolling guards overlooked them.
There was nothing real there. He had to forget. He had to forget and stop letting these useless, fake feelings take root. Shadow Milk wasn’t so foolish as to-
“Thy Majesty?”
Shadow Milk had walked straight into Viridescent Daydream. The two of them stumbled a bit, the Faerie’s hands coming up to gently hold his arms. It was so gentle and sweet it made Shadow milk want to puke. He coughed a little, trying to pull away, but the hands on his arms tightened around him. The silent message was very, very clear.
“Viridescent.” He laughed a little, trying to pass off his nerves as confidence. “I didn’t see you there. My sincerest apologies.”
“T's quite good now. Thee seemeth distracted, art thee good now?” The Faerie King gently pushed them against the wall, a small frown on his face that seemed forced. Shadow Milk almost scoffed and pushed him away, but he couldn’t find it in himself to. Not with those hands on his arms that had…
“I’m fine.”
“Thee appeareth not fine.”
“I said I’m fine.”
Viridescent Daydream flipped their positions, pushing him into the wall forcibly. The hands on his arms trailed down faster than Shadow Milk could fight them, pulling up his wrists and pinning them to the wall. Almost to make his suffering worse, a leg was pushed up between his legs.
The Faerie’s expression was dark, with that placid smile that could’ve meant anything. The wings behind his head were spread wide, not flapping or relaxed. It felt threatening, and Shadow Milk would’ve gotten angry at him had there not been a leg between his legs rubbing at his practically drenched cunt.
Whatever anger or annoyance Viridescent Daydream felt vanished when a pathetic whine fell out of him at the feeling of the Faerie’s knee against him. Shadow Milk turned his head away to avoid the embarrassment, but he saw the way Viridescent’s dark expression shifted to that of surprise.
Neither of them said anything for a moment. It was just his breathing and the silence of the castle’s hallway. The hands holding his wrists twitched a little, almost in thought. The knee pushing against him nudged a little again, pushing up and almost trying to pull a noise from him again.
Shadow Milk bit his lip to keep himself quiet. But the knee rubbing against him kept moving. It pushed further up into him, managing to snag his clit ever so slightly. He closed his eyes desperately in a vain attempt to keep his composure.
“Oh Mockingbird... Thee can't encave what I can feeleth.” A hand let go of one of his wrists, raising up to gently take his chin in its grasp and shove a thumb in his mouth to open it. A shameful whine was pulled out of him from a particularly harsh grind. “Didst I not satisfy thee earlier? Alloweth me to help thee then.”
The other hand holding his wrist gently slid their fingers together, holding his hand softly as Viridescent continued to grind his thigh against Shadow Milk’s cunt. The noises he wanted to keep in his throat were let loose by the thumb holding his mouth open.
There was no way he wasn’t making a mess of both of their clothing at this point. He could almost feel the glide of Viridescent’s leg getting smoother and smoother with each push against his cunt. Shadow Milk tried his best to stop his hips from moving, but he knew that Viridescent Daydream could feel every single twitch they gave.
With a soft chuckle, the Faerie closed his eyes and leaned in close almost as if to kiss him. “Dram mockingbird, wherefore doth thee forswear to yourself?”
“I- I don’t know what you... Ah..!”
“Thither thee wend. Wend on, keepeth being truthful. I shall reward thee if't thee doth.”
The thumb in his mouth was pulled out. Shadow Milk closed his mouth pathetically to whine. Viridescent Daydream gently chuckled, using his now free hand to pull open Shadow Milk’s collar to expose his neck. The first kiss to his neck left him gasping. The next made him pathetically moan. He wasn’t even sure why he was indulging in Viridescent Daydream like this, but he didn’t stop.
Not when the Faerie’s hand was slowly trailing down his chest, eventually falling low enough to slide beneath his pants. The leg grinding against him gently pulled itself away just in time for gentle fingers to begin prodding around.
Viridescent touched his cunt with the reverence one would give a God. Curious fingers found his clit, gently rolling it around and playing with him until Shadow Milk finally wailed. A soft chuckle was placed on his dough, followed swiftly by another kiss.
The Faerie’s fingers didn’t linger long. A few more gentle rubs against his clit were all he was given before they trailed further down. Shadow Milk barely had a moment to prepare himself for what was coming before two fingers were pushing into him.
He bit his lip to muffle the shameful moan.
“Mockingbird, If't be true thee encave yourself, oneself shall withhold.” The fingers inside of him had barely entered but they were already threatening to pull themselves out. Shadow Milk hated how panicked it made him feel.
“Keep going..!” he hissed, trying to keep himself sounding composed but he knew deep down he failed. Especially with how Viridescent Daydream gently kissed his neck again and began pushing his fingers back in. He whimpered as they spread apart and gently curled into him.
Shadow Milk hated how skilled Viridescent Daydream was with his fingers. They always seemed to know exactly where to touch, how to touch, and when to retreat. They were reaching further than Shadow Milk had ever reached himself with his own fingers. It was driving him insane. It was so cruel when Viridescent began to whisper into his neck. “Thee feeleth heavenly. How sinful thou art f'r hiding such a thing from oneself…”
He didn’t want to give Viridescent any other response than a moan. What could he say? Despite how good it felt, he knew this was fake. He felt disgusting for taking advantage of such a thing, yet he didn’t stop it. He let it continue shamefully.
He was going to cum. It was such a slow, but cruel rise. There was no way around it when Viridescent Daydream was so dedicated to fingering him, gently bringing him to that climax to ruin him.
“Close-”
“Then cum.”
The Faerie pushed against a spot inside of him that made him see stars and something snapped. Shadow Milk sobbed out a moan as his orgasm came to him suddenly. He felt himself twitching around Viridescent’s fingers that hadn’t stopped moving. There was a body consuming ecstasy that he couldn’t escape, not like this. Not with the Faerie biting his neck gently.
There was no way he hadn’t made an entire mess of their clothing by now.
It was so hard to come down from the high with Viridescent Daydream dedicated to keeping him in it. A third finger was added in the middle of his climax, practically throwing him right back into the depths of it. There was no mercy, and Shadow Milk couldn’t tell if he liked it or not.
Pitifully, he liked it. It was so cruel and so soul consuming and Shadow Milk liked it.
But he did come down eventually. The fingers inside of him were overstimulating in an oddly good way, but he didn’t get the time to explore that. Not when Viridescent Daydream eased his fingers out slowly.
“Good boy.” The hand intertwined with his own let go of him. Shadow Milk didn’t even fight back, just stood there shaking like a fawn and watched what the Faerie was doing. Viridescent Daydream reached down and practically ripped his pants open. Shadow Milk scrambled to cover himself but vines burst from the wall and snagged his wrists.
Viridescent Daydream chuckled at him lightly, hooking his hands underneath Shadow Milk’s knees and hoisting them up. He was fully exposed, and with the vines holding his wrists, he couldn’t fight back like this.
“Beautiful. Thou art so beautiful.” His cock was already beginning to rub up against Shadow Milk’s cunt. Were it not for the head in the way, Shadow Milk would have looked down in a panic. He hadn’t realized they would go this far, he truthfully thought they would stop there. “Thee'll behold coequal more beautiful full of oneselves own cum.”
Shadow Milk couldn’t hold back his wail when Viridescent Daydream thrust into him in one short burst. He was fully inside so suddenly and so rapidly that he barely had a chance to comprehend it. Viridescent Daydream was littering his neck with kisses, distracting him ever so slightly.
The vines holding his wrists switched to holding his knees so Viridescent Daydream could intertwine their hands again. Never once did he stop kissing Shadow Milk’s neck, almost trying to distract him from the cock piercing him so deeply.
“M.. Move.” he demanded. Shadow Milk tried to gently rotate his hips, but the angle did not allow it. “Move already!”
Another chuckle was placed into his neck as Viridescent Daydream finally pulled out, only to thrust back in roughly. Shadow Milk didn’t bother to hide his moans — not anymore. Even if this was fake, something that was made up by a Playwright with nothing but cruelty in her heart, Shadow Milk would indulge.
Something fake didn’t completely shatter his thoughts though. He wasn’t used to this, in fact this was the first time he had time to lay with someone else. Always so pathetically assured of himself, but right now he knew nothing and couldn’t even keep himself together.
When he tried to bite his lip to silence himself out of shame through the careful but firm thrusts, Viridescent Daydream just chuckled at him. “Mockingbird, wherefore doth thee silence yourself? No one else can heareth us. Go on, sing.” It shouldn’t have been attractive hearing the Faerie speak like that, but the ever so slight rasp, hearing him lose his grip on that weird dialect that he clung to was hotter than Shadow Milk cared to admit.
His neck had to be covered in marks by now. Viridescent Daydream was kissing him, but also starting to bite him. There was no doubt jam starting to spill, he could feel it running down his dough despite most of it being caught by Viridescent’s mouth.
That didn’t stop his thrusting. If anything it almost seemed to make the Faerie get faster. Shadow Milk held his hands tighter, practically digging his nails into Viridescent’s dough and wailed. It felt so good and it was so overwhelming. It was so cruel, it was so good.
It didn’t even hurt like he had thought it would. Despite how fast, how firm the Faerie was, he was painfully careful. Every thrust was calculated to make stars dance beneath his eyes and it worked. It worked, and Shadow Milk felt so pathetic for it.
“Art thee close? t's well now, thee can let go. I'll fill thee up soon.” Viridescent Daydream finally pulled away from his neck to kiss him. Shadow Milk didn’t fight, just indulged in it all he wanted. He- He had to get used to it. That's all this was!
He was close. The Faerie was right, and he didn’t want it to end yet. Every thrust was mind numbingly pleasurable and his climax was already clawing at his throat again despite having let go of him just minutes before.
There wasn’t a chance for him to stop it. Not when Viridescent pushed his tongue into his mouth and began to swirl their tongues together. Shadow Milk could taste his own jam on the Faerie’s tongue and that was all it took for him to be thrown into climax.
He practically screamed into the kiss. Unable to feel anything but raw ecstasy and bliss. His grip on Viridescent’s hands felt like he would break bone, yet the Faerie didn’t pull away. He kept thrusting and thrusting until finally something warm flooded his insides with one final thrust.
If he thought his orgasm had calmed down, that sudden warm feeling sent him thrown back over that edge. Or perhaps he hadn’t even been thrown into it yet, and that was the final push. Did it matter which it was? Shadow Milk couldn’t tell anymore.
All he knew was a blinding ecstasy. Something that was so consuming, he didn’t know when it started or ended. It was so good and so wretched, so holy and so sinful. Shadow Milk wanted it to never stop — but he also wanted it to end.
Then, all at once, it ended. There was no fanfare to the end, no warning. Just one moment he was engulfed in it, and the next he was breathing heavily and painfully aware of the fact he was being held up on the wall and that Viridescent Daydream hadn’t stopped kissing him.
He turned his head away, breaking the kiss and making the Faerie finally pull away. “Enough of that.” He tried to hiss, but it came more out as a whimper. “And get out of me already..!”
“But I wish to enjoy this moment.” The Faerie grinded into him gently, kissing his cheek again. Shadow Milk keened weakly at the sudden overstimulation. The Faerie laughed gently and nuzzled him instead.
“Slow down..!”
“But you’re so precious.”
Shadow Milk let go of one of Viridescent Daydreams hands just to reach forward and push the Faerie’s head away. The damn thing looked like a kicked puppy when pushed away and it made him annoyed. He was overstimulated already from the grinding, and he felt gross.
But the gross feeling was fading away into sparks of pleasure again from the same grinding, and he wasn’t sure if he could survive another round. But it seemed the Faerie was dedicated to another one. He growled lightly, trying to ignore that fact.
The possibility of escaping this with only one round seemed impossible. Shadow Milk hated that this was fake. He wanted it to be real so he could enjoy it and not simply indulge. But he would be doing this more often when they got married so… so…
Shadow Milk grabbed Viridescent Daydream’s face, covering his mouth with his palm. The Faerie blinked at him in confusion and stopped grinding into him. There was a quiet question in his eyes. Shadow Milk wanted to reject him, to make him suffer.
“If you’re going to continue, at least take me to my bedroom!” He hissed. His back was aching from being pushed into the wall so forcibly. “What kind of gentleman are you?!”
The Faerie blinked at him for a few seconds, soaking in his words. But eventually, he smiled beneath Shadow Milk’s hand. The vines holding his legs up dissipated, letting them fall down. Shadow Milk scrambled to wrap them around Viridescent Daydream’s waist and bit his lip to keep himself silent.
“Of course.” Strong hands wrapped around his waist, keeping him up right. “Let us depart, then.”
Instead of taking him off of that stupid cock, the Faerie walked with him on it. Shadow Milk gasped and buried his head into Viridescent’s shoulder to muffle his broken moans. He was in for a long night, and he wasn’t sure when it would end.
But he knew… he knew he was safe. This was fake, but Viridescent Daydream wasn’t. He was safe and he could let go, even just briefly.
This night would be long, and pleasurable. Shadow Milk’s small act of rebellion towards the Playwright. His pleasure wouldn’t be hers to control.
