Scott chuckles and drops his head on Abolish’s shoulder. “You don’t know everything about me yet, handsome, I am a man with many talents.”
There’s an amused huff. “Yep, sketching, sewing, acting, dancing, singing, you’re just great at it all, aren’t you,” he says dryly.
“Don’t forget that I’m good at using my mouth,” Scott adds, blinking up at him innocently.
“Mhm, you’re so right, Scott.” Abolish meets his gaze with a flat expression, but sharp, yellow eyes cannot hide the fact that he’s enjoying himself as much as Scott is. “You got a real talent for saying the exact thing that will push my buttons.”
A tired smile quirks on his lips. “And I do so adore pushing your buttons.”

“You need to purr more often, darling. You must not be getting enough attention,” the vampire murmurs disapprovingly, carding a hand through Abolish’s hair. Abolish lets out a small noise of satisfaction at the action, then stiffens slightly as the fog in his mind finally clears enough to recognise the voice.
“Scott?” He mutters weakly, the words raspy as they come out of his sore throat. Scott’s purrs increase slightly in volume and Abolish involuntarily relaxes back against Scott’s chest.
