Alright you jackasses, we're doing this. After an entire year, I have finally been convinced to allow my baby girls to come and meet the rest of this family, and since you lot are the ones I (mostly) actually kind of like you get to be the first to meet them. Ground Rules:

They experimented on me for a few days trying to turn me into an Artificial Herrscher, and, well… they got what they wanted. Dad, Kiana and the others saved me before I completely lost my mind, but… too late to undo it.
I'd prefer not to go into details. The long and short of it is, I'm the Fourth Herrscher. Death, if that matters, which is how I healed dad.

Uh… hard to say? We've been so busy I don't think we've actually done a ranking test in a while. I know Ceci is A-Rank and hits S when she uses her powers, but it's hard to say how strong she is exactly. Not many people who can spar with a Herrscher.
As for me… I think we're mostly even? Ceci's always been a little stronger than me, but I feel like I've caught up while we've been here at St. Freya.

It's the best! Almost everyone is cool with us, and nobody tries to mess with Ceci about stuff. And all the teachers are super nice and helpful when something doesn't make sense, especially Aunt Himeko! Things… hadn't been great for us, for a while, when we got here. For all a lot of bad stuff has happened to Ceci since we moved to St Freya… I don't think either of us had felt as safe as we have here for ages. I'm really grateful to everyone here for helping her.
