She had never learned how to swim and suddenly finding herself drowning in a river was the ideal situation for anyone to die. She should try to think about more positive things in such a situation. [Her husband had once said she should try to be more positive.] But could you really blame her for such thoughts when she could barely keep herself afloat? No. You couldn't.
