    This was an absolute joyride! I had a massive smile on my face the entire time reading this fic.

    “Is that Borg for ‘I told you so’?” cracked me up, as did the "Was that...a joke?" conversation (and tbh several other moments in between!).

    I loved this look at friendship between Seven and Tom...and the way it expanded on the hot second we get of Tom Paris as *car guy*. The details of Tom's setup for their roadtrip adventure - snacks, costumes! - were delightful, and I enjoyed Seven loosening up on perfection (I need to manifest some of that for myself lol)...hanging out listening to the staticy radio, Tom's entertaining but inaccurate stories...and yes of course, eating that squishy PB&J. Wish I had one right about now! :D

      YES! I adore that they tried to make him a Bad Boy and a Cool Dude(tm) when really he is simply an utter dork (affectionate). Especially funny when you think that someone from the 24th century having an interest in 20th century America makes him the future equivalent of a ren faire nerd spending his weekends larping! XD
