I wish a bit I could say that this is where I named the series from, but I would be lying. I found this poem / poem fragment after I'd already picked the title and liked it a lot.

The title is, well, originally it's from the Pokemon wiki (Bulbapedia) summary of 'Bye Bye Butterfree':
"Determined to free them and win the heart of the pink Butterfree, [Butterfree] battles Team Rocket with the strength and courage of a Pokémon in love."
