Patchkit’s pov?
Patchkit and Larchkit and Petalkit always tried talking and playing with Frecklewish but Frecklewish never looked at them or spoke to them and acknowledged they are there when they are near her. She seems to avoid them and stay away from their favorite spots and places the kits stay, But they always try to talk to her.
They are watched and cared for by Lightleaf a soft brown tom with cream tipped ears and paws and muzzle with soft amber eyes and Softheart a mostly orange and white calico cat with green eyes who always want to play with them and tell them stories and makes sure their fur is clean and soft and makes sure they aren't sad and they always try to cheer them up and play at any time they want to. They love to sleep in Softheart’s fur the most and purr happily with her.
Patchkit and his siblings always love when they tell kit tales about tigers and cool stuff and stories about mother and Thunderclan and their time alive as warriors and becoming mates. The one Patchkit loves most is when their mother fell into the medicine cat’s honeycomb store and was covered in honey and Petalkit and Larchkit love hearing about mapleshade as a kit when Soft and Light were alive seeing her running around camp and Mapleshade playing with her mom's fluffy tail.
One day Patchkit and Larchkit and Petalkit break from seeing Frecklewish walking away without acknowledging them again after so many times and feeling their hearts break and shatter each time more and their eyes burn and blur from tears.
Patchkit, and Larchkit and Petalkit digging their small claws into the soft ground cried out desperately, “Why do you and appledusk ignore us and hate us, didn't you used to love us! Don't you still love us!”
Patchkit saw Frecklewish stop walking away and was a few steps away facing away from them before she spoke.
“I.. I… she lied, she ruined everything…” , Frecklewish said without any tone or emotion.
“I loved her."

“Appledusk… he's a coward.”
“He doesn't want to take responsibility or accountability”

Patchkit then saw her slowly start to walk away again like she never stopped or spoke ever and she never stopped walking away.
A sun down or a few later they haven't seen frecklewish again since then and they even looked in the hiding spots in holes and trees and bushes even if they fell a couple times. They got matted and dirty but it wasn't that bad. But they still couldn't find her and nobody ever knew where she was. They would always say they haven't seen her recently, She must be around somewhere else.
But Patchkit and them don't believe them, they might be small but they aren't featherbrained but they don't argue.
Lightleaf and Softheart spend their time always cleaning their fur after their searches that happened for a few sun-downs and comforting them and reassuring them after they stopped.
After many moons after light and soft faded and new kit named Badgerfang joined them and decided to grow up to match his name and because always wanted to be strong warrior and now takes care of him and his littermates Larchkit and Petalkit and other kits in starclan like their friend Mosskit who is now paw sized but wants to keep his name.
Patchkit and Larchkit and Petalkit don't want to grow up and want to be small and playful and just like before. Larchkit and Petalkit say they want to grow up when they feel ready but patchkit doesn't and he knows they want to have their mother back.
She walked and walked till she was where she belonged.
She unlike him will take responsibility.
She knew her pelt always lacked stars unlike other starclan cats. She knew ravenwing and appledusk did too even if they were allowed into starclan and so did a few starclan cats.
She stayed away from the others and they stayed away from her, even she didn't hurt her and just left her to stay in the edges of the forest alone.
