If all twelve of these powerhouse delinquents—ranging from former gang leaders to loyal vice-captains and elite executives—simultaneously fall head over heels into a dark, obsessive, yandere obsession with Takemichi Hanagaki (while he remains completely oblivious and totally platonic), the result is nothing short of an absolute disaster for Tokyo’s underworld and a living nightmare for Takemichi's social life.
Since Takemichi’s default setting is "heroic crybaby who just wants everyone to be happy," dealing with twelve apex predators who view him as the center of their universe would play out across a few distinct stages:
1. The Cold War of the Underworld (The Rivalries)
Normally, some of these guys already have complicated dynamics (like Izana and Mikey, or Sanzu and literally everyone else).
Add Takemichi to the mix as the ultimate prize, and the Tokyo underworld shatters into a chaotic cold war:
* The Bonten/Kanto Manji Veterans (Mikey, Sanzu, Kokonoi, Ran, Rindou, Kakucho):
Mikey’s dark impulse becomes entirely concentrated on Takemichi. He doesn’t want to kill him; he wants to cage him where no one else can touch him.
Sanzu views Mikey’s obsession with a mix of jealousy and fanatical devotion, occasionally trying to "remove" anyone who gets too close to Takemichi—only to be stopped by Kakucho, who is trying to keep things at least marginally legal and sane, though he is just as obsessed.
Kokonoi tries to literally buy Takemichi’s loyalty, showering his apartment with absurdly expensive gifts, while the Haitani brothers use their club connections to monitor every single person Takemichi interacts with.
* The Tenjiku Royal Guard (Izana & Kakucho): Izana views Takemichi as his "sun," but with a twisted, possessive need to completely isolate him from everyone else—especially Mikey.
Izana wants Takemichi to look only at him, treating his affection like a kingdom to be conquered.
* The Toman Core (Draken, Mitsuya, Hakkai, Inupi, Baji): Draken tries to keep a level head, but his protective instinct warps into a fierce, territorial possessiveness; he believes nobody else is "worthy" of protecting Takemichi.
Mitsuya channels his obsession into meticulously tailoring custom outfits for Takemichi and controlling his schedule under the guise of "mentoring."
Hakkai faints or turns bright red whenever Takemichi breathes near him, but woe to any punk who disrespects Takemichi—Hakkai turns feral instantly.
Inupi sees Takemichi as the reincarnation of Shinichiro, but that reverence quickly devolves into a desperate fixation where he follows Takemichi around like a shadow.
Baji, meanwhile, expresses his obsession through aggressive, boundary-ignoring affection (like showing up at Takemichi's bedroom window at 3 AM with stolen yakisoba).
2. Takemichi’s Absolute Confusion
Takemichi’s life turns into a surreal psychological horror-comedy. Because he is Takemichi, he completely misinterprets all the massive red flags:
* When Mikey tells him, "If you ever try to leave me, I'll break your legs so you can only crawl to me," Takemichi nervously laughs it off thinking, “Ah, Mikey-kun is just making one of his weird dark jokes again! He's so stressed lately!”
* When twelve different guys casually show up to stake out his apartment building on the same Tuesday night, Takemichi genuinely believes they are just holding a random neighborhood watch meeting to protect him from rival gangs.
* He spends 90% of his time trying to mediate their petty, jealous arguments, completely unaware that he is the prize they are fighting over.
3. The Ultimate Standoff
Eventually, the illusion shatters. The guys realize that Takemichi is never going to look at them romantically on his own, and that their shared obsession means none of them can ever have him to themselves.
* A massive territorial summit takes place (likely at an abandoned warehouse, because it wouldn't be Tokyo Revengers otherwise).
* Mikey sits at the center, radiating dark impulses; Izana smiles that chilling, mocking smile; Draken crosses his arms, looking ready to throw punches; and Sanzu’s hand drifts ominously toward his pocket.
* Before a literal civil war breaks out among Tokyo's most dangerous delinquents over who gets to keep him, Takemichi bursts into the room crying, completely stressed out because he thinks they are mad at him for some stupid mistake he made.
The Aftermath
Seeing Takemichi cry tears of pure, genuine distress acts like an instantaneous splash of cold water on their twisted psyches—at least temporarily.
The collective guilt hits them so hard that they immediately put down their weapons.
They agree on an uneasy, heavily monitored truce: none of them get Takemichi, but no one else does either.
From that day on, Takemichi remains blissfully, frustratingly unaware that he is effectively the most heavily guarded, fiercely contested prisoner of love in all of Japan, surrounded by twelve dangerous men who are one bad day away from tearing the world apart just to keep him safe in their sights.

If they collectively engineer a plan to make Takemichi theirs while agreeing to share him, the reality of that arrangement unfolds across a few distinct phases:
1. The Velvet Cage (The Setup)
Takemichi doesn't get kidnapped in a dramatic, violent fashion; instead, his life simply undergoes a series of "unfortunate coincidences" that completely dismantle his independence, courtesy of the syndicate:
* Kokonoi and Sanzu completely wipe out Takemichi's debts, his apartment lease, and his parents' financial worries overnight, moving him into an absurdly secure, heavily guarded luxury compound under the guise of "protection."
* Mitsuya and the Haitani brothers completely take over his wardrobe, schedule, and social life, making sure he never "accidentally" runs into anyone normal or safe ever again.
* Inupi and Kakucho manage his daily life, acting as ever-present guards who ensure he is fed, rested, and never more than an arm's reach away from at least two members of the council.
2. The Timetable of Affection
To prevent bloodshed among themselves, the twelve establish a strict, militaristic rotation system for Takemichi's time and attention.
They treat sharing him like a high-stakes corporate merger:
* The Weekdays: Split meticulously. Monday is Mikey’s (quiet, heavy cuddling and brooding on the floor), Tuesday belongs to Draken (steady, grounding presence), Wednesday is Mitsuya’s (peaceful tea and quiet tailoring sessions), and so on.
* The Enforcers (Sanzu, Baji, and Izana): They act as the aggressive wardens. If anyone outside the twelve—or even one of the members trying to cheat the system—tries to step out of line, Sanzu and Baji handle the bloody perimeter defense with terrifying smiles. Izana oversees the whole schedule like an absolute monarch, making sure no one hoards Takemichi for too long.
* The Chaos of Group Days: Weekends are a collective disaster for Takemichi’s personal space. All twelve of them cram into the same living room, turning Takemichi into a human-sized weighted blanket.
Hakkai is blushing furiously while trying not to pass out, Rindou is lazily tangling his fingers in Takemichi's hair, and Mikey has his head dead-weight resting right in Takemichi's lap.
3. Takemichi’s Perspective: The Ultimate Misunderstanding
Because Takemichi’s brain operates on pure, unadulterated shonen protagonist density, he completely fails to realize he is living in a polyamorous yandere harem.
* He genuinely believes his friends have just formed the most tightly-knit, incredibly codependent support group in human history.
* Whenever they crowd him, kiss the top of his head, or whisper terrifyingly intense declarations of devotion ("You belong to all of us, Takemichy, and we belong to you"), Takemichi just rubs the back of his neck, laughs nervously, and thinks, "Man, modern delinquent friendship is so intense these days! They really care about each other!"
* If one of them kisses him on the cheek, he assumes it's just a passionate platonic greeting among close bros.
4. The Breaking Point of Sanity
While the sharing agreement keeps the peace on the surface, the cracks in the dam are constant.
* Whenever Takemichi cries—even if it’s just because he stubbed his toe or watched a sad movie—all twelve of them snap into a collective, hyper-protective frenzy, instantly ready to burn the city down to find the culprit.
* Kokonoi constantly tries to bribe Takemichi with expensive rings that look suspiciously like wedding bands, only for Mikey to calmly take them away and lock them in a vault.
* Occasionally, two of them (usually Baji and Sanzu, or Izana and Mikey) will get into a brutal, furniture-wrecking brawl over whose turn it is to sleep next to Takemichi.
The fight only stops when Takemichi wanders into the room, blinks tearfully, and asks them to please stop yelling because it gives him a headache.
The instant guilt causes both combatants to immediately drop their weapons, fall to their knees, and apologize in unison.
The Verdict
Takemichi remains entirely oblivious, drifting through life as the heavily guarded, endlessly pampered, and utterly bewildered center of a terrifying twelve-man syndicate.
He thinks he’s just a lucky guy with extremely clingy friends, while the twelve most dangerous men in Tokyo police each other with hawk-like intensity just to make sure their shared treasure never slips through their fingers.
