1. Body As Temple: Reflexively cure self of disease and/or poison. Success is automatic against mundane diseases and poisons. The Mage gains Arete as a bonus to the opposed (Stamina + Resolve) roll against magical diseases/poisons.
Optional Prime 2: Also removes any lesser hostile magic effects from the Mage. Automatically succeeds without rolling against any effect cast by a Mage of lower Arete; spend 1 Quintessence and roll an opposed (Arete + Willpower) against Supernatural beings of equal or greater Arete or its equivalent. Awareness of the effect is not necessary.
2. Heroic Form: Scene-length transformation adds +Life dots to one chosen Physical attribute, and +1 to Appearance. Soaks Lethal damage. Does not stack with Life magic that offers the same bonuses, but is both instant and not Vulgar. Heroic form tends to be a taller, more muscular, “larger than life” version of the caster.
Optional Prime 3: Conjures a 'Phantasmal disguise' complete with suitable gear while transformed; alters aura+nimbus. The theme and gear should be worked out in advance; a hero with a fireman theme might get a fireman’s coat and helmet, and a big hose. A detective might get a trench coat, fedora, and gun, while a luchador might get a spandex outfit and mask.
3. Avatar Form: As Heroic Form, but adds +Life dots to all 3 Physical attributes, +Life to Appearance, and gains a number of temporary health levels equal to Avatar rating. Soaks Lethal and Aggravated damage. Does not stack with Life magic that offers the same bonuses, or with Heroic Form, but is instant and not Vulgar. Avatar Form costs the Avatar rating in Quintessence.
Optional Prime 4: Automatically counters all magic cast against the Xia while in Avatar Form. Use Resolve + Occult + Prime, as Supernal Dispellation.
