Work Text:
Marvin looked in the mirror. He fixed his hair, he straightened his tie, he made sure nothing was in his teeth, and tried to look put together.
Maybe on the outside, it was working.
He left the bedroom. He kissed his son, he kissed his wife, told them he was off for work, and left for work. It was something out of a comedy drama. That was how he liked it.
He avoided the subway. He didn’t like the crowded place and the noises. He would walk in these horrible dress shoes that seemed to make his feet bleed and burn if he walked in them for too long. He’d rather do that than take the subway, even if it took ten minutes longer.
Marvin waved politely to the people he passed. Inside, he seethed a bit as they paid him no mind. But he supposed that if he was in their place, he wouldn’t pay himself any mind, either.
By the five minute mark, his feet began to hurt, but he powered through. What kind of a man would he be if he stopped in the middle of the road, holding his feet like a child who’d walked outside with no shoes during a hot summer? Marvin could not afford the embarrassment, even if no one spared not a glance in his direction.
Too immersed in his own thoughts of pain and self adjustment, he nearly whacked right into a man who was walking the direction opposite to him.
“Oh, I’m sorry.” Marvin said quickly.
“It’s alright,” The man was quick to wave a hand. “Often, people are too caught up with themselves to pay attention to me, anyway.”
Marvin blinked. The man held himself in such a way that Marvin knew what he was immediately. The man spoke in such a way that Marvin wanted to throttle him. The man dressed in such a way that Marvin wanted to pin him up against the nearest wall.
This man had a slight tan, one he couldn’t tell if it was real or fake. This man had brown hair that was styled in such a way that it almost looked appealing and taunting in of itself. This man wore a light pink button-up shirt, unbuttoned enough that Marvin could see the beginnings of his chest and by proxy, chest hair. He wore a leather jacket on top, with tight pants that were just the right amount of tight for Marvin’s eyes to flick down and linger for longer than he would’ve liked.
This man was queer. It was apparent. He was proud of it, that was also apparent. He could not be more opposite from Marvin, even after knowing him for only a second, he knew. How proud was Marvin about his personal affairs? Certainly less proud than this man.
He was attractive, too. It was a double whammy—In Marvin’s case, at least. Marvin wanted to sleep with him. Marvin also wanted to throw something at his handsome face.
He cleared his throat. “Sorry, what?”
The man rolled his eyes. “Just saying, you were probably thinking about something more important than me.”
He said it like he thought himself to be above others, above Marvin.
His mouth twisted in a way that was probably worse than a frown. “It probably was.”
The man gasped dramatically. It caught Marvin so off guard that he flinched a little. “How could you say that? You’ve only just met me. You have no idea how great and important I am.”
“Oh yeah?” Marvin crossed his arms. “How important are you?”
“I’m Whizzer. Whizzer Brown.” He extended his hand outward for a handshake. “I’m a photographer. Best in New York.”
He had only one thought at first: What kind of name is Whizzer? A photographer, more like a sex worker. He did not voice his thoughts, but it was awfully tempting.
Marvin also did not extend his hand for him to take. Instead, he studied him a little more. That was when he spotted a bag around his shoulder that looked an awful lot like a woman’s purse, and a camera hanging from his neck. He supposed he’d been too busy looking at his body to notice those things.
“Best in New York?” He repeated.
“Best in New York.” Whizzer said again, dropping his hand like he’d accepted Marvin wasn’t going to shake it.
“Tch. I’ll believe it when I see it.” Marvin uncrossed his arms to instead place them on his hips. “Where are you off to? A photoshoot?”
Whizzer smiled widely. His teeth were very straight. “I am, actually. Where’re you off to that’s so important?”
He hesitated briefly. “Work.”
“Well, where do you work?” Whizzer didn’t look very impatient. In fact, he seemed to be taking some sort of malicious joy in cracking Marvin open like an egg.
Marvin sighed. “I’m the weatherman. Marvin Gardens. I’m off to do the forecast.”
“Oh!” Whizzer snapped his fingers. “I thought I recognized you from somewhere!”
He smiled fakely. “I’m flattered.”
“Of course you are.” Whizzer smiled wider, before glancing down at his watch. His eyes widened and flicked up to Marvin’s for only a moment before running down the street. “Sorry, gotta run! Nice talk, Marvin!”
Marvin blinked, before waving. “Bye… “
Marvin Gardens continued walking. Marvin Gardens, he couldn’t afford to be later than he already would be. Marvin Gardens didn’t waste time with pleasantries. Not in any situation. Work or personal, he didn’t get to know anyone.
He knew that, if he had met Whizzer at a bar, things would’ve gone much different.
If Marvin met Whizzer at a bar, he would’ve offered him a drink and then taken him to the bathroom. He would’ve pulled his pants down, or, maybe Whizzer would’ve pulled down Marvin’s. One of them would drop to their knees, and it would be quick and easy. Nothing less, nothing more.
But Marvin Gardens had met Whizzer Brown on the street and they both had jobs to get to, and they weren’t going to see each other again.
Marvin would feel a tad bit wistful, but Mr. Gardens wouldn’t care. Marvin Gardens would continue on with his day and never think about Whizzer Brown again.
But Marvin, oh, Marvin would think about Whizzer.
~
“Hi, honey.” Marvin murmured when he came home, hanging up his jacket and leaning against the wall.
“You’re home late.” Trina said from the kitchen. “Jason is already in bed.”
He went into the kitchen where she was. “I’ll pop in and say goodnight before I get in bed. Are you making food?”
She shook her head. “Washing the dishes. Someone has to do it around here.”
Marvin hummed. “You should have Jason do it.”
“Maybe I should make you do it.”
He laughed like it was a joke, but when she didn’t laugh, he cleared his throat awkwardly.
“I don’t like how the muck feels on my hands.” He mumbled.
Trina turned her head toward him and put on a smile. “Well, lucky for you, I love it!” She said with her breathless sarcasticness.
“Right, okay.” Marvin laughed softly and leaned against the counter.
He hummed again, a little louder. It was his way of letting her know he was thinking.
“How was your day?” She asked, like it was her cue.
“Fine,” He shrugged his shoulders. “I met an interesting guy today.”
“Really?”
“Said his name was Whizzer. Whizzer Brown. What kind of name is that?”
“I think it’s a nice name.”
“It’s the name of a prostitute.” Marvin said bluntly.
There was a moment of silence. Trina slowly turned her head to him again.
“Was he a prostitute?”
“Eh, don’t think so.” He leaned more heavily against the counter. “He said he was a photographer.”
“Oh, that’s nice,” She looked back to the dishes she was scrubbing. “Do you think you’ll meet with him again?”
“Probably not… I mean, there are so many people in New York City, taking different routes every day. What’s the chance I’ll see him again?”
“Do you want to see him?”
Marvin froze. Now, how could he answer that question to his wife?
“... Not really. He was kind of annoying.”
Trina laughed softly, and then set a washed plate down. “Check on Jason please, Marv.”
“He’ll probably be asleep.”
“He waits until you’re home to sleep.”
“How do you know that?”
“Sometimes he comes out and asks if you’re coming back.”
“... How late?”
“After midnight. I say you will.”
“Good. I’ll… I’ll go check on him.”
Marvin tiptoed to Jason’s room, trying his best not to make the floorboards creak. He opened the door to his room slowly.
“Jason?”
His son immediately sat up in bed. “Dad?”
He tried to smile at him. “I’m home.”
Jason bit his lip. “Why were you gone for so long?”
“They kept me for longer than usual.”
“Does that happen a lot?”
“Yes, kid.”
“Like last week? When you came home in the morning?”
“...”
“Yes, Jason.”
Jason looked uncertain still, but he was young and naive and didn’t ask questions. He slowly laid down in bed and closed his eyes like it was a privilege.
“Okay. Goodnight.”
“Goodnight, Jason.” He tried to let his voice soften, tried to sound nice so that Jason could think he sounded sweet, but that elicited no reaction. He sighed softly, and closed the door.
Trina came down the hall once he did. She had been listening in, he could tell.
“Will you be kept late tomorrow?” She asked.
“Are you asking because Jason will?”
“Just tell me.”
“... I don’t think so.”
“Good.” She leaned up and gave him a kiss that sent a feeling of revulsion through his entire body, but he kept himself steady.
Trina went past him and down the hall to their room, turning in for the night.
Marvin stared at their room for about a minute before he followed her.
~
Marvin looked in the mirror. He fixed his hair, he straightened his tie, he made sure nothing was in his teeth, and tried to look put together.
He left the bedroom. He kissed his son, he kissed his wife, told them he was off for work, and left for work.
He didn’t take the subway again. He wasn’t completely sure why. Perhaps he liked the feeling of scabs and blisters on his feet.
Marvin looked through the crowds as he walked. He would say he wasn’t sure what he was looking for, but he definitely knew. He scanned anxiously, so much so that his fast walking pace slowed down to dawdle at every single person who walked by with so much as a tan and brown hair.
Eventually, he decided he was being stupid and only briefly scanned the crowds. After all, it wasn’t like he wanted to see Whizzer Brown again. He was just a confident gay man with nice legs and a nice face. There were a lot of gay men like that. Whizzer was nothing specia—
His forehead made direct contact with something solid. When he pulled back, he realized he’d knocked right into Whizzer again.
Whizzer blinked at him, before he broke out into laughter. “This keeps happening.”
Marvin crossed his arms and puffed out his cheeks. “Really.”
He calmed down and wiped a tear from his eye. “You know, if it happens a third time, I might start to think you’re flirting with me, Marvin Gardens.”

Marvin was so surprised that he laughed. “What? Me? I— I would never. I’m married.”
Whizzer tilted his head, obviously peering at the ring on his finger. “You’re happy?”
His mouth scrunched up into a line. “She’s nice.”
“That’s not what I asked.”
“She’s… she makes me feel like I’m smart and not evil.”
“Oh, please.”
Marvin scoffed. “Do you have a partner?”
“Nope,” Whizzer straightened, looking proud at the fact. “I get around.”
Gross.
... I guess I’m no better.
Marvin rubbed at his neck, looking away. “Where do you get your hookups?”
“Julius’, mostly. Why?”
Marvin had definitely been there before.
“... Just wondering.”
Whizzer smirked. “You frequent?”
This man had read him like a book. Marvin figured there was no point in avoiding the question, since he was at risk of embarrassing himself. Who could he tell? His wife? Whizzer didn’t seem like the guy who’d want to collect blackmail.
“... Occasionally. Ninth Circle sometimes, too.”
Whizzer nodded. He looked smug. Well, he’d gotten Marvin to open up after only two conversations. “That’s a good one. I haven’t seen you around there.”
“I haven’t seen you, either. I think I haven’t, anyway. But, well, I would’ve remembered you.”
“I’m touched.” Whizzer placed a hand to his chest, smile growing bigger.
Marvin’s face turned red, and not because of the morning sun shining down on him.
“Don’t think about it too much, Whizzer Brown.”
“I think we’re on a first name basis, Marvin.”
“Well, I’m not flirting with you, Whizzer.”
“Hah! Sure.” He turned and cast a wink over his shoulder. “I’ll see you tomorrow, Marvin.”
“No you won’t.” He muttered.
“Yes, I will!”
Whizzer walked away.
Marvin hit himself in the forehead.
“Dammit.”
~
Marvin opened the door, and was greeted with Jason waiting like a dog for him.
“Hey, Jase.” He was a bit surprised.
“Mom! See, he came back early like he said!” Jason turned his head back to yell for Trina, and she came up to them.
“How was your day, Marvin?” She asked.
He shrugged and tried to sidle through them to hang up his jacket. “It was fine.”
“Did you see Whizzer Brown again?”
Marvin smiled at that. “I did, actually.”
“Who’s that?” Jason asked.
“Some kid I met while walking to work the other day. He’s nice, Jason. I think you’d like him.”
Jason frowned. “Is he your friend?”
Marvin thought for a moment. “I guess so.”
“I didn’t know dads could have friends.”
“Your mother is friends with the Applebaums.”
“Yeah, but she’s not a dad.”
“I sure hope I’m not.” Trina laughed. Jason and Marvin looked at her, and then met each other’s eyes again.
“What’s he like?”
“Well, he’s a photographer. He’s… sweet, outward, confident, charming… “
Marvin glanced at Trina and quickly shut up.
“... Just… the type of guy you’d like, Jason.”
“Does he like chess?” He asked.
“You know what, I’ll ask him tomorrow.”
I guess I’m really seeing him tomorrow.
Marvin would pretend his heart didn’t flutter at the thought.
~
Marvin looked in the mirror. He fixed his hair, he straightened his tie, he made sure nothing was in his teeth, and tried to look put together.
He left the bedroom. He kissed his son, he kissed his wife, told them he was off for work, and left for work.
It was repetative. It was the same thing, every day.
Whizzer was the only thing that wasn’t.
He walked quicker that day, despite his body protesting. The subway was like a foreign object to him. He wouldn’t see Whizzer on the subway. He’d only see him if he walked. And, well, he was willing to sacrifice his feet.
Ahead, he nearly gasped when he spotted Whizzer himself, making his way down the street, looking to be in no hurry. Marvin pulled over to the side next to a building and waved to him.
“Whizzer!” He called, like he was flagging down a plane.
Whizzer stopped and blinked, before he came over to him, hands on his hips and chest puffed out.
He stopped in front of him. Marvin thought he was a little close.
“Okay, are you really flirting with me, Marvin?”
How could he answer that? Of course he was. Whizzer, despite his silly name and mean demeanor, was very attractive. He was the kind of guy Marvin would love to have in bed.
“... Maybe I am.”
Whizzer looked a little surprised that he’d admitted, before smiling and stepping closer.
“Why should I accept your advances?”
Marvin swallowed. “I’m nice. I’m… rich. I’m smart. I’m… old. Young men like older men, right?”
That received a giggle on Whizzer’s end. He took Marvin’s tie in his hands and caressed down.
“They sure do. But, I don’t sleep with married men.”
He rolled his eyes. “I don’t even like her.”
“I don’t want to ruin a family. You have kids?”
Marvin bit his lip. “... One son. I told him about you.”
Whizzer let go of his tie and pulled away. “Really!”
Marvin’s face reddened. “... He was wondering if you like chess.”
He winked. “Well, lucky for him, I do. Do you like alcohol, Marvin?”
Marvin stared at him. What kind of question was that?
“... I do.”
“Great. Julius’. Ten thirty tonight. If you’re late by thirty minutes, I won’t be there.”
Whizzer Brown flicked his face, and then walked away. Marvin stared after him, eyes tracing his figure.
Well.
It was a date.
~
Marvin got home and pretended to go to bed early. He waited until Trina was asleep beside him, and checked the clock. It was ten twenty. He’d better get going if he didn’t want to miss the subway.
He got out of bed and out of his pajamas. He put on a shirt that seemed a little too tight, and probably too many buttons undone. It was spring, but it would be cold. He put a jacket over top.
He was going to see Whizzer. Late at night. They were going to drink. He was meeting him at a bar where he often did nefarious things. He needn’t wonder what Whizzer wanted to do with him at that bar. The thought made his slacks feel tighter than they really were.
Marvin left the house as quietly as possible without waking up his family. He let out a sigh of relief when he walked out the door without getting caught, and made his way to the subway.
The ride was quiet. It was late, but there were still a lot of passengers. He stood there, gripping the hand hold as if it was the only thing keeping him alive. He shifted uncomfortably with the stares he received. His face burned with shame.
They know exactly what I am. They know that Marvin Gardens is a queer.
He was thankful when it pulled to a stop and he got out. He stumbled a little, but surprisingly didn’t fall flat on his face. Julius’ wasn’t far.
Instead of his stuffy dress shoes, he was wearing some sneakers he had bought with Jason the other day. They looked a little silly on him, but it would be better for walking to places that weren’t work. Despite the fact, his feet still burned and ached with all the walking he’d been doing lately.
Marvin pulled up to Julius’ and entered. It was the prime time for men to be here, and it was more crowded than Marvin was used to. Usually, he’d come here earlier rather than later. He tried to peek over all the heads, searching for Whizzer in the mass of people.
“Marvin! Hey!”
His head snapped towards the voice, and Whizzer was sitting over by the bar. Marvin stumbled his way toward him and sat down rather ungracefully on the stool. He pushed his legs together and tried to hide the blush on his face.
“How late am I?”
Whizzer checked his watch. “By… uh… one minute.”
“That’s not bad.”
“You could’ve done better. I might think you don’t actually want to see me.”
“I do.” He said quickly. He cleared his throat, averting his eyes. “I— I really do. I wouldn’t have come if I didn’t.”
Whizzer stared at him for a moment before chuckling. “What kinda drink d’you like?”
Marvin waved his hand dismissively, still not looking him in the eye. “A bourbon is fine.”
He heard Whizzer wave down the bartender and order their drinks. After a moment, Marvin was passed a short glass of bourbon and Whizzer a martini.
Marvin cast a smile in his direction. “So you like the fancy stuff.”
Whizzer shrugged. “Not really that fancy… I’ll usually go for anything. I just felt like this tonight.”
“Hmm.”
He kind of liked that. Marvin was someone who picked something once and never tried anything else again. Whizzer liked to try new things. They really couldn’t be more different.
He took a sip of his bourbon and tried to straighten his posture. He couldn’t seem like a wreck in front of Whizzer.
“Do you like your job? Photography?” Marvin asked, attempting to start up a conversation.
Whizzer nodded. “I do. It doesn’t pay the best, but I really like doing it. I also work at convenience stores as a second job if I’m going through a bad patch in money.”
He nodded slowly. “Do you rent?”
“Yeah. It’s not ideal, but at least I have somewhere livable.” Whizzer shrugged like it was nothing. “Just a lousy old apartment. Nothing special. Pretty small. Big enough for me.”
“Yeah, yeah… I have a house.”
“Tch. Really.” Whizzer said dryly, though his smile seemed amused.
Marvin flushed, realizing that was kind of a silly statement. “Well, it’s a nice home. Meteorology pays well. It’s… good if you have a kid in the house.”
Whizzer leaned casually against the counter. “What’s this kid’s name?”
“Jason. He’s a little… um, well, he’s not like other kids his age.”
“Oof, I get it. Growing up in the 40s isn’t nice to a gay kid with big feelings. Even if he’s not gay… I know how it feels being an outsider.”
Marvin smiled a little. He seemed to understand him more than he previously thought. “How old did you say you were?”
“Thirty five. I’m turning thirty six in August. How old are you?” Whizzer leaned a little closer to him. “Thirty eight? Just throwing out guesses.”
Marvin snorted. “Don’t try to flatter me. I’m forty seven.”
“Oooh! Rawr, silver fox daddy.” Whizzer whistled.
“Uh– what?”
“Nothing, nothing,” He laughed like it wasn’t nothing. “Just… uh, older men are nice. Real nice.”
He rubbed at his face a little as a flush dusted his cheeks. He took another sip of his bourbon. “Younger men are nice, too.”
Whizzer hadn’t taken a single sip of his martini thus far, but right then he threw it back like his life depended on it. He set it back down and let out a sigh. His face was redder than before. “Oh, Mr. Gardens. I really hadn’t taken you as the type.”
He laughed a little. “It’s not that important. Anyway… uh, how often do you come here?”
Whizzer leaned back in his seat slightly, casually. “Anytime I need pleasure and my hand isn’t doing the job.”
How blunt. Marvin coughed. “Uh, yeah. Me too. I probably come… maybe once a week. Sometimes more.”
Whizzer raised his eyebrows. “That’s pretty often.”
“It’s not like I like to worry my family when I’m out late… I just… don’t have much else.” He rubbed the back of his neck. “I wonder if they know what I’m doing.”
Whizzer was silent for a moment. He looked a little uncertain. Marvin wondered if he felt guilty, but he put another smile on.
“I bet you none of the guys who suck your dick are as good as me.”
Marvin smiled despite himself. He pushed his legs closer together.
“How good are you, then?”
Whizzer leaned forward and placed a hand on his thigh. “I’m really good. I have practice.”
Marvin bit his lip. “I’m good at taking it.”
“Well, I’ll be the judge of that.”
He laughed, though it had a nervous tinge. “Should we go to the bathroom?”
Whizzer shook his head. “No, these bathrooms have horrible lighting, and you hardly get any privacy. How about… my apartment?”
Marvin had never actually gone home with a guy before. It was always quickies in the bathroom. Quick blowjobs, quick makeouts that never escalated, handjobs… It was never anything more. That would be too… intimate. Something he should be doing with his wife.
But he wanted to do this with Whizzer.
“Please.” He said eagerly.
“Great.” Whizzer stood. “I can pay— “
“No.” Marvin interrupted, standing up as well. He placed bills on the counter. “I can pay.”
Whizzer raised his eyebrows, but seemed to accept it easily. He held out his hand and Marvin took it. They walked out of the bar, hand in hand.
“It’s a short walk.” Whizzer told him.
“Good.”
~
—
As soon as they entered his apartment, Whizzer pinned him against the nearest wall. He lowered his head and suckled marks into his neck. Marvin had never felt the feeling of receiving a hickey from a man. It was so surprising and pleasurable that he moaned not a second in.
“Shhh!” Whizzer put a finger to Marvin’s mouth. “The walls are thin.”
“S— Sorry.” He stammered out. Whizzer continued biting and licking his neck.
Marvin suppressed his whines, hands coming up to tightly hold Whizzer’s hair. His hips jerked forward, desperate for friction, for relief. Whizzer did not give him relief. He just pressed him harder into the wall.
“So pretty.” Whizzer murmured, unbuttoning his shirt and going lower. Marvin let out an embarrassing squeak “So pretty and handsome.”
“God, Whizzer… “ He gasped, his hands moving from his hair to his ass. Instinctively, he squeezed. Whizzer let out a surprised laugh, but kept moving all the way until Marvin’s shirt was completely unbuttoned. He licked a stripe down his stomach, and then lifted his head.
“Bedroom?”
“Yes, please.” Marvin gasped out.
He was dragged by the hand toward Whizzer’s bedroom. It was the only other separate room besides the bathroom, stemming from the conjoined living area and kitchen. When they entered, it was very small and the bed took up most of the room.
Marvin was thrown onto said bed and Whizzer climbed atop him. Whizzer looked so beautiful like this, on top of him, panting, sweaty—his shirt a tad more unbuttoned, but he was not quite sure when that’d happened. Whizzer leaned down and fixed Marvin with a sloppy kiss to the lips. He accepted it eagerly, wrapping his arms around his neck.
Whizzer pulled away after a moment, breathing heavily. “I can feel your dick against my leg.”
Marvin didn’t think he could get any redder. “You can?”
That received a chuckle. “Very much so.”
Whizzer leaned back and took off his shirt. Marvin was fixated on his movements, like a dog wanting food to be dropped. He was well toned and hairy. Marvin would do anything to place his face between his abs.
“You like what you see?” Whizzer asked.
Marvin nodded jerkily.
Whizzer scooted back and began unzipping Marvin’s fly with his teeth. “Well, there’s more where that came from… “ He mumbled.
He wasn’t sure he’d be able to handle watching Whizzer do anything to his dick, so he leaned his head back and closed his eyes. When he felt lips enclose around the head, he jumped and nearly fell off the bed, if not for Whizzer tightly gripping his thighs and keeping him in place.
“Oh, you’re doing so good, Marvin. Just relax for me, baby.” Whizzer murmured around his cock. Marvin tried his best to breathe, but his quickening heart made it extraordinarily hard.
Whizzer worked skillfully, just like he’d promised. His tongue licked and swirled and dipped into his slit and made Marvin whine and groan. He took him further into his throat and didn’t even wince when he swallowed around him. Marvin was impressed by the fact he wasn’t choking.
“Whizzer— god— oh fuck, please— that— that feels so good— please don’t stop— “
As if he’d jinxed it, Whizzer pulled away from him with a pop, and Marvin whined pitifully. Whizzer smiled like he enjoyed the suffering he was inflicting on Marvin.
“Whizzer— Whizzer, please,” He begged. “I need it so bad.”
“Hold your horses,” Whizzer rolled his eyes and sat on his knees. He reached for something in the dark of the room and squirted it on his fingers. “Roll over.” He commanded.
Marvin hesitated for a moment. He had never done anal before. Once, Trina had asked, but he was quick to decline. They didn’t do much fooling, anymore, after so many times of Marvin telling her no, and that she had a right hand. He had never thought of giving it, let alone receiving it. But… he was so horny, and Whizzer looked eager.
He rolled over and pressed his face into the pillow, lifting his ass into the air for Whizzer to use freely. He could almost feel Whizzer eagerly breathing down his neck as he stuck his lubed up fingers into his ass.
He fingered him until Marvin was whining and panting. It felt wonderful, his fingers inside of him, thrusting in and out and deep enough for it to really feel good. He would’ve let Whizzer do it to him forever, but eventually, Whizzer pulled out his fingers and positioned himself at his entrance.
Marvin was not expecting the sensation of him shoving his dick into his hole, but it seemed to knock the wind out of him despite it really not being so sudden. He arched as Whizzer pushed in a little further. There was a moment of waiting for both of their bodies to relax into it, before he began thrusting in and out.
Whizzer did not start out slow like Marvin would’ve liked, but he couldn’t deny how amazing it felt. Their sweaty skin seemed to slap together with each thrust, and he went deeper every time. Marvin was moaning and drooling into the pillow, so much so that Whizzer would probably have to wash it afterwards.
“Whizzer— Whizzer, please, oh— oh god— I’m so close— “ He groaned, clenching around him.
Whizzer let out a breath. Marvin wondered if his clenching had hurt him, but he was too horny to think past surface level. Whizzer pushed in and out, faster and harder. Marvin was right on the cusp.
With a moan and a jerk, he came onto the sheets. It was messy and it lasted longer than his orgasms usually lasted. Whizzer finished his thrusting with one last roll of his hips, and came too, inside Marvin. Once the dizziness and ecstasy began to fade, he realized Whizzer might have to actually deep clean his whole bed.
He fell with exhaustion into his own cum. Now he had to be deep cleaned.
—
“God, Marvin… “ Whizzer pulled out of him and sat down heavily. “... The neighbors probably heard you.”
“Oh, screw the neighbors,” Marvin rasped. “That was amazing.”
He could practically hear the smile in Whizzer’s voice. “You ever done anal before?”
“Ah… no.”
“Hmph. Good first time, then.”
Whizzer patted his back before standing up. Marvin pushed himself up with his arms and turned over, collapsing onto the pillow, though he was now on his back.
“I’m gonna get a wet rag—wait here.” Whizzer told him.
Marvin breathed deeply. His legs ached more than they ever had before. He felt impossibly hot in this apartment with no proper heat installation. He felt alive.
I just had sex with Whizzer Brown.
A few days ago, that statement would’ve meant nothing to him. What? Who’s Whizzer Brown? Sounds like one of the fake names Marvin would give a guy at a bar.
But now, that statement was everything. Marvin had seen some hot guys in his lifetime, but Whizzer was different. Whizzer made his chest hurt whenever he looked or talked to him. Whizzer was someone he wanted to do this with again.
Haha, funny. He only ever screwed someone once and never again.
He supposed… he just had to make sure Whizzer liked it as much as he did.
Marvin’s head shot up again when he heard Whizzer returning.
“Okay, I already wiped myself off. Do you wanna or— “
Marvin motioned for him to come closer. “Can you… uh… do it?”
Whizzer smirked. “Why? Your arms don’t work?”
He slowly shook his head. “Uh, noooo… “
“You’re such a baby.” Whizzer laughed, sitting down next to him and wiping the mess off his body. He wasn’t touching him, not really, but Marvin liked being close to him.
Instead of protesting against the namecalling, he hummed. “Was that… as good for you as it was for me?”
Whizzer seemed to think about it seriously. “Well, I’ve had some pretty cheap bangs before… it’s definitely not the worst. I think this was one of the better ones. Especially since… well, I got to know you a little first. And you’re loud.”
Marvin ducked his head down and smiled. “You like a guy who’s loud?”
“Oh, very much.”
He laughed. A big, genuine laugh. “I think this was a good one for me, too.”
Whizzer lifted the rag away and set it down. “Really?”
Marvin avoided his eyes. “Maybe even the best.”
Whizzer smiled, and then turned his head away like he didn’t want Marvin to see.
A moment passed.
“It’s midnight.” Whizzer said.
Marvin sighed. “She’ll notice I’m gone.”
“Can’t you use work as a cover?”
“I already got home and pretended to sleep. She’ll know I left to do something.”
Whizzer looked him in the eyes again. His expression was unreadable. “What will you tell her?”
“I’ll tell her that… that they needed me late, that’s all. Work emergency.”
Whizzer nodded. “... You should leave her.”
“I want to.”
“Then do it.”
“I have a son. What will he think?”
“Jason? Well, what will he think of you screwing your friends at midnight on a Saturday?”
Marvin didn’t say anything for a moment.
“... You should come over sometime. I’m sure he’d love to meet you.”
Whizzer softened a little. “I’d love to meet him, too. What you’ve said of him, he seems sweet. What about your wife?”
“I’ll find a way to get her out of the house. She never likes me bringing friends over… “
“You have friends?”
“Sorta. Work friends.”
“Am I a ‘work friend’?”
“You’re a… friend.”
“Hmm.” Whizzer licked his lips. “That’s a word for it.”
Marvin sighed and laid back down, resting his eyes. “I have to go home soon. She’ll be worried sick if I’m not back by three at the most.”
Whizzer laid down beside him. “Yeah?”
“Once, I had a few hookups and got so drunk I passed out at the bar. I came home at five in the morning.”
“Yikes.”
“Jason probably thought I died.”
“Poor kid.”
“Yeah… “
Marvin let out a breath.
“... Can I get your number, so I can call you again?”
Whizzer stared for a moment, before he got up.
“I’ll go write it down.”
“Thank you… “
Marvin, despite his joints and muscles protesting, got up to get dressed while Whizzer tried to find paper. His clothes were pretty clean, minus how wet his pants were, but he’d be able to wash them when he got home. By the time Whizzer came back, he was sliding his shoes on.
Whizzer looked a little sad that he was leaving, if Marvin could call his expression that. It was certainly something negative, at least. Whizzer handed him the piece of paper before throwing on a shirt and underwear.
Marvin took his hands in his and kissed him. Whizzer leaned into him, thank god. Marvin didn’t know what he would do if Whizzer tried to push away. It lasted for a few moments before they parted.
“Goodbye, Whizzer.”
“Bye, Marv.”
His heart fluttered. Only his wife called him that.
He made his way to the door, but stopped when a thought came to him.
“... Is your name really Whizzer?”
Whizzer looked slightly awkward. “Um… no. It’s— It’s not. It’s actually William.”
Marvin looked him up and down, before laughing. “You don’t look like a William at all.”
That elicited a chuckle from him. “That’s why I go by Whizzer.”
“Okay, Whizzer.” His voice was warm. “Goodbye.”
“Goodbye, Marvin. Call me tomorrow?”
“Of course. Goodnight.”
“Goodnight.”
