He has to shut his mouth and endure the pain even if it is tearing him from the inside out. Mr. Stark has to live for Miss Potts, for his daughter, for May. Someone has to take care of them, someone like Mr. Stark and not like the walking disaster Peter Parker.
If protecting the ones he loves means dying,
Dying would be fine.OR, an alternative ending to Endgame where upon realizing mid battle that Tony's going to use the gauntlet to finish everything, Peter doesn't accept it and decides that his life isn't worth living if that means everyone else can be saved instead.
