Work Text:
If Jazz was productive, then he wouldn’t be staring down at his personal datapad regretting his entire life. Ok… maybe not his entire life, but at least the past several hours. Its not his fault that Prowl was strict in his datawork policies.
If Jazz had a shanix for every time Prowl has sent back some of his datawork, then he wouldn’t necessarily be rich, but he would be at least a bit more willing to bet on whatever drama was going on around the ship. The more Jazz thought about actually re-doing the work in his servos, the more he didn’t want to.
Maybe he could go and bother Ratchet- Jazz didn’t want a wrench thrown at him; ok, then he could go and bother nobody, because no one else was currently as ahead as he was. For once, maybe Jazz might actually re-do this datawork, no, no, he refused; Jazz was not going to break his streak.
He was going to sneak into Prowl’s office and sneak this datawork that Prowl sent back, then he would leave and find something else to do. Jazz looked away from the datapad and looked towards his desk, his desk that was bare. It wasn’t like Jazz was in the mood for unfinished work anyways.
Jazz needed to remember more that he was a musician.
Music was a good idea. He just needed to sneak into Prowl’s office and set down the datapad he still had in his servos. Prowl was probably still working away in there. That was a problem for future Jazz.
