Chapter Text
Love Lim at 28 had exactly three rules for surviving the toxic world of Metro Manila corporate world: (1) never show weakness, (2) never take off the armor, and (3) absolutely never fall in love.
As a mid-level accountant from Mandaluyong, she relied on her razor-sharp bad chic persona, a rotating roster of disposable dates to keep the world at a safe, unbothered distance.
Then she stepped into another disaster, Milk Vosbein.
Milk was a VP for Operation of a close family corporation, a thirty-five-year-old billionaire.
What began as a collision of two entirely different social status quickly forged a dangerous contract. They struck a deal born of mutual boredom and explosive, undeniable physical chemistry: an exclusive body agreement.
The rules were simple. No emotional baggage. No traditional labels.
It was supposed to be a flawless, sterile transaction.
But you cannot play with fire without eventually burning down the house. What started as a casual physical arrangement rapidly mutated into a volatile, fiercely territorial codependency.
This isn't a polite, high-society fairy tale. This is the story of two deeply flawed, heavily guarded women who stripped away the illusions of traditional romance.
They are a disaster. But they are strictly, exclusively each other's disaster.
