   The sensory and the emotional descriptions mesh so well in this fic, it warrants reading aloud just to hear the words rolling off the tongue as they paint a picture! I love the way you introduced the characters, and while I haven't read the novel itself, I'm utterly intrigued by Nadir and his role here. And very clever of Christine to sneakily get the Phantom's next destination from his letter aha. I'm excited for the next chapter!! :D

      Thank you so much! I really wanted to include some of the characters left out by the musical (although I absolutely adore it). I definitely recommend reading Phantom by Susan Kay, it is one of my favorites and it makes the original easier to comprehend.
