alright so. if youre gonnna read thhis i have some insane anatomy headcanons you gotta understnad
i like to think of their sex organs as flowers, with the carpel and anthers, but 10x more sexual. the stigma is way longer, the style is hypersensitive as fuck, and to actually get pregnant one of the parents have to orgasm (release pollen, same thing as an orgasm i guess bro.) onto the others flower, specifically near the overies of the plant, which beans also go through a sort of heat where they release pollen naturally and they can get pregnant just from rubbing against each other right, like back facing and everything. the anthers are also a way to fuck without the risk of pregnancy and shit, theyre really long so they can wrap around each others and bs because theres no actually way to penetrate, and the pregnancy is how bean plants grow. the stamen tend to automatically go towards pollen on the flower, raising the chance of pregnancy for the beans yadda yadda, but they can manual override it basically by just. forcing it not to do that. obviously. theres also another kind of reproducing where only one bean is needed, where they release pollen on themselves to get both dna samples or whatever the fuck, but thats not important for this i just like saying it, and its a LOTT less intimate then it is for our species, like, friends fuck sometimes. its more a bonding thing for them instead of 100% sexual, beans can purposefully close their flowers in order to stop repopulation but its really energy tanking, so they usually use sm similar to a condom that just wraps around the carpel/closes the stigma until they can clean the pollen up. yeah do with that what you will, the first chapter is already on its way so be PATIENT!!!!
