Summary
“Ugh, do they have to do that here, in front of everyone?”
He froze for a second taking in the sight and prayed he’d been misreading the situation. He looked around and saw that Artemis was indeed looking at the couple kissing. There was no doubt about it. The furrowed brow, the disgusting face, the angry look completely aimed at them. No… don’t… not you too.
Wally closed his eyes he didn’t want to see the faces of his friends. The disgust painted in them at the sight of two man kissing.
He couldn’t… He couldn’t see that.

Summary
Dick walked into the room with Wally on his tow, they were following Bruce into his private study after he’d caught on Dick trying to sneak Wally out of the Manor before Bruce had a chance to talk to him.
Dick had been adamant that there was no way his not-yet boyfriend was going to suffer through one of Bruce’s lectures, just because the man had totally misread the situation they were in.
For some unfathomable reason, Bruce wanted to go all overprotective parent on Wally.
On the other hand… this was Bruce giving a shovel talk to Wally. And Wally might be his 'not-yet boyfriend', but he’s also his best friend; who was about to get on the wrong end of a string of bat-glares. And this was Wally, so he was bound to say some really stupid thing at some really stupid time, that would make things so much worst for him....
Ok, so maybe Dick kinda wanna see that...

Summary
...And Dick’s day was going so well until now.
It was a top day, to close a top week in what had been one of the best Novembers in recent history, until, like, two minutes ago, when Wally barged into his room, demanded to speak and decided to lead with…
“I’m s-, they want what?” Dick asked dumbfounded his ears ringing after Wally finished talking… he couldn’t be talking seriously, could he…?
“A conversion camp.” Wally said looking at him, with his legs crossed in front of Dick, both of them currently sitting on his bed. “They want me to try to put this behind me. To try as a family.”

Summary
Iris couldn’t help to feel guilty, for not realizing how much Wally had been bottling up his feelings until that moment, how much the rejection of his parents had affected him. She’d let herself be fooled by his bright smile and easy-going behavior, and she’d lulled herself into the idea her boy was happy and safe with her, when reality was that he’d just caged his feelings.
She’d never even realized how bad her own kid was hurting.
She’d done nothing.
And because of that, her boy was in a place she couldn’t help him.

Summary
Charlie jumped back into the sidewalk at the sound of the car horn feeling his whole body electrify at the sound and looking to the side, to watch a red sedan honking the kids on the street twenty yards away from him.
He looked around feeling a little ashamed for his overreaction, but luckily there wasn’t anyone around him to watch him jump over a car honk that wasn’t even directed at him. Finally, his sight ended up in the street sign he’d grabbed in his rush to get off the street. Charlie stood there a little frozen looking at the sign, remembering the small crumpled paper that was carefully hidden in his photo album, on the bottom drawer of his desk.
455 Pine Rd.
Freckles had given him that address. Along with a personal phone number he’d yet to use. It wasn’t that Charlie was afraid to call or anything. Freckles had been nice enough, and quite frankly making a sort-of-friend or even maybe-a-crush on that hellish hole he spent the weeks leading to Christmas had been one of the highlights of his last two months.

Summary
Seeing Conner fly through the boats and containers after their supposedly easy target blocked Connor’s punch with a finger and sent him flying about 500 yards across the shipyard with the flicker of his wrist, really gave Artemis a sense of sudden clarity.
She realized they were totally and royally screwed.

SUN 11-11
00:00 12Huh.
It was, indeed, his birthday.
His 18th birthday, actually.
He looked back up to his boyfriend as a hand rested on his cheek. “Happy Birthday, babe,” Dick said closing the distance between them and giving him a soft chaste kiss on his lips, before he stayed there hovering not even half an inch away.
“Sorry if I scared you, but I wanted to be the first one to say it,” he whispered directly to his lips sending a delicious shiver down his spine, electrifying his body just as effectively as the Speed Force.

Summary
“Nigthwing? Like the killer-bat movie?” Wally asked looking up at his boyfriend with a raised eyebrow. “Cause I get following the Bat-theme and all, but that was a really crappy movie.”
Dick turned to him, looking lost for a second and it occurred to Wally that maybe Dick wasn’t as well-versed in Jaws rip-offs as he was. “No, idiot,” he said moving into his study in the apartment, “Like the Kryptonian myth. You know, Nightwing and Flamebird.”

Summary
Dick was coming into Haven after a Christmas Eve fighting ice villains in Gotham, because of course the city was that cliché. Today, Mr. Freeze had decided everyone should get the same gift for Christmas: a loved one, eternally preserved on ice. And when he’d failed, he’d somehow managed to crate several giant snowmen to trash the city.
Fortunately, he has his boyfriend home, willing to warm him up and take care of him on Christmas Eve.

Summary
Ok. That does it.
Dick’s been understanding. Far too understanding, if you ask him.
But it ends now.
He gets they’re living together. He gets they’re friends who share a lot and that makes them close and chummy to one another. He can even pretend he forgot the whole ‘finding them sharing a bed’. His boyfriend said it was a completely innocent, G-rated, friendly, one-time thing… And he believes his boyfriend.
He trusts him.
But the mutt… That’s crossing a line. Even Jason agrees with him on this one.

Summary
'This is nothing. This is what I get for being careless… I’m no longer the Nightwing… I’m just a broken bird. Why should the skin show anything but that?'
'With that though, He closed his eyes, wishing he still kept that bottle of tequila in the bathroom… Stupid Tim had to come in and throw all my drinks away…'
Stupid…
