"Why do you like them so much?"
Kimi's question pulls Sebastian out of his trance. It felt good to pet one of the rabbits littered around the meadow, like he was home. He looks up at the god of the underworld, his expression softening when he sees the little blonde rabbit in Kimi's lap, which he is petting softly. "Hm?"
"Rabbits, why are they your favourite earth creature?" Kimi asks, head tilted curiously.
Sebastian gives a little smile, glancing down at the rabbit in his own arms. "I think they're cute. Resilient even. They're so interesting, they're adorable and small but so fierce."
"Hmm." Kimi glances between the rabbit in his arms and Sebastian. It's not hard to guess what he is thinking.
"They love this meadow despite it not being their home." Sebastian continues, meeting Kimi's eyes. "They can survive anywhere if they so wished."
"Is that what you are doing with me? Surviving?" Kimi asks, pretending he doesn't care about the answer.
"Surviving? No. I'd say I was thriving." Sebastian boldly leans up and presses a kiss to Kimi's cheek. "I'm going to see if I cannot cook us something for dinner. Feel free to help me if you so wish."
Sebastian gently puts the rabbit down on the ground and then gets up, his hips swaying as he leaves the meadow.
Kimi looks down at the rabbit in his arms, presses a gentle kiss to its head and then gets up to follow Sebastian.
It really didn't take long for the god of the underworld to be under the thumb of the god of spring.
