Exactly. Useful for authors who don't know what each individual reader is going to consider worthy of a warning. I routinely use "Chose not to Warn" because it covers MY ass as a writer. If someone complains about a lack of tag, or because they CHOOSE to read something a certain way even if it's not my intent, I get to point to that and say "I never said "no archive warnings apply"" and continue to use secondary tags where appropriate.
