After surviving Gerard Argent and freeing Jackson from being the Kanima, a reunited Hale Pack manages to keep the supernatural monsters at bay in Beacon Hills as they adjust to new relationships and issues. A sudden rise in monsters has stressed out the pack and when they find them chasing after the most recent monster they encounter something they weren't prepared for and in the confusion Stiles vanishes. Where has their pack mate gone and how can they get him back?

Peter Hale rescued Stiles from a werewolf attack when he was 16. He knew at that moment that Stiles was his mate. From there it was a matter of getting his own act together and making a plan to get Stiles by his side.
Stiles survived a brutal werewolf attack and ended up enduring many surgeries and therapies to ease the chronic pain left behind. When the Hale Pain Therapy offers him a trial for a new pain relief therapy, he jumps onto the chance. He is reunited with the gorgeous wolf who rescued him all those years ago. When the new therapy begins to fail, Peter offers him another solution. Become a werewolf and join his pack.
