Nighthide is lateral on the ground, left arm twisted at an uncomfortable angle and his right arm is extended at his side. His capture weapon is strewn carelessly around him, slack. Nothing life threatening. Condition is stable. Relief floods him at the assessment, good.
Nothing Shouta can't fix.
His head is turned away, tucked in that stubborn way he does when he doesn't want to wake up for school. Stubborn kid. Shouta huffs at the memory, reaching out like he always does and rolling him onto his back.
Hitoshi flops into a prone position at the touch, lifeless.

Summary
Shinsou is defeated. He lost the sports festival, and his last chance to be in the hero course. He's stuck with foster parents who ignore him, and no way out until he ages out of the system.
There's really no reason for him to keep going. Not until Eraserhead, his long time idol, offers to train him.
Aizawa tries to help a child who reminds him too much of himself. He only hopes he's not too late.
*This is a re-write of a previous work of mine that I orphaned. It's going to be different and have a different ending, but the beginning will be similar.*

It was a painful mantra that played itself in his mind, followed quickly by a pitying voice that told he should be happy he had any of his Father’s attention, even if he never wanted it like this.
Touya hated Wednesday nights. He hated being called to his Father’s office, forced to strip out of his clothes and forced to dress in one of his Mother’s skirts. He hated his Father’s hands on his body and his Mother’s name whispered in his ear. And he hated the feeling of shame and worthlessness that trailed behind him when he dragged himself back to his room, ass hurting and leaking from where he’d been filled up.
The longer it goes on however the more confused Touya becomes with his feelings. It no longer hurts as much, he doesn't want to cry every time he makes it back to his room, and he often finds himself daydreaming about those moments that are just about him and his Father.
