Kakoi doesn't remember how long it's been since he started feeling like this.
He was supposed to like women for god's sake. And not just any women - middle aged women, god they were so hot.
And yet...he fell for a man.
Not just any man - his subordinate, his friend if he could call it that. It doesn't help that the said man also likes women. Chubby women. Fat women. Women who's weight already hit three digits.
Kakoi is not a woman...
Nor does he weight that much. He doesn't even eat much so it's obvious he's not going to gain weight.
"What's got you looking like that?" a voice asked. Voice of none other than the man he was in love with.
What should he say? That he has been hopelessly in love with him for quite some time? That he wants them to be boyfriends? Husbands? Live together forever? Maybe adopt a cute kid if they feel like it? Or a cat?
He has a feeling his crush would love cats. He seems like a cat person, doesn't he?
"....nothing much, just about how I'm gonna crush every single damn momotaro." Kakoi answered. What else can he say? He's not as much of a dumbass to confess to a man who clearly doesn't love him back.
So...he's going to keep all these feelings deep inside and never let anyone know what goes in his head (or heart) no matter how much he yearns for the man.
Huwa Shinichi - the man who got him under his spell, the man who makes his days a lot better just by existing, the man who will never ever love him back.
Huwa is quiet for a moment. Then... "Would you like some bread? I got a lot more than I could eat. I also got ham, cheese and other foods. Here. Eat up." Huwa started giving him everything he had to eat.
"Fuwatchi..." Kakoi could only mumble his nickname as he took everything Huwa gave him. He could never refuse anything the man he was in love with gave him. "Thank you so much, Fuwatchi." Tears threatened to spill from his eyes.
He's so happy he could die. The man he's in love with is paying attention to him.
These feelings are going to be the death of him...but it's okay because it's small moments like this that make it worth living just a bit longer.
