    2. Do you think you could make it so when people request to make an account that you log their IP so, if they try to do it again that it will tell them their IP was used and can't be used again?

        Thank you for your suggestion! However, there are many legitimate reasons two accounts might share an IP address (for example, there might be two AO3 users living in one household, or a person might want to have two accounts to keep their fannish identities separate), so this is not a solution we are likely to pursue.
