Work Text:
He looked so much taller, so much larger, the other Ao'Nung, even in comparison to the other Neteyam.
It was partly due to their position. Other Ao'Nung was sitting on Other Neteyam’s lap, holding him captive within strong, muscular thighs.
His arms were grabbing at Other Neteyam’s shoulder. His nails were sinking into deep blue skin, scratching new marks over old scars that had become indistinguishable from Other Neteyam’s stripes.
His head was resting on Other Neteyam’s wide shoulder. He raised it slowly and leisurely when Other Neteyam abruptly stopped all his motions, as if he, at the same time, was greatly bothered and not at all caring.
He didn’t acknowledge the two figures that had materialized out of nowhere, perhaps didn’t even notice something outlandish had happened in the middle of his marui. Instead, he focused all his attention on Other Neteyam, tilting his head and looking down with light blue eyes that were made misty by tears. His wavy hair moved gracefully like he wasn’t on land but was immersing in water, revealing a broad back that narrowed into a slim waist before curving back out to form full hips. The entirety of what little skin was showing was littered with deep purple marks in shapes of fingerprints and fangs.
“Ma'Teyam,” he called. His voice was so soft and sweet and light it didn’t sound real. It sounded sullen and amused, sultry and innocent. It sounded like the situation Neteyam was finding himself in. Impossible. Unimaginable. It sent a chill down Neteyam’s spine and pulled all his blood down his groin.
Neteyam didn’t even notice.
All his attention and consciousness, all his senses, were zoning in on their point of connection.
Other Neteyam was sinking himself deeply—to the root. How? Would it not be painful for both of them?—inside of Other Ao'Nung, that much was clear.
What didn’t make sense for Neteyam was where he was pushing himself in. It went against everything Neteyam was taught about biology and sex. Shouldn’t Ao'Nung—Other Ao'Nung—have the same design as him, as other male Na'vi?
Evidently not, because Other Neteyam was fucking into his cunt.
The girth of Other Neteyam’s cock was stretching out the soft and delicate-looking little mound of fat so much that the darker teal skin had turned translucent. It revealed all the blood beneath, painting Other Ao'Nung cunt in a purple shade so vibrant it reminded Neteyam of all the carnivorous flora that made themselves beautiful to lure in prey.
It was wet, too. So incredibly wet and sloppy, so absolutely covered in slick and cum and sweat. There was so much covering him and coming out of him, it was as if Other Ao'Nung had already been overflowing with fluid before Other Neteyam started fucking him. Then fucked him again. And again. Fucked all the thick, dark white evidence of their combined desire back into him.
Inside its sheath, Neteyam’s dick pulsed.
It was the scent that made it real. So thick and heavy it filled the marui to the brim. Infused into the cloggy air, the tangy, sweet aroma caressed all Neteyam’s senses. He could smell it without breathing in, could taste it at the root of his tongue. He swallowed for not sure how many times, finding his throat completely dry.
“What the fuck?” Other Neteyam spit out eventually. It was only then that Neteyam realized the burning golden eyes that mirrored his own had been fixated on his reality’s Ao'Nung. He found himself itching to move and stand before Ao'Nung without knowing why.
He stayed frozen in place when Other Ao'Nung’s head whipped to their direction.
“Huh?” Other Ao'Nung huffed out a breath through pouty lips that were bitten into a lavender hue, then rolled his pretty eyes and dropped his head back down on Other Neteyam’s shoulder.
“Huh…” Next to Neteyam, Ao'Nung said at the same time, only softer, so much softer it could be mistaken for an out-of-tune breath.
“Well, this is very inappropriate for babies,” Other Ao'Nung mumbled. His deep, warm voice was both accusing and teasing.
Neteyam’s briefly distracted desire returned with a vengeance.
Other Neteyam snapped back to reality.
He twisted his body, turning his back to the intruders, shielding Other Ao'Nung with his own giant frame. His movement was so fast and fierce it could barely be detected through naked eyes. His harshness unsettled Other Ao'Nung, making him yelp.
The high-pitched sound quickly turned into a breathless moan that made Neteyam’s dick throb and his head feel light. Even quicker, to Neteyam’s unreasonable despair, Other Ao'Nung muffled himself by biting down Other Neteyam’s shoulder.
Other Neteyam didn’t so much as flinch. The dense muscles that made up his long, slender back only flexed beneath tattered skin in the briefest of moments, so evidently not out of pain, before he grabbed at the body that was trembling on his lab, stilling it with one forceful yet still somehow incredibly gentle move.
Behave yourself. Neteyam heard words that weren’t said.
“Eywa helps me,” a prayer fell off a tongue that didn’t belong to him.
Neteyam barely breathed when he forced his head to turn back to the boy standing next to him. The two of them were still frozen in the position they had appeared in, standing face to face, only a hair’s breadth apart. Ao'Nung hands were grabbing at Neteyam’s beaded choker. Neteyam’s fingers were twisting around his talon necklace.
The reason for their fight escaped Neteyam.
The warmth that was bleeding into the air between them through Ao'Nung’s rhythmless breath burned his already overheated skin.
“Great Mother,” Other Neteyam groaned at the same time as Neteyam’s mess of a mind.
“Ma yawne,” Other Neteyam called out with a sigh. The word sounded beyond nature rolling off his tongue. Neteyam's lips moved, minutely, not at all detectable, forming those exact syllables. “You should leave. Wait for us outside if you are not sure where to go.”
“Hmm?” Other Ao'Nung’s voice floated out beyond the flesh wall that hid him from view. “Oh, you mean infant me.”
Other Neteyam huffed out a laugh. He cut it short when he, like Neteyam, realized Ao'Nung was frowning.
“I am not an infant,” Ao'Nung said.
“He did not mean anything by it,” Other Neteyam attempted, but his Ao'Nung was faster.
“Ma'Teyam is right. Leave our marui. This is no act for children.”
“I am not a child, either,” Ao'Nung retorted. “I have passed my Iknimaya.”
“Only one ritual, by the look of you.” Other Ao'Nung replied. “Has the skxawng even confessed? Or are you tw—” Whatever he wanted to say next was cut short by a faint slapping sound accompanied by a suspicious-looking hip move from Other Neteyam. Other Ao'Nung yelped, gasped, then hissed at his mate, before dropping his head back down on the broad shoulder, falling completely quiet.
“Do as he said. Take him with you. Stay close and find a place to rest. Wait until I come for you.” Other Neteyam spoke up again. The authority radiated off of him was as undeniable as it was effortless. It was in total contrast with the tone in which he spoke to Ao'Nung, both Ao'Nung. “Okay, baby?”
Ao'Nung’s gasp was so loud and sudden, so painful-sounding, it snapped Neteyam out of his trance.
“Fuck off,” Neteyam whispered as he finally took control of his body, yanking Ao'Nung toward one of the exits. Other Neteyam clearly heard him, Other Ao'Nung, too, based on their chuckles.
Whatever little blood was still left in Neteyam’s upper body made its way toward his ears.
“Be gentle to him,” Other Neteyam’s commanding voice boomed behind them. The hypocrite.
Neteyam’s hands left Ao'Nung’s necklace anyway, so quickly the movement blurred into the darkness around them. He took hold of Ao'Nung’s large wrist, beyond conscious of the gentleness of his action, not daring to look at the other boy’s expression.
The marui was spacious enough for Neteyam to believe it belonged to the Olo'eyktan. The distance between where Neteyam and Ao'Nung had appeared and the exit felt like it stretched on for miles. With all of the entrances and the transparent membranes covered, it was so dark inside that when they had finally escaped, the sunlight that greeted them almost took Neteyam out.
Eywa saved them all, the fucker was taking Other Ao'Nung in the middle of the day.
Before Neteyam could turn around and did something stupid and nonsensical—like confronted the Na'vi that looked so much like him but older, better, and asked him why, how, he could do something so intimate with someone Neteyam himself never dared to look in the eyes for more than five seconds—another light flashed before them, this time in the same familiar shade of blueish purple as the Spirit Tree.
Neteyam narrowly remembered to hold his breath before he was thrown back into deep water.
