🟨 Searching For Once SMP's Owner
⚠️Trigger Warning: Graphic depiction of violence
Not_Ordinary joined the game
"Yo?"
Ordinary blurts, his fins-like ears move downward a bit. Looking around spawn—he is in a fourty blocks deep crater with broken ladders and a sign: Feel bad for that one who joined TWO WEEKS late
"Not my fault for having a life,"
The humanoid strider argues against an inanimate object before picking up the broken ladders—now sticks, he also picks up the sign. Jumping on to a small boulder then climbing on to a slightly larger one. He then jumps toward a tall rock, making the four blocks jump easily as he searches for the next possible way to get out of the spawn crater when a body of lava hits him to the ground before fighting against gravity and swims up to the surface—The spawn is griefed but luckily no lava cast only TNT explosions and there's not a single tree in his sight
"So I was right..."
Beside Ordinary is a wither skeleton in full enchanted diamond armor holding an enchanted diamond sword, his left arm is bandaged—TaroLove1—a friend of the strider
"Right... Right about what??"
Ordinary blinks once, his string-like tail swaying side to side. He takes a step to the wither skeleton
"My prediction about you being late,"
Taro pushes the strider away with his left arm, he closes his eyes for several seconds before opening them again after putting his sword in his inventory. His eyes then soften
"So like, you want me to help you catch up or not?"
Taro offers, extending his right hand open to Ordinary
"Absolutely!"
Taro dashes to him and shakes his hand quickly, his tail swinging fast like a dog being offered a treat
"Ay— Ay! You wanna break my arm or what?!"
Taro kicks the strider away, maybe too hard—Ordinary slips into the crater again and losing all his hearts, but that's okay he just respawns
"Oi!"
Ordinary yells, his tail raises high
"Uh, oopsie,"
Taro looks away.
Ordinary then swims up through the lava again, his ears raise a bit. Just noticing how big the crater is, his tail lowers—he stares at Taro then at the crater then at the wither skeleton again
"You'll understand soon,"
Taro picks up the lava with his empty bucket—he begins dropping planks on the ground to which is picked up shyly by Ordinary. He then signals for the strider to follow along after he's ready.
Ordinary opens his inventory and makes a crafting table—he places it on the grass before making a wooden pickaxe, then digging straight down for cobblestones, then get back to the surface, then make some stone tools—he nods, Taro then turn around and they begin walking.
Thousands blocks out from spawn is where the griefing stops, no more random craters
"Anyway, what happened? Was there a war or something?"
Ordinary asks, eyes studying the environment: Some nether blocks, dirts, etc. Something like a desperate last plan
"You'll find out soon,"
"Where are we going?"
"You'll find out soon, Nary,"
"Have we defeated the ender dragon yet?"
"You'll find out soon, Ordinary,"
"How about the two weeks phase?"
Ordinary kills a nearby chicken—then eats the raw meat, a bit of salmonella won't hurt
"It got delayed,"
Taro replies
"How?"
Ordinary's tail raises a bit—Taro just shrugs
"You'll know soon."
"JUST TELL ME—"
***IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII***
In a cherry blossom biome and there's a small cave opening nearby, there stand a small looking base. It's like a villager house but styled with cherry blocks, glowstones, and even one netherite block. Beside it is a small wheat farm and a cage full of cows—there's a phantom-player wearing a big hat, her membrane wings are drooping
"Bee, Ordinary finally decided to join!"
Taro shouts while walking toward Be3Buzz, eyes glancing behind every so often—Ordinary stops in his track blocks before the humanoid phantom, having a stone pickaxe in his right hand now he slips down the hole
"░░░░░░ ████ / ░░ ████ ░░ / ░░░░░░ █░░░░ ░░█ █ █░░█ / ██░░█ ██ ░░█ █░░ █░░██ █░░██ ░░█░░░░ / ██ ░░█ ███░░ ██ ░░ █ / █░░ █░░██ █░░██ / ░░░░░░ ██░░█ / ██░░ ███?"
"███ ████ █ / ██ ███ / ░░ █░░█ ░░█░░░░ ██ ░░█ ░░░░█ / ████ █ █░░█ / ░░███ █ ███ ░░,"
Down there, he can only hear mumbles. The surrounding isn't that dark, there are torches—he'll go collect those—many mined stones, another opening. With no other choice, he descends further with four torches in inventory.
The cave is cramped with ice blocks and cobwebs but there's a dungeon, hopefully unraided. Even though its loots are usually trash
"Something's better than nothing,"
Ordinary murmurs, striding to the chests: Golden apple, strings, rotten fleshes, two name tags, seeds, an iron ingot? The strider's tail takes all the strings, sticking them to his tip tail. And he stores the rest of the loots in inventory, then the iron: 20820, 10734—Ordinary look over to his right arm, the locator: 8457, 4537
"Ordinary?"
"Who's that?..."
Bee and Taro at the same time ask—Bee stares at the strider, her wings tense. Taro holds out the enchanted sword, standing beside but still behind the phantom—the cramped cave now suddenly becomes more organized
"Uh, a not-so secret message?"
Ordinary turn around to face them both, his tail kinda curls around his right leg. Hand's holding out the ingraved iron ingot
"No, not that. But THAT,"
Taro points out behind Ordinary, making the strider to snaps around and throw the iron, it is then picks up by someone before a floating fishing rod appears and then disappear just as quick as the iron
"That... You remember the coordinate, right?"
Bee's wings droop lower as the strider shakes his head, she then pulls out a crossbow and begins powering it
"WAIT, WAIT— IS IT THAT IMPORTANT???"
Ordinary places four blocks Infront of him as three arrows sink into the cobbles—he slowly peek out from the left side, his tail on the ground
"Don't worry I remember: 20820, 10730,"
Taro stands between the two players, also calming the angry phantom—while the strider make a mental note on that
"So, is it that important?"
Ordinary stand up straight but still hiding behind the cobblestone wall
"It is. It lead to a massive build full of puzzles, if solved the big cage will open and release the owner of this server,"
Bee explains, putting away her crossbow back to her inventory. She then approaches the strider that the wither skeleton let her pass now
"We both had tried to solve it, but the puzzles are too confusing,"
Bee pulls out a book before giving it to the strider:
'Be3Buzz & TaroLove1
Hint 1: A big wall of text filled with random banners' images, important later. Must remember.
Puzzle 1: Create a working calculator with no comparators in this 8 by 8 square.
Puzzle 2:'
"Yeah, we haven't even solved a single puzzle. It's not seriously asking that, is it?"
Bee sighed
"You'll understand when you see it yourself,"
Taro take the book back quickly, giving it back to the phantom. Taking a step back to give him some space—then mining the cobbles
"... Can't the owner escape on their own?"
Ordinary tilts his head, his tail raises up forming a question mark shape, roughly
"She just can't, okay? Again, you'll understand when you see it yourself,"
Taro says—a pause
"Wait, no. That doesn't mean you—"
Before Taro could finish, Ordinary is already gone. Definitely on the surface, searching for the prison—heading toward the coordinate
"That's fine. He won't be able to solve it too and will return safely
Ordinary is now in full diamond armor, how? Well... He stole it from Bee's storage room. Turn out there's a whole mansion under the small house. He'll take what he needs only.
He runs as he hears yelling, calling for him—the strider response with splashing himself with speed potion.
***IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII***
The strider is walking through the dark oak trees biome, almost there. He could see a faint black shadow in front but—he remembers the invisible player.
Splash, splash, splash
An invisible player in full enchanted netherite armor jumps from a tall tree, striking the strider in the shoulder—making him stumbles over, pulling out his own sword, though under geared. He won't just give up
"What the hell dude?!"
Ordinary dashes to the invisible player, hitting them only to be blocked by a shield. He waits for another opening as they strike again—why didn't he take a shield?—The strider shakingly eats golden apples while tanking hit after hit.
The invisible player has a difficult time landing attacks, that one the strider can be grateful of. But still with him overestimating his skill, he took less healing items than what he needs now so he gotta make a run for it.
He throw a bunch of pearls in whatever direction he can—it turn out to be the best choice. He stands before the great tower, he is an ant compared to the prison.
Pearl
If the invisible player isn't an enderman.
