The first sequence in the fic was probably the hardest one for me to write, so I'm very happy the action felt tense and clear. And one of the things I hoped to capture in the reunion was how much Cassian has observed and catalogued about Melshi, so I'm really glad that came through.
And ahhhh thank you for the very kind words about the line where Melshi says Cassian's name! <3<3<3 I wanted to capture something of the physical sensation of hearing it and also a sort of exploratory motion - like they're moving around each other again and discovering each other anew. I'm really pleased you enjoyed it.
