Summary
“What a messed-up world,” Stiles says. “Peter taking pain from people. Theo sacrificing himself. Isaac showing up out of a giant bird’s butt. I seriously have no idea what to expect anymore.”
Or
How I wanted to write a story about Isaac and ended up writing about Theo instead.

Summary
“Well… Theo’s still really cold and he’s in pain, and he’s not really happy about the fact that Scott bit him even though he said he didn’t want it.”
“Yeah, that was to be expected, wasn’t it,” Peter says as he spoons expensive coffee into the filter cup. “That doesn’t really concern me, though. If the kid doesn’t care about living, then you should let him figure that out on his own. Of course I know that’s not so easy for Scott McCall, True Alpha, who always assumes he has a say in what everyone should think or do.”
Liam huffs.
“What else,” Peter says.
“Theo puked up a fish,” Liam says.
“Oh. Some people have all the luck.”
In which Liam is a Doctor Who fan, and Theo wishes for everything to go back the way it was, and Scott has to work through some guilt. Meanwhile, Peter dies, except he doesn't.

Summary
“Now that my ladder’s gone,” Peter recites with a vague smile on his face, “I must lie down where all the ladders start, in the foul rag and bone shop of the heart. Now that’s poetry.”
Theo looks at him in fascination. “You’re kind of a nerd, aren’t you.”
“I’ll take that as the compliment it was clearly meant to be. Also, you’re one to talk, Mr. I just got bled out by a fear demon but I’m never too tired to go to school.”
Theo shrugs. “Eh.”
In which Liam has some thinking to do and reaches a shocking conclusion, Theo is confronted with his worst fear, and Lydia is kidnapped because of her abilities. Meanwhile, Peter dies, except he doesn't. Again. And wonders about solitude along the way.

Summary
Stiles is never ever opening his mouth again, seriously. Because when he said, “let’s get this shitshow on the road,” he hadn’t meant for it to be a literal shitshow, and yet, here he is, partnered with Malia to look for hunters, and tagging along with them, for some stupid reason, is goddamned Theo.
In which a dark secret about Theo accidentally comes to light, Stiles understands something, and Scott apologizes (a lot). Meanwhile, Peter dies, except he doesn't (what else is new?). And all of that because of stupid Kate Argent.

Summary
“Are you gonna finish that?” he asks, pointing at the two bites of sandwich Theo has left.
“No. Take it.” Theo pushes the wrapped-up remainder of his sandwich toward Liam, who picks it up and, once his back is turned to Theo, beams at Mason.
“A total thing,” Corey whispers. Mason can’t deny it.
In which everybody knows Liam and Theo are a 'thing,' the only one who doesn't know is Theo, and Deaton owes Peter twenty bucks. Meanwhile, Peter does not die, but instead makes a few other people dead. Or will have made them dead. Time is a stream, it doesn't matter.

Summary
“See, Vader used to be Anakin and he was kind of brainwashed by basically everyone, right? First by the Jedi, then by Palpatine, and then he turned into Darth Vader, but in the end he got his redemption arc.”
“So what you’re saying is, I’m doing a redemption arc right now?” Theo says, and Peter turns around to glare at Stiles.
“The Jedi did NOT brainwash Anakin.”
In which Liam and Theo have a Talk, Stiles has some controversial opinions about Star Wars, and Theo is like Anakin Skywalker in more ways than one. Meanwhile, no one dies, no thanks to Peter.

Summary
“I will be at the clinic in an hour, okay? Jesus.”
“Alright, thank you,” Deaton says. “Have a nice meal.”
“Not anymore,” Peter says and hangs up.
Is it possible? When Theo opened the rift to get the thunderbird back to its realm and get the people out that didn’t belong… did they let something else through, as well?
In which Lydia and Theo need to go on a journey, Hayden returns, and Theo has to feel things. Meanwhile, Peter has to die. It’s for the children.

Summary
“Are you guys texting each other right now?” Theo says. Corey flinches.
“Nope.” He slams his phone down on the table, screen first.
“And I can still tell when you're lying to me.” Theo shakes his head and takes a big bite of his muffin. “But you keep doing you, I guess.”
“We will, thanks,” Hayden says and sips her coffee.
In which Theo and Liam are finally taking that trip they promised each other (with a slight caveat), Theo has his age of wisdom and his age of innocence, and everything is just good. Mostly.
