The smell of eggs and bacon flows through the air as the early birds chirp. The blinding sun is shining in the room as Tooru sits up slowly from the bed and rubs his eyes.
As he finally wakes up enough he looks over to where Yuri is usually sleeping only to find him not there. Soft humming echos through the house and Tooru connects the dots. He stands up and stretches before yawning and walking out of the bedroom, heading to the kitchen. As he walks in he finds the site of Yuri with his back to him with only his boxers on. Usually he would be a bit flustered but with the orange and yellow hue shining on to Yuri it's almost relaxing.
The pink haired boy moves around the kitchen, grabbing plates and putting food on them but gets stopped making the second plate by the black haired boy who is hugging him from behind. Yuri peeks over his shoulder and smiles to himself, Tooru is nuzzling up to his back and is almost back to sleep.
Yuri turns around carefully and picks him up before placing him on one of the kitchen chairs. After placing Tooru down he goes back to making the second plate. Once he's finished he goes back to the table and places the plates down while making sure to not be too loud. Tooru sleepily looks over as Yuri is already getting the fork with food on it and putting it to the long haired boys mouth.
"Say ahh," Yuri teases with a slight hint of care in his tone. Tooru slowly opens his mouth without being asked twice and lets Yuri put the food into his mouth. He softly chews the food and leans to the side toward Yuri who accepts it and scoots closer.
After most of the food is gone Yuri places a soft kiss to Tooru's temple which gains a small sleepy smile from him. As the two eat the rest of the food Tooru slowly ends up in Yuri's arms in which the pink haired boy lets.
In a sigh Yuri stands up and holds the boy close to his chest before walking back to their bedroom. He gets under the covers as a certain boy cuddles closer to his side. Without noticing, Yuri's hand is in Tooru's hair and is slowly stroking the silky strands.
Yuri smiles to himself and places a kiss to his lover's head as he himself slowly starts to drift back off to sleep.
