No Driving Home

Summary:

It's Vanessa's 17th birthday, she invited Candace and Stacy this year. To make sure it's all hers, she had to switch every callender at her dad's place to make sure he doesn't know about it, so she switch his "kiddie party" to the next day while her punk friends can host her a more dark party at their house.

But once Candace and Stacy arrived, things get a little too wild for them. Thinking it was just simple loud music, they're about to find out growing up means so much more.

"This is so exciting, i've never been to an older kids party before", Candace said.

"Are you sure this is okay, i've heard seniors rave like wild animals", Stacy holding their present for Vanessa.

"Oh relax, Stace. It's just a birthday house party, how bad could it be?", Candace then stop and park her Nedlington Nymph infront of a house with loud music and bright colorful lights coming from inside.

"Why you had to jinx it?", Stacy remark.

As they walked up the driveway, they could already feel the thudding of the bass music reverberating from the two story brick house in front of them. Stacy handed the gifts off to Candace as she opens the door.

Though the party had supposedly only just started, the house lying before them was in utter chaos.

Takeout boxes and empty red plastic cups littered the floor, teens ran back and forth and jumped over the banister of the stairs, shouting at each other and spraying paint cans into each other's faces.

And even some of the food and drinks on tables, the girls didn't even dare to touch.

"Candace, this is nuts", Stacy looks around.

"What, i can't hear you", Candace shouts back.

In one corner of the room, two giant speakers booming with kpop songs. As they close the door behind them, barely hearing it click.

Soon, they found Vanessa sitting between two girls who appear to be equally drunk as her, "Oh heya, you girls made it"

Candace spots an empty red cup, picks it up and sniff it before coughing, "Seriously, the second you turn 17 and this is what you do?"

Vanessa rolls her eyes, "Ugh, live a little, mom"

Candace place the gifts down, "Here from us to you, thank us later. Come on, Stace, lets book it"

"But i want sweet tea", Stacy said.

"Those are so not"

Not long after that, she made sure to adjust her car infront the parking space to make sure no one who isn't sober leaves.

"Okay so we're out, now what we do?", Stacy asked.

"Three, two, one", Candace counts then points to the house lights and music goes off, "I made quick work with the power grid"

After most of the teens have calm down, they took some water to flush out the drinks out of their system. After a while, they spot Vanessa leaving with Candace's shirt and the hair bow Stacy got her, "Okay, now we can leave", Candace then drove off into the street.
