Ilya simply smiles, “Moya Lyubov, good to see you too.”
Shane opens his mouth to continue his rant before seeming to remember that he is still in the middle of the showers, where a few stragglers are furiously scrubbing soapy suds off their chests, rushing to finish and get out of Shane’s warpath.
“For fucks sake,” Shane groans, “Get the fuck out of here already! I’m trying to yell at your fucking captain!”
Ilya watches, delightedly, as his defensemen run out of the room with their tails tucked.
Shane doesn’t even wait for the last man to cross the threshold into the locker room before he is whirling on Ilya again.
“A hands-off rule? Who the fuck do you think you are?”

Campus nerd and golden boy Shane Hollander breaks up with Hockey captain and notorious fuckboy Ilya Rozanov because he wants to pursue other options. Ilya issues a campus wide hands off law to make sure that doesn’t happen. When Shane storms into The BU hockey’s teams showers to tell off his ex, Ilya is determined to get the truth out of him for why they really broke up, because he knows deep down he’s the only one Hollander truly wants. Summary
Ilya steps forward, crowding Shane against the wall. The heat between them has grown almost unbearable.
He lowers his head to whisper in Shane’s ear.
“Go ahead, Hollander. Meet all the new people you want. Take them out, take them home, whatever.”
He can feel the shakiness in Shane’s breathing on his own face. Ilya leans in.
His words ghost against Shane’s lips, an awful mockery of a kiss.
“They’re never going to fuck you like I did.”
Suddenly, he is violently shoved away.
“What the hell do you think you’re doing?”
Or,
Shane and Ilya are hooking up, and deeply in love with each other. It’s a shame they’ve never said it out loud.
Until Shane ends things, and Ilya just can’t let it go.

“You are very mean, Wyatt. I will tell coach you are being mean to your captain.” He pouts, holding back a laugh when he hears Wyatt groan. He finally clicks the button properly, watching the dare take its sweet time to load. He watches the loading spinny thing spin and spin for a solid minute until his dare finally loads—
‘Order a pizza and ask for the cutest delivery boy in the instructions.’
His face scrunches up. That is…so boring. He lets out a long sigh, glancing back at Svetlana. “Sveta, your stupid game made me wait more than an hour and this is what I get? This boring dare?” He complains, reaching for his phone. It may be a boring dare but he isn’t one to back down from anything. Especially not something as boring and simple as this. He can hear a few sounds of disappointment coming from his friends sitting across from him.
