Roier handling Cellbit's cat instincts

When Roier first found out that his soon-to-be husband was a cat hybrid he was shocked, but that was quickly over-ruled by love. Cellbit had been working non-stop for a few days, handling his detective work along with planning a wedding. So when Roier wandered into the order to help him to bed he was surprised to see a long brown tail wrapped around the chair, along with two fluffy ears on the top of his head, twitching slightly. He paused, standing there for a second being being overwhelmed with awe. He knew that he would only get this one chance to indulge in the mans instincts and quietly stepped towards him.With an outstretched hand he softly scratched the base of the mans ears, smiling to himself. After a few seconds quiet and hoarse purrs rose from the mans throat and he instinctively leaned towards it. Roier had to force his throat to close so he wouldn't 'awe' at the action and continued to scratch Cellbit's ears. The purrs soon got louder and louder until he sounded like an engine, and Roier couldn't contain the coo in his throat.

Summary
When Tina learns that her almost-girlfriend, Bagi, isn't allowed to date until her brother does, Tina thinks all chances of an actual relationship are over. Bagi's brother has quite the reputation of hating everyone and she can't think of a single person who would willingly date him. Except for Roier, ex-jock and current loner. Everyone thinks he's crazy after the rumors about why he left his friend group and why he's unable to play any sports anymore, which makes him the perfect and only person to be able help Tina with her problem. It's simple: She pays Roier to take Cellbit out on a few dates, she's able to go out with Bagi. No harm, no foul—that is until Cellbit starts developing feelings, and they might be mutual.
