Chapter Text

Sakura heaved a deep breath as he walked up the stairs to the apartment. His ribs hurt from the beating he had gotten the night before, while his feet ached from the fifteen-hour shift he was forced to work today. One of his colleagues had called out sick an hour before their shift, and his boss didn't give him a choice to cover it. That meant seven extra hours of sleezy Alpha's feeling up his tights, drinking themselves under the table as he did his best not to bite their heads off. It's not that he can't protect himself. Sakura knew how to throw a good punch if he needed to, but the fact that this was his third job this year, and he couldn't afford to lose another one. With his parents taking half of his paycheck every month, he needed to earn as much as possible if he wanted to move out in the near future. That meant he couldn't beat the shit out of every Alpha that got on his nerves, no matter how sick they made him.

Sakura was brought back to his senses as he finally made it to the apartment door, shivering as the cold night air breezed by him. His parents were likely out using up this month's money on drugs and alcohol, meaning he had the place to himself for a few hours. Had his body not hurt as much as it did, he would have smiled at the thought.

However, what greeted him through the door was not silence, with the scent of alcohol and drugs heavy throughout the apartment, but five big men sitting on their old, crusty couch. They are clearly all Alphas from the musky scents that had covered the normal scents of his 'home'. Sakura sneered at the Alphas, taking a small step back as he felt his heart lurch into his throat. Another step back, and he collided with what felt like a brick wall. He whipped around, hissing at the offending person behind him. The man, another Alpha, smirked down at him as he stepped towards the Omega.

"Aren't you a fisty one," The Alpha mocked gleefully, making Sakura growl at him.

"Who the hell are you?" Sakura snapped at the Alpha before him, backing into the connected kitchen and into the counter.

As he watched the other people in the room, Sakura could feel anxiety start to crawl all over his skin as he saw his Sire and Dam sitting gagged and tied up in the corner of the livingroom. They looked at him in anger and fear, making Sakura shiver. He turned his attention back to the Alpha, still standing in the doorway, now smiling at him in delight.

"What is this? You haven't told your son about us?" The Alpha mocked, dancing his way over to his parents. "Years of debt and gambling, and the person funding half your bullshit doesn't even know about it?" He laughed hysterically.

His parents stared at the man before them in fear, shaking in their seats. Had this been in any other circumstances, he would have been laughing at their cowardice, yet Sakura wasn't faring much better. He knew he could knock out two or three of these dickhead Alphas, but even he couldn't take on six grown Alphas and walk out victorious.

"Now that we've all gathered, why don't we resume our earlier conversation?" The man smiled widely before turning towards him. Still smiling, he demanded, "Tie him up."

Sakura was quick to throw a fist in the face of the first Alpha that approached him, a satisfying crunch echoing in his ears as the Alpha backed away with a broken nose. He kicked the next one, breaking a rib or two in the process. The next two went at him simultaneously, and Sakura suddenly found himself face-first on the floor. A heavy body weighed down on his back, making him wheeze as he couldn't draw air into his lungs. Sakura whined as the pain in his ribs flared ten times worse than before.

"Get the hell off!" He tried to scream, kicking his feet the best he could as his arms were forced behind his back.

A thick rope was tied around his wrists, rubbing harshly against his scent glands. Sakura sneered and hissed, trying his best not to let his fear, which was threatening to take over, show on his face. Finally, the two Alphas got off his back and dumped him before his parents, once again knocking the air out of his lungs.

"Now, let me re-introduce myself," The creepy Alpha cheered as he knelt over Sakura's body. "My name is Endo Yamato, and I'm here to collect the debt of your parents," The Alpha, Endo, introduced himself, that damn smile never leaving his face. "The problem is, according to them, they have no money to repay with."

"Considering they have a debt with you to begin with, that shouldn't surprise you," Sakura spat back, trying to wiggle his hands out of his restraints. Endo threw his head back with a laugh at his answer.

"Oh, I like you!" Endo declared, before grasping his face. Sakura tried to pull out of his hold, the grip on his face painful. "But you're wrong. They do have something to help repay their debt, don't they?" Endo asked as one of his fingers caressed down his cheek. Sakura swallowed, dread settling heavily on his chest.

"How much do they owe you?" Sakura asked, dreading the answer. He had finally started to get somewhere with his savings, but now he was going to lose all of it?

"16 million yen," Endo answered, staring deeply into Sakura's mispaced eyes that widened at the answer.

"What...?" Sakura whispered, looking at the man before him in disbelief. "You think I've managed to save up that much money in this shit ass house?" Sakura suddenly sneered, anger quickly covering up the anxiety he felt.

"See, when your donors over here told me you were the breadwinner of this family, I thought the same thing!" The Alpha cried gleefully. "Nevertheless, we made an agreement. Whatever you have right now will be given to us, and you then have three months to save up the rest."

Sakura studied the man before him, trying to figure out if he was joking or not.

"You think I can pay back all that money in three damned months?" He countered. "I don't have a tenth of what you're asking now, after years of working my ass off, how do you expect me to suddenly get all that money?" Endo's smile suddenly sharpened, looking at him with poorly hidden delight.

"I didn't," He responded. "I made the deal knowing your parents were grasping at non-existent straws, and I would be able to kill them when the time is up." Sakura could hear his parents try to talk in the background, crying out in disagreement, but he couldn't focus on that. All his attention was on the monster before him. "Then you walked in through the door, and I suddenly got a new idea."

"No," Sakura sneered before the man could even air what his 'idea' is. "Whatever perverted ideas you got can stay the hell away from me. I never borrowed any money from you; my parents are the ones who have to pay you back. I have nothing to do with this!" Sakura hissed, his Omegan fangs glistening in the low light.

"Hmm, you're right." Endo looked at him before closing the gap between their faces. He took a deep breath of Sakura's cherryblossom scent before moaning.

Sakura tried to recoil in disgust, but the grip on his face only tightened.

Then two loud bangs rang through the room. Sakura couldn't keep the squeak or flinch this time, clenching his eyes shut. The silence that followed was deafening, the only sound in the room was Sakura's heavy breathing.

"There. Now your parents won't be able to pay us back, and the next in line will take over their debt." Endo grinned before forcing Sakura to look over at his parents' bodies. A pool of crimson had gathered, their chest too still. Sakura could only stare, tears threatening to fall from his eyes.

Why did he feel like crying over the people who hurt him his entire life? Pain has been the only touch he got from them. Harsh, mocking words were the only confirmation. So, why was he fucking crying?!

Right.

He was absolutely petrified.

How was he supposed to get out of a situation like this? He had no one besides his parents. All his life he was outcasted for being a freak of nature. His eyes and hair were unnatural. Some meant it was even demonic, and associating yourself with him would lead to great pain and suffering. That meant that he had no one. No one would look for him if this Alpha takes him away.

He was alone.

"Oh, don't cry," a tongue licked across his cheeks, jerking Sakura out of his thoughts.

"Get away from me, you freak!" He cried out, a newfound energy making him twist and turn in an attempt to get out of the bindings. If no one was going to save him, he had to save himself.

"Why are you acting like this? I set you free! You should be grateful!" Endo smiled before bringing the hand that was still holding the gun to Sakura's chin. "Aren't you grateful?"

"Just leave me alone!" Sakura whimpered, shivering all over.

"No can do!" Endo teased, before throwing Sakura over his shoulder. "With your traits, you're going to be a catch in the next bidding! Hopefully, the price you sell for will be enough to pay off your debt!"

Sakura struggled, trying to bite the Alphas back in a last-ditch effort to avoid being let go. Seconds later, one of the other Alphas brought forth what looked like a mask. Before he could say another word, it was strapped painfully over his face, digging deeply into his cheeks.

It's a fucking muzzle!

"Let's go, boys!" Endo cheered before walking out of the apartment with Sakura still slung over his shoulder.

The panic Sakura was feeling only grew, and he did his best to find something he could ground himself to. The sounds around him felt muffled in his panic, and the only thing he could feel was Endo gripping his thighs and his shoulder digging into his stomach. Nothing in his current situation was able to ground him, however, when he tried to think of something, his mind only wandered back to his parents' corpses, which they were currently leaving behind.

Breathing was becoming difficult behind the muzzle, and Sakura didn't stop trying to escape, knowing that the moment these bastards put him in whatever vehicle they were driving, there would be no escape.

"You sure about his, Boss? He isn't exactly the type of Omega that sells with that angry attitude of his." A muffled voice spoke up, and Sakura looked up to see the Alpha he punched earlier.

"Had he been any other Omega, then maybe. But with traits like his? That hair and those eyes alone are going to sell for a fortune," Endo cheered, his fingers tightening their grip on Sakura's thighs slightly. "And if he, for some reason, doesn't sell, then he can pay us back with his body instead."

Then he was tossed into the back of a van, his head hitting the metal flooring. Sakura whined at the pain exploding in his head, trying to get his vision to refocus as it went blurry. He was in so much pain all over that he was starting to become disoriented.

"Ooh, I would love to break that spirit of his!" Another Alpha mocked, looking down at him with delight. Sakura glared back the best he could, weakly kicking out his leg in an attempt to hit one of them.

"Just get in. We're leaving." Endo responded, before closing the back doors, leaving Sakura surrounded in darkness.

Black was the last thing he remembered before passing out.
