Chapter Text
*————————————————————————*
Grian hates it he’s always hated it and nothing ever changes about it.
Grian hates wash day well when he actually does it at least. His hair is far too much and too curly for him to manage and that’s if he even knew how to in the first place .
The best he could do is have a spray bottle move tip to base with a brush that likely isn’t even made for his hair. This always took so long considering the only style he could put his hair into was a bun. He’d let the hair sit and get matted until he was once again forced to be presentable/ not have a rats nest. Apparently his mother only seemed to care because it made her look bad that fucking bitch.
Grian would think he’s mother could/should teach him how to properly care for his hair considering she is a hairdresser went to school and everything. Sure they lived in a more white area so that is what she learned. But then she married a black man who she wanted kids with it’s not like they were going to come out really white with straight hair.
Although e doesn’t know why he can’t just CUT IT OFF. He has tried in the past but it never went through😢.
This all leads to now him laying in the too small tub contemplating drowning ( but that’s a conversation for another day) waiting for his mother to come wash his hair and for the cycle to start again.
